“We finally were able to get in here. Let me just say it was amazing. Everything was great. Dean our server was awesome. I would highly recommend going if you haven’t been. We had the lobster rangoons for the app. For dinner we had the Lazy lobster with Pillows. We can’t wait to go back. Now we understand why it’s hard to get in here. Make reservations in advance. Highly recommended. Thank you Phat Cat.“
“Fantastic location and experience. Ask for the specials as we have never been disappointed. The service has been great and the servers have been attentive, observing the needs of the table before we need to ask. The location is clean and very welcoming with a unique atmosphere. In conclusion, I would recommend this location as first choice.“
“This is the kind of place you go for anniversary celebrations, birthdays, or other special occasions. The menu changes daily, and every dish served is delicious and prepared excellently.Make a reservation weeks in advance; it's a small restaurant with tables for 2 and 4.But it's definitely a top place to dine in Exeter and the seacoast area.“
“The place was busy only 2 or maybe 3 servers we waited 20 minutes and lisa the head chief came out and ask if we needed menu's and she also got us our drinks and also took our food order. The food was great and so was lisa.Thank you lisa your the best!“
“Had an amazing meal here while on vacation in Hampton Beach. Our server Julie was amazing, kind, and made us feel like family! The restaurant itself is quaint and homey- feels like you’re eating in your grandma’s kitchen. The food was phenomenal, probably the best Italian meal I’ve had in a long time- not to mention the very reasonable prices. We got two drinks, an appetizer, two meals and an extra side and the bill was below $70 (would’ve paid more if they asked!). This is a must for anyone visiting the Hampton area. If we didn’t live 4 hours away we’d be here once a week. Overall a great spot and best part of our short vacation.“
“The service is great and I have always enjoyed the food here. Last visit Iwe had prime rib, which was delicious, and the seafood carbonara special. If you get the chance to order the carbonara, do it, you won't be disappointed. The bartending was superb. After all the food and drink I was surprised by the value when we received the check...very reasonable.“
“We found this quite by accident as we had no specific place in mind for dinner. Very happy we took a chance as everyone in our party of 5 loved our dishes. Very small venue so reservations probably necessary. Bar seating is available. The chairs were not very comfy but I think that is by design.“
“Excellent service stating with the Hostess. Friendly and gracious. Our server Riane was excellent! Greeted us promptly with a friendly and upbeat attitude. Food came out the kitchen in a timely manner and was well executed. Portions were generous and the price was reasonable. Restaurant was immaculate, as were the Clean well stocked restrooms. Overall experience was very positive.“
“We have not been to the restaurant yet, but based on the take out we got, we will. We were on our way out of town and picked up some treats and premade meals for our mini vacation. Meat lasagna, refrigerated was fabulous. Enough for 2 servings, very meaty, like you would make yourself. I think part of what made it wonderful was the great red sauce (gravy). I'd get that again. I would say, best meat lasagna I have had outside of my house. ;-) We got a couple of chicken dinners too, one was piccata and one was parm with spaghetti. Both very good. The only criticism I would make, is that the chick parm had a couple layers of chicken and cheese only on the top. I'd have liked it between the layers, too. The half moons, or black and whites, were perfect. They were large, with a white vanilla cake bottom and super frosting on top. So so so good. I went back a few weeks later when I was visiting a friend who loves the Italian cookies and got some to bring to her. She loved them and she is very fussy. 4 stars only because of the lack of more cheese, and the prices, which were not great.“
“We dined at Hagans on Saturday night, early. Reception was excellent. The server struck a terrific balance between friendliness and professionalism. My wife had the bakery, followed by a Caesar salad with chicken. The cheese was good, the raspberry sauce was terrific. There was plenty of salad and plenty of chicken to go with it. I had a Caesar to start and the salmon as a main course. I was disappointed by the Caesars in that the lettuce Had been standing around for long enough to begin to be rusty at the edges of the stems. But both my wife's chicken and my salmon were cooked correctly served hot and there was plenty of them. I should also mention the wine list because the price points and selections were very good. I had a Portuguese red called silk and spice, which is a terrific value red wine. Or overall experience was good and we'll be back.“
“We've been going here for years. Pizza, subs, calzones and especially their honey BBQ steak tips are all great. We'll be driving gome and just randomly decide that we don't want to cook and Louis is our first thought. Friendly and fast!“
“Pizza was amazing, we had the oregano and margarita pizzas. Pizza is on the thinner side of the Pizza dough spectrum. Perfect combo of crispy and chewy. Also, this place had the best baba ganoush ever. I've had baba ganoush in Washington DC, New York city, and plenty of small towns and Oreganos by far beats the competition. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing Pizza, appetizers, and entrees. Lovely owner, managers, and staff all around.“
“The service was excellent--so welcoming. The wine prices are fair, and the wines by the glass are a very nice poor. The tables are nicely spaced out. The bread is delicious as is the olive oil dip that comes with it. The portions are large, so we were able to take some leftovers home. I loved the angel hair pasta and the chicken with eggplant. The chicken with broccoli rabe and beans was very good. The arancini portion was huge and nicely filled with broccoli. The eggplant appetizer was good, but I would have preferred it if the eggplant was fried first. But this ristorante is a destination stop. Go! You won't be sorry.“
