“There are many ice cream flavors and different sizes to choose from. I ordered three flavors: 3B, Earl gray, and Kulfi. They were all delicious. Among them, 3B (brown sugar, brown butter, brownie) is the signature flavor and the most amazing. It has a strong creamy aroma and is surprisingly not overly sweet. , paired with brownie to make the taste richer. Earl Gray tea has a very elegant taste. The aroma of bergamot comes first in the mouth, and the tea flavor comes out later, with an endless aftertaste. Kulfi is cardamom-flavored ice cream with chopped nuts. It feels like drinking Indian spiced milk tea. There is a large table and some sofas in the store, and there is also water for guests to take by themselves, which is very considerate.“
“Located near Harvard Square, we strolled around and came upon this dessert haven. They have a ton of flavors to choose from, and they give out samples if requested. It wasn't crowded when I came, so we didn't have an issue perusing the selection, which includes desserts beyond gelato. We went with the dulce de leche and the hazelnut, both of which were packed with flavor. One scoop as a bigger scoop than others, but I am happy to get a little extra, just noting it wasn't consistent. There are a few tables inside to sit and enjoy or it's a handy treat to take around and walk.“
“Pro: Best (Kulfi) cardamom ice cream in the state. It’s a mouth journey of flavors in a bite. Balanced flavor of nutty, milky/creamy, sweet, and a dash of the right amount of minty/earthy from the cardamom to top it all off.Con: Parking especially if you’re traveling alone.P.s I’ve tried another place’s cardamom ice cream it didn’t have the same kick/blast of those flavors mentioned above“
“BerryLine is a charming tiny ice cream shop that packs a big punch with its delightful desserts. The variety of toppings available is impressive, allowing you to customize your dessert to perfection. The customer service is top-notch, with friendly staff members always ready to assist with a smile. With its great desserts, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service, BerryLine is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth.“
“delicious ice cream from what seems to be a small mom and pop shop! they have plenty of interesting flavors as well as the classic flavors. I ordered their cookies and cream ice cream which was delicious. their scoops are generous and they have plenty of sizes to choose from. they also have a variety in cones which allow for endless combinations. their staff is so sweet and make sure to provide you with the best service. they a small bar where you can eat your ice cream and only two chairs outside. it seems more like a grab and go place with people going to explore the area after ordering.“
“After having a quick bite from up the street, I decided I wanted to satisfy my ice cream craving. This was my first time trying Honeycomb creamery and man, oh man, this place did not disappoint. I wanted to try a flavor first, before ordering, but quickly learned they do not do samples. I decided to go with what the worker who was helping me suggested, and I definitely left this place a happy lady! I got a small size in a cup, with a matcha cone of one scoop honey lavender and one scoop of caramel crackle. I have never tried honey lavender flavor in an ice cream and was interested due to all the reviews. The honey lavender was good, but not my cup of tea... the star of the show for me was the salted caramel crackle! The mango sorbet was also delicious, by the way! They also offer other treats such as cookies and brownies. We went on a Tuesday and I was super intrigued by the Tuesday Taco special but decided to just get a small size first to try. Honeycomb creamery, I will most definitely be coming back soon :)“
“APR. 2024 UPDATEPro-tip: If you download the app and create an account, you will get a welcome reward for a free affogato.I claimed my reward today. The vibes were much better on a Friday night than the last time I was here. Very lively and different workers who were much more inviting. Gotta say, though, if I had to pay for this affogato, I would have been sorely disappointed. Although the coffee was strong and good, the execution was bad: the steaming hot coffee was immediately poured over the ice cream, so all of it melted in the 1.5 minutes that it took to walk to my car. I recommend they provide the ice cream and the coffee separately instead and let the customer pour the coffee themselves, as affogatos are traditionally served.MAR. 2024A warm day in Boston is always cause for celebration. New City Microcreamery has been on my list because the idea of a smoother ice cream through the process of freezing with liquid nitrogen sounded intriguing.I was able to sample a few flavors and ultimately decided on the tres leches and baklava on a homemade waffle cone.Pros: Both flavors were satisfyingly sweet, true to their names, and smooth. The tres leches had vanilla wafers, while the baklava had filo dough pieces and walnuts, which added some texture variety. I also enjoyed the waffle cone. It was thicker and chewier than store bought ones.Cons: This was very messy to eat because the ice cream was already half melted by the time I was handed my cone (unsure if this is usually the case with their ice cream). I was also shocked by the price when I went to pay (almost $15)—it turns out that I was overcharged. They corrected this after I emailed customer support. However, although this was the first time this has happened to me at a restaurant, this was not the first for them based on other reviews, so be careful. The vibes were also off when I went: the workers weren't enthusiastic or welcoming, so I felt pressured to order and leave asap.Overall, the ice cream was good, but I didn't enjoy my experience. So I would get this again but most likely at another location.“
“A lovely shop to grab Asian snacks and froyo. They have Hi Chew, Kopiko coffee candy, dried squid jerky, Ramune soda, frozen popsicles & ice creams, boba, and froyo. Great to grab some snacks while you wait in line across the hall for Yume Ga Arukara “
“This place is amazing. I go here for lunch. They have amazing hotdogs and a fantastic breakfast sandwich. I stop in for drinks. They make great cocktails and amazing adult frappes and have a good beer selection. Also just discovered Kool aid pickles! This is a fun quirky place that is definitely worth checking out!“
“wish i could give 10 stars. first time at this location and i ordered on the tablets (along with 6 OTHER people putting orders in) and only waited exactly 7 minutes for my food (two burgers two fries 2 shakes) And everyone picking up mobile orders and walk-in orders were handled in a EXTREMELY time-responsive manner. the person manning the pickup window/counter was checking everyones name on their order and receipt. making sure the right items were inside their bags. the kitchen staff had absolutely no orders to make and they chatted for roughly 30 seconds before cleaning their stations and prepping for future orders. (everyones gotta take a quick breather now and then lol) some customers werent even out the building yet before their table was getting wiped. music is loud enough to hear, quiet enought to eat.“
“Came on a Friday evening around 9pm and it was empty. There are benches for seating, but we ended up getting our ice cream to-go. Apparently there's a limit of two samples per person, which could be more clearly noted.I got a medium cup with scoops of the Guatemalan Coffee and Masala Chai. The texture could be creamier, but the flavors were what I hoped for.“
“Sub-Zero is amazing! The ice cream is nice creamy and smooth, but more importantly it amazing to experience the science behind how the ice cream is made. Not only do they have stores where you can enjoy this amazing ice cream Sub Zero does school science presentations as well. That's how they got me hooked. I saw them presenting their Ice Cream at the STEM Summit several years ago. Since then, I have been hooked on the ice cream, but also the science! It is so much fun to see and experience the science behind the product! So, I encourage you check out not only the Cambridge location for great ice cream, but also consider bringing them into your local school or STEM education event! If you're interested reach out to the owners Rita & Mark McCabe they are great people!!!“
“YEAHHHH this was great!! I had debated whether to visit aJ.P. Licks since it seems like a bigger chain compared to other ice cream shops. It was so good, highly worth a stop if you’re in the area. I tried the cookies n’ cream cake batter flavor and a maple-based flavor. So good, soft, and not overly “
“Employees were nice, the inside is very small, no public restrooms. Street parking only, on a very busy street right in Harvard Square. They had a full range of all the good ice cream, including dairy free. A good place to stop if you are walking around looking for something sweet after dinner in Harvard.“
“I came to try the cookies and cream butter donut and cookie monster mochi donuts. They didn't have the blue butter donut so I got the Ube one. I didn't like it with the coco shreds on top and the consistency wasn't as good either, maybe because it was gluten free I'm not sure, but the mochi donuts were ??, cookies and cream may be the best one I've had anywhere, would definitely come back for it and hopefully they'll have the big blue one.“
