“My friend and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed our meals at Moona. We shared two mezes, the Chicken Tagine, and the rice pudding, all delicious, though we thought the pudding was a little too sweet. The "maitre d" was terrific, as was our bartender/waitperson who served us at the bar. Our only complaint was the difficulty of finding the restaurant. Although there are lights to illuminate the sign, they were not on and apparently never are. Not being familiar with the neighborhood, we drove around and around, finally parked and walked from Broadway up Antrim, then stopped to ask a passerby if she knew where it was. She pointed across the street. We still hadn't seen it! Would definitely return to this welcoming and fun spot with great food, especially now that we know where it is!Parking: We were lucky finally to find a space on Broadway, close to Antrim, and had roughly a 5 minute walk to the restaurant.“
“I work at Mount Auburn Hospital as an ER nurse. With their kindness and generosity, donated and had food sent to all ER Staff on 3/23/2020 at around 21:30-22:00. I just want to say thank you very much for all your generosity (especially on this tough times).“
“Wow. Wow. What a discovery! I ordered delivery and expected something “okay”. I am left speechless. This was arguably the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Quality, quantity, taste - phenomenal...I had the Mediterranean mix which was a great sample of all different tastes. The rice (usually just fill in deliveries) was excellent with that slight bit of saffron coating it. Thank you!“
“Among the wealth of “bowl” places in HSq, Cava is undoubtedly the fav. Their selection of delicious and convenient Greek inspired bowls have kept this grad student running on many late nights, and their staff are so sweet it’s usually with a smile. Among the staff I especially want to give my appreciation to Mike for the great banter and service :)“
“Food and atmosphere was really good. We got a couple things off the menu including the Greek donuts. I liked the sauce, and the fries were seasoned really well. The chicken was a bit dry but no issue.Vegetarian options: Cheese and salad options“
“I placed a big order for work and everyone raved about their orders. I am a little disgusted, in myself, for inhaling my lamb shawarma roll up and not savoring the flavors more. We will definitely be ordering again. Also quick delivery and food was fresh.“
“Ordered takeout. This place has more options than the other Greek place we order from which I'm not a fan of. After ordering... I remember the name. I actually met the owner at my job in Winchester. Told him one day I'll get up there to try it. (The spinach pie) I did get that with the grilled chicken kabob. We also got hummus and gyro plate. This was the BEST chicken I've had in a long time from anywhere. Spanikopita was delicious. Rice is tasty.Highly recommend. Will be a repeat customer.“
“Sweet, intimate neighborhood spot with good vibes and great business (but not too crazy busy)! The people who ran the restaurant were so kind and seemed truly passionate about what they do. Awesome cooks too. My partner and I ordered the Greek salad with chicken, which was amazing. The feta was so soft and yummy, and the chicken was freshly grilled! They have killer dolmades too. Flavorful and the perfect texture. We will definitely be back next time we're in Boston!“
“05 Aug 2023 update: About last night, Meg, are you a wizard? The only barkeep on a ceilingcat damned busy night. How do you all do it? Because we all survive somehow, but the service industry knows better than anybunneh else. Neaux?!You, too, Emma.Et tu, Didi. All of y'all... ?❤️?“
“The food was delicious and experience was mind-blowing. I loved the small plates concept and got to try so many different dishes. Every bite was extremely flavorful and delicious. Za'atar bread was to die for. Staff was EXTREMELY polite! They were also very conscious of allergens and accommodated and offered allergan-free options.Place is a bit small and crowded but nothing too inconvenient.“
