“Flying Banana is a 10/10! We had an issue with DoorDash and Barry went above & beyond to make it right. Not only did he remake the 4 cheesecakes for us, but he also gave us an additional 4 cheesecakes to make up for it. Will definitely be back & recommend to everyone! “We were greeted by the girl behind the counter with a smile and very friendly. She was very helpful with helping us make our first time decisions.Dietary restrictions: They were very good about my nut allergy. They cleaned everything before making my rolls. Told me what they did and how they didn’t put certain things on it because of the allergy.“
“Cool place too bring the kids for the Corn maze we had a blast and the hay ride was awesome too, and the pick your own pumpkin pach was cool too, they were still on the vines they grew on so you literally get to pick your pumpkin off of the vine“
“Let me start with I was not very happy with the sandwich I received, when I arrived back to my work I opened up my meatball sub and it was cold, I wish that the clerk had told me that we are just opening up and the meatballs are still not ready. But what could I do I was a good 20 minutes away, so I ate it cold. The meatball sandwich was still delicious even though it was not hot. That is why I still have it a 5 star for the flavor of this sandwich but not the service I received. I will definitely try again hopefully the balls will be hot.“

“Found this gem on a Google search on a Wed & so glad I did! 1st off, if u go for froyo.. Definitely go on a Wed! They don't let you do your own froyo (literally the only con) but on Wed, they will fill your cup for 1 price. No weigh. They also have boba tea & super cool snacks from different countries! My kiddos loved everything! Will definitely be back for froyo (on a Wednesday) and boba plus snacks any day of the week!Kid-friendliness: They have a TV with cartoons playing & cool stools for the kiddos“
“Normally I give a place three visits before reviewing but I couldn’t resist. Super happy about this place ! They have my favorite ice cream “cake batter” & although I’m use to the plain yellow version. Tom & Jimmys cake batter with swirls of fudge hits the spot that I didn’t know I needed. Super generous with toppings. Only gripe I have is that there aren’t a lot of shaded areas to sit for those who wish to sit but since it’s open all year round I can do without it. Staff was super friendly & I can’t wait to try other flavors !“

“I can't say I've ever eaten any food at Frates so please take this review as a review of the ice cream and setting only. As I am new to the area, this was my first visit to Frates and it was charming in a way that walk-up New England ice cream shops are. There is an Elvis statue inside and fun music playing. The ice cream is well-priced and deeee-licious! I got an M&M Nor'easter which was great. The ice cream is very creamy and the amount of M&Ms was perfect. Others in my party got ice cream cones, sundaes, and a cup of ice cream. Not a single complaint and not a drop of ice cream left before we headed home. Since it is still chilly out there is a nice heated tent area with tables to sit and enjoy. As the weather warms I imagine sitting outside with that ice cream dripping will bring the nostalgia of long past summer days in New England come rushing back. I can't wait to return back to Frates again and again! (And next time take pics before we gobble our ice cream up! )“
“I love, love, love Dairy Queen and always have, since I was a small child and that was over 30 years ago! They had an imposter Dairy Queen in my town too, called Dairy Kreme, but nothing beats Dairy Queen. They have the best soft serve ice cream and the ones with a restaurant have good food - burgers, fries, etc. However, I was thoroughly disappointed to find out, at a recent visit, that they no longer do the cherry dip ice cream!! This is a travesty! I've been getting a vanilla cone with cherry so since I was a kid! Why would they ever do this?? They need to BRING BACK THE CHERRY DIP!“
“One of my favorite places to go after work. I get myself a chocolate and strawberry frappe with chocolate sauce and whip. One of my favorite things, especially on a hot day! I also appreciate the special Sundaes and flavor combinations they do. I highly recommend!“
