My husband and I ate lunch for the first time today at The Oyster House. Food and service were excellent. We were brought the warm cornbread to start. I ate every bite. He had a Kennedy cocktail and I had an expresso martini and we shared a 1/2 order of oysters. Delicious. For lunch he had the fried shrimp with fries and coleslaw and I had the shrimp and scallops with sun dried tomatoe cream sauce over rice pilaf. Both dishes were perfect and filling. This place is authentic, has a nice aura and it is worth going once. Clam chowder was delicious. I think cornbread is too sweet but liked that one too.It is a little overpriced but for a several day visit, it is great.
