My love for flour dates back well over a decade from when one of my best friends was in grad school in Boston. Their quality, consistency, and friendliness has never wavered in that time. This, folks, is how a chain should be run.
After leaving my initial review, one of the managers, An-Chi, contacted me to apologize for my experience and rectify the situation. She really went above and beyond and to me, that really meant a lot that this business strives to provide a great experience for each customer. And for that (and the yummy food), I will return back to this location whenever I'm in the area!

I love the people here; they carry a friendly, honest, warm attitude as flavorful as the pastries that are baked here. I have gotten a large oat milk latte and four pastries that are recommended by the staff. The latte was perfectly heated to combat the current Boston cold winds.
