“When I arrived I already knew that Cash App was down and assumed that I was going to run into issues. Turns out my assumptions were completely wrong. The waitress was able to take my phone with her and enter my card manually and Voila!!! Also, I told her to make sure and add money to the total for her tip but she said they were not allowed to do that. She still gave me a huge smile and was so very kind, She made feel like not leaving her a tip wasn't a huge disappointment but I know that she would've rathered gratitude in the form of cash instead of words. I will return another day and leave her a large tip for being a good human being. Thanks guys for always providing wonderful service!“
“This was the first time in a long time. That they actually got my order completely right? And had everything that I had order in my bag. The food was freshly cooked, not cold like usual. But once again, customer service really needs some working on. Because the people in the drive through majority of the time are not friendly, they do not greet you, and they do not make Eye contact.“
“Slow service almost every time I come here, but the food is pretty good. Decent draft beer selection and a pretty good amount of liquor. Bartenders gotta get better at multitasking, even if it's throwing down bev naps and saying "hey I'll be back with ya in a moment." Personal conversations with fellow coworkers should cease when in front of guests. I don't need to know y'all's personal business...“
“When we visit our Lake Charles family, Cotton’s is a must eat stop. Grew up eating here and the food has always been great. Same employees forever are wonderful and friendly. The hamburgers, shrimp burgers, and shrimp dinners are my favs and the homemade onion rings are omg yummy. All the locals eat here, usually has a line waiting to place orders, but don’t let that deter you, it moves fast. Today our 14 month old grandson got his 1st taste of Cotton’s, he definitely approves.“

“This restaurant is a surprise success. The pork rinds delivered to table are delicious. I’ve eaten here 4 times now. Today was my first try with brunch. They have bottomless mimosas! The breakfast puff was good but not a repeat for me. The burger is one of my favorite in town! The pork and beef mix gives a flavorful. The prime special po boy is a take of Darrell’s special. Bread is more traditional firm French loaf. The over all take is less messy than Darrell’s but same flavor minus bread.The best service! Food is always timely. I have even eaten here with a group of 16! Every time I’ve been here I’ve had no complaints.Kid-friendliness: Small kids menu but the regular burger is delicious.“

“I eat here a lot because the food is just fresh and delicious. I had a shrimp burger it was loaded with large shrimp that covered the bun so yummy! I enjoyed this with a side of onion rings, these crispy crunchy finely thin sliced pieces of onion brought a great taste to my tongue with that shrimp burger. Lastly I downed Dr pepper with it such a yummy meal.“

We were staying at the Horseshoe close by and didn't want the expensive food there, but didn't want to go to far either. Saw the good reviews and so here we go.We both had the bacon cheddar burger. One with fries and one with onion rings.The 1/3 lb handmade patty had a real good flavor and was tender and juicy. The bacon was plentiful and crispy.The crinkled fries were good but could be better if they were crisp.The onion rings were crispy and fresh.Overall it was a very good.Recommended two thumbs-up ? ?“
