2 out of the 3 times I've been here, there was consistent problems with service. The first time, they ran out of rice and when I asked if I could substitute another thing in, we could not communicate as none of the stuff on that day knew English. Worst service I have ever had. It was 30 minutes before closing. Food was old and cold. Staff thought the whole thing was a joke. They took my order and didn’t even know how to make tacos. Took my husband’s order and then never made it and started taking the order of the persons behind us.

Ordered food online and had to wait which wasn’t a problem. My problem was the staff just standing around ignoring people coming up with online orders while two people were working on the line and trying to get their orders done. I got my food after having to stand there for almost 15 minutes. Finally tasted the food and it’s cold and disappointing. The burrito is super salty and queso barely has a taste to it. Do not recommend
