“This is one of my go to to grab lunch. Today I was there at 9 AM for breakfast. Service is always wonderful. But we had kale cheese frittata and a crumb cake. Just delicious as I was leaving I bought a miniature lime tart with meringue on top. We had it for dessert tonight and I’ve never tasted meringue quite like that. Their baked goods are superb. Highly recommend this wonderful little spot in West Concord Village.Vegetarian options: They always have great salads at lunchtime, and typically a frittata, or a quiche vegetarian“

“We had lunch outside on the porch, a corner table under a big umbrella. Great weather, delicious food (shout out specifically to my turkey, Brie and arugula sandwich on cranberry focaccia). Deja vu old time New England Indian pudding with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Our server was friendly and responsive. Five stars. *****“

“We have been going to Black & Blue for a while and the experience has always been enjoyable. Tonight we enjoyed our experience even more because Tony, a newly added staff member, was exceptional. All of his recommendations were spot on. He knew it was an anniversary celebration and he brought us a little a little treat to acknowledge it. As for the meal, the steaks were cooked perfectly. “Our server was not paying attention to us for desert. Finally someone else came over to help us. Also we experienced the restaurant as very noisy. Yes it was full. Is there any sound deadening you could add. this will reduce our chances of coming bsck.“

“We stopped in on the way home from the airport, and it was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. The atmosphere and food were awesome. I highly recommend the Mickey’s Chicken special and the red sangria which was a deep dark red- as sangria should be. Yum! My children loved our Irish waitress who Made them laugh and feel special. This restaurant is over an hour from where we live, but there is no doubt we will travel back often. Wonderful experience!“

Delicious- The Waitress however not the friendliest or attentive… Never came back to offer refills or anything like that… Wasn’t my favorite lol but I would come back and ask for a different server :)“

“Menu is creative & very good with fresh ingredients & complex flavors. Vegetarian tapas were outstanding. I enjoyed my mahi mahi immensely and my son & partner enjoyed their pork assada which gave them each enough to take home for leftover! Mojitos (I had the ginger one) were especially yummy. The only reason my rating isn't higher is ambiance-- we were seated in the back room & though it is lovely, it was very cold in there & VERY loud. At one point, my noise meter on my Apple Watch went off to warn me that the noise was at 90 decibels, which at 30 minutes of exposure, could cause hearing damage. Not sure what the solution is as I know it was a crowded spot (you definitely need reservations- and rather far in advance at that), as the ceiling is very high which makes the noise carry. But it was very hard to have a conversation without yelling & that made the whole experience less positive.“

“We always wanted to try Buttonwood and scheduled a birthday dinner there recently. The food was good but not great. Nothing really had any kind of a "wow" factor. The drinks were decent-again not extraordinary, just garden variety good. We appreciated birthday cannolis to help our celebration and our waitress was nice (although she did not appear to be experienced). We likely will not be back because there are better options available for a more exciting/interesting/excellent dining experience.“

“Once again, my fave in Waltham did not disappoint. Had Dinner on Saturday with my wife and two friends. Made early reservations but the place was packed with Head of the Charles people. I held low hopes as with that amount of people, things usually get screwed up. They did not! Everything came out on point PERFECT! My wife loves tapas style dining, so we shared Tuna Tacos, Short Rib Tacos, Crab Cakes, and Tuna Poke. Everything was amazing. There was a great vibe in the room, and we had an awesome table up front. Our waitress was fantastic, the drinks were great, and we had a great time. Thank you once again for a fantastic evening!!! James helped plan out the entire menu, was always available via email and phone, and just a pleasure to work with. Our employees were very happy and asked us where we got the catering from- Peppers Grille is our new go to!“

“Very limited menu (due to the tiny kitchen) but the food is excellent. Good selection of beers, though not as extensive as The Gaff, the bar that preceded it. Appears to have a killer cocktail menu, though stopping in at noon kept me from trying one. Glad to see this space filled by a great, welcoming new owner.“

“Tried take out this week from this spot: Sauteed Chicken W Long Horn Pepper In Scallion Pancake Roll - highly recommend Mini Juicy Buns W Pork(6) - very tasty Mala Spicy Beef - good - a lot of beef, prepare. Overall, very tasty items all around. I liked the mini pork buns and the scallion pancake rolls the most, but all probably worth a try based on experience with what I had.“

“This place is our fav Vietnamese restaurant in worcester county! Food is solid all the time. We love their brisket pho, vietnamese crepe, spring roll and shrimp roll, pork chop. Our kids always order special "kids menu"(not on the menu so request it) small bowl of rice w grilled shrimp and its excellent! If you're in the mood for viet food or just grilled meat give this place a try. Their grilled food is always flavorful! There is plenty of street parking available.“

“This place was perfect for a romantic night away. The bar was fun and the room was great. We usually hate the soaps but they were all Italian and we even bought some online. The bed was a 10 firm yet with a down topper which we also bought. They brought us some champagne which was highly unexpected. The red stone literally 25 ft from the entrance was off the charts. I would 100% go back and it was a wonderful experience!“

“Went to this restaurant after seeing it featured on Phantom Gourmet and my husband and myself left full of good food. The food was tasty and came to our table ready to eat and the service was great! They gave us everything we needed in a timely manner. The restaurant was on a smaller scale but we got a table pretty quickly without making a reservation. We even had the dessert of the strawberry shaved ice which had a bowl that was big enough to easily feed the two of us and it was very delicious!“

“Lovely hidden restaurant, worth figuring out how to get in here. Tacos are always fantastic, drinks are flavorful, staff is kind. Been coming here off and on for a few months and they've been consistent across the board. If you come with someone, I highly recommend the taco sampler. Favorite dish so far is the brisket birria tacos, which are on the mesa menu bar.“

“Best Pizza In or Around Chelmsford. I was holding off writing this review until after I could compare with Joanies. Max and Leo's is without question the best Pizza in the area. Everything about their pizzas are fantastic: perfect crust, excellent sauce, plentiful delicious cheese, lots of super fresh and flavorful toppings, cooked to perfection. And you can order and pickup within a half hour. I don't want to turn this review into why Joanies doesn't rise to the hype; suffice to say that Max and Leo's is without question THE BEST.“

“We had a late brunch on a recent Sunday afternoon and we had a delightful time. It is a small but cozy place with a very friendly vibe, but also fairly busy at certain times.On this visit we had a number of things, with the highlights being the Poutine serving, the Humus plate, the Winter Salad and the Clam Chowder for starters. The appetizers were just phenomenal, very flavorful, especially the Poutine. Equally savory and delicious were the Salmon and Sirloin steak entree’s. The Salmon was done perfectly and the steak was very juicy and mouth watering. Our server Sarah was absolutely fantastic, and made our meal that much more enjoyable.We finished with the Crème brûlée and coffee and could not help but contemplate our return visit. If you are in the area and want a great meal with an inviting atmosphere, this place would be a great choice.“

“I'm a big pub-food guy, and this place is my go-to for that nowadays. My favorite is the skillet cornbread and the *very* beefy chili which is served with chips and sour cream. The staff have always been prompt and friendly. The only downside is that it fills up most evenings, but I guess that's the best problem to have. Just make sure you have a reservation of be willing to wait a bit at prime times“

“A truly phenomenal restaurant. Can’t say enough good things about their food and drinks. The smoked pink dragon was a delicious and beautiful drink that made me feel great throughout the night. The spicy tuna stack was a very fresh and tasty appetizer. The vampire tacos were the best tacos I’ve had in a long time. They were packed with flavor, leaving me begging for more. A reservation is recommended unless you want to take a chance on the bar side.I have been meeting friends here on a regular basis. Everyone is happy with the menu selection since there is a vegetarian and a celiac in our party. The server lets us linger. This last time, several of the beer options were not available and one menu item. Many of the appetizers are deep fried. We found a few healthy options with the dip + veggies. We always go for the flatbreads and fish tacos.Noise level is good. This is a solid choice for a group with varied tastes. “My wife and I stop in at the Westford location. Our meats were great. I had the veal piccata and she had a salmon dish loaded with vegetables. The veal was nice and tender, full of flavor.
