“DELICIOUS! Let's start with the amazing tomato concoction that comes with the bread. I could eat that every day! The fish was delicious but OMG the scallops! Cooked perfectly! Our server was Fatma and just incredible. Her smile was very inviting and friendly. She interacted with my daughter who was here for a college tour so nicely. She was professional but also made us feel like we were interacting with a longtime friend. Thank you!“

“I lived the first 22 years of my life in the area, and frequently return to visit my parents but always felt like this restaurant was "too nice" for me to go to. My parents and I went last night to celebrate my mom's birthday and we had such a good experience. The food and cocktails are creative, delicious, and complex in flavor. We had the scallops and the steak and both were cooked perfectly. The signature grilled pineapple rum cocktail was also usual and excellent. Our waiter was just the right amount of attentive, and so nice. My dad is a talker and the waiter was very gracious listening to his stories about his own connections to the restaurant. Overall, our waiter gave us a very special and memorable experience, and we plan to come back for future special occasions.“

“Great food but should be called the Tuesday through Saturday operation. I wanted a hamburger on Monday and felt misled by the “daily” bit because it’s not a daily operation, it’s a 5 day operation and not a normal work week even. Helpus autistic people out. Also, could do better with seating and guidance because it’s a chore finding a place to sit with your party. Needs a host/est/zer to manage tables and seating.“

“Had a great experience here. Pizza was delicious (sausage ala vodka); their take on ramen is unique, it's not quite ramen but it is good for what it is, almost a sort of a goulash; the egg rolls were delicious and we were happy with the beer and the ginger-honey lemonade. Would definitely return! Great service and relaxed atmosphere, too.“

Progression Brewing Company Brewery • $$
9 Pearl St, Northampton

“Sitting in Progression right now, listening to some tasty light jazz (no cover, btw:). As always, the taproom manager, Chris, is omnipresent, making sure everyone is happy as possible. The staff is always so friendly and it creates such a great atmosphere (shout-out to Brittney).I am a beer snob, and let me tell you, all the styles are at the high end. Mostly wonderfully hoppy IPA's, but also a lovely Kolsch, and terrific stout are available today. There are even 3 different hard seltzers for the non beer lovers out there.Food is pub style, of course. The menu is a bit limited, but top notch.Highly recommended for a fun night out that doesn't break the bank“
