“Yesterday my mom, son and I went to eat at the sail loft. The food and service was absolutely amazing. I had ordered a to go dinner for my husband and when I got it home to him, his chicken seemed raw. I called them just to let them know what had happened. They offered to replace the meal and deliver it to us! They were so accommodating and even gave us a gift card to come back. AMAZING service that you don’t always get these days. “The introduction classes were private and intentional, we were able to discuss strengths/weaknesses/goals of our child and the instructors were very attentive during this process.

Communication skills are 10/10, during regular classes there are adequate instructors to help encourage and remind students of their task.

My son has been loving the classes and we’ve seen a lot of improvement in his self discipline/ control already after just 1 month.”

“Placed an online order, the slip showing the order is attached to the bag with the order inside yet all three items were incorrect. 1) ‘remove goji berries, substitute pineapple’ …not done 2) Nutelloco-coconut bowl …not a drop of Nutella, no cacao nibs 3) cold brew add Splenda …none Approached the staff to report the issues and were told… online orders come from somewhere else, look underneath and around inside the bowl for it and come back if you don’t find it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ well, maybe next time if we decide to drop another $39.64 that is 😳”

“This evening we went to cask and pig for the first time ever as a belated birthday/valentine dinner we had a brand new server Marina and she was amazing to the point we thought she was training our waiter when she told us I’m training this evening she was amazing and I believe is truly an asset to this establishment! I can’t wait to return and have her as a staff member in the future ❤️ we truly enjoyed our time this evening”

“This is a great place to grab a drink and listen to live music. Not a place I would grab food again. I’ve given it a couple of tries and the food both times has taken a long time to come out. First time we had a large group (place was empty) but we decided to give it another try recently. We didn’t have elaborate meals - 3 meals for takeout. Salad, chicken and chips, and grilled tenders and cucumber salad. My allergy free salad had a crouton in it the first time I ate there and the chicken has dark black grill marks. The second time I ordered it with the house dressing and beef tips - it was told to me it was gluten and dairy free. Once I got the salad home, I realized they had packed blue cheese instead. The beef tips on it were terrible as well. The manager/owner comes out to discuss allergens but it doesn’t appear that anyone checks the orders like at other restaurants I have been to. I’m aware it’s always a risk going out but that shows they didn’t put attention to my gluten allergy free order either time. The cucumber salad was soggy and disgusting, not prepared that day. It’s an awesome place to check out for a drink and music but the food (at least options we selected) were not great regardless of the allergy vs non allergy items. Definitely check out for a drink and the music, great atmosphere for that.”

“Every time I have ever brought my son or nephew or any child to Chuck E cheese even me remembering as a child I have always had a good time the children always love it it is a kid's favorite place to go and it is both active and fun and food and places to sit to eat take breaks have lunch or whatever definitely kids favorite”

“Joe’s has for a long time proved itself to be a consistent joy to dine at. The food always arrives prompt, hot, and delicious. Definitely don’t skip out on the house made desserts! Our last few visits, although spaced apart by a couple months, we were lucky enough to be waited on by Valerie. No matter how much time passes, she remembers our faces and always makes us feel right at home! Valerie is an exemplary server, who never misses a beat during service and provides the perfect touch of humor, personality, and charm to enhance our experience. Everything about Joe’s is top notch, but the service provided by Valerie truly makes us feel like family every time.”

“I was first introduced to Mirasol Cafe back in 2016. After trying a Chippi for the first time I was immediately obsessed. As someone who does not like strong coffee this was perfect for me. I now have my husband obsessed too! Try to make a stop by whenever I am in the area.☺️”

“Stopped here today before the 1st time. The ice-cream was delicious and there is seating under a covered area as well as some picnic tables in the open grassy field. I had the coconut Almond Joy and my sister had the mint chocolate chip. We will definitely be back.”

Salads are nice and large.I do wish they used a number system for orders instead of yelling people’s names. The people working often pronounce names wrong, or yell in gibberish so it is hard to tell what name they are saying. Going by order numbers would be much better.”

“The epitome of Family Owned Restaurant ❤️ We come from West Springfield to enjoy the delicious breakfast and wonderful staff. This past Mother's Day we showed up at 8 am without a reservation (I never even thought of it) We were so nervous we wouldn't get a spot but the wonderful staff said no problem and we were seated within minutes. Our food was excellent and the waitress was beyond helpful. I always order extra water for my personal cup (obviously Mom has the best cup of water) and fill it then get more water to drink at the table. Thank you for starting off our Mother's Day with full bellies.”
