“About a year ago these kids were fighting outside the store and making problems for the staff. The staff were stressed out and didn’t have the cookie I wanted, but they managed to still get me a cookie as the police were outside dealing with the kids so i’m grateful for the staff they had during this event.”

“Placed an online order, the slip showing the order is attached to the bag with the order inside yet all three items were incorrect. 1) ‘remove goji berries, substitute pineapple’ …not done 2) Nutelloco-coconut bowl …not a drop of Nutella, no cacao nibs 3) cold brew add Splenda …none Approached the staff to report the issues and were told… online orders come from somewhere else, look underneath and around inside the bowl for it and come back if you don’t find it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ well, maybe next time if we decide to drop another $39.64 that is 😳”

“Yesterday my mom, son and I went to eat at the sail loft. The food and service was absolutely amazing. I had ordered a to go dinner for my husband and when I got it home to him, his chicken seemed raw. I called them just to let them know what had happened. They offered to replace the meal and deliver it to us! They were so accommodating and even gave us a gift card to come back. AMAZING service that you don’t always get these days. Thank you Sail Loft - we will be back very soon!”

“This evening we went to cask and pig for the first time ever as a belated birthday/valentine dinner we had a brand new server Marina and she was amazing to the point we thought she was training our waiter when she told us I’m training this evening she was amazing and I believe is truly an asset to this establishment! I can’t wait to return and have her as a staff member in the future ❤️ we truly enjoyed our time this evening”

“Joe’s has for a long time proved itself to be a consistent joy to dine at. The food always arrives prompt, hot, and delicious. Definitely don’t skip out on the house made desserts! Our last few visits, although spaced apart by a couple months, we were lucky enough to be waited on by Valerie. No matter how much time passes, she remembers our faces and always makes us feel right at home! Valerie is an exemplary server, who never misses a beat during service and provides the perfect touch of humor, personality, and charm to enhance our experience. Everything about Joe’s is top notch, but the service provided by Valerie truly makes us feel like family every time.”

“I had a great experience hosting my son’s 3rd party here. The ease of booking, being able to call whenever I had a question - this location clearly priorities customer service and it shows. Our party host was also amazing!! I highly recommend hosting a party here 😊

If I could pinpoint any complaint it would just be I wish there was an easier way to add trampoline access to a party package”

“aww, they've honestly been real nice to me both times I've been here. the food is pretty normal/basic breakfast food, but it's good! it wasn't packed either time I went, but I'd say more people this time around. the servers managed the tables well, and my server in particular was very kind. “Went here with my family and it was great! It took a bit for the food to get here but it was SO yummy! I got a cheeseburger with bacon and I could tell it was nice and fresh. The burger buns were soft and the patties were flavorful! After we had our lunch, we got our ice cream. I got a Minnie Mouse Sundae and it was delicious! You can choose which ice cream flavor you want with it, and in my opinion I think oreo is the best! There were crunchy and sweet oreo chunks that were very good! And the view of the farm was VERY pretty, The farm was huge! It was nice enjoying a nice meal with a nice setting. I definitely recommend John George Farm and Ice Cream Shop. It's a perfect place to go for lunch and ice cream!”

“This is a great place to grab a drink and listen to live music. Not a place I would grab food again. I’ve given it a couple of tries and the food both times has taken a long time to come out. First time we had a large group (place was empty) but we decided to give it another try recently. We didn’t have elaborate meals - 3 meals for takeout. Salad, chicken and chips, and grilled tenders and cucumber salad. My allergy free salad had a crouton in it the first time I ate there and the chicken has dark black grill marks. The second time I ordered it with the house dressing and beef tips - it was told to me it was gluten and dairy free. Once I got the salad home, I realized they had packed blue cheese instead. The beef tips on it were terrible as well. The manager/owner comes out to discuss allergens but it doesn’t appear that anyone checks the orders like at other restaurants I have been to. I’m aware it’s always a risk going out but that shows they didn’t put attention to my gluten allergy free order either time. The cucumber salad was soggy and disgusting, not prepared that day. It’s an awesome place to check out for a drink and music but the food (at least options we selected) were not great regardless of the allergy vs non allergy items. Definitely check out for a drink and the music, great atmosphere for that.”

“The buffalo chicken pizza is one of the best ive had. The burgers are mid tier quality, but not bad for the price. Salads are nice and large.I do wish they used a number system for orders instead of yelling people’s names. The people working often pronounce names wrong, or yell in gibberish so it is hard to tell what name they are saying. Going by order numbers would be much better.”
