My co workers and I always order from time to time and it’s always a good experience staff are nice and the few times I ordered if I see they had a cookie I wanted but the app said it was sold out they never said no to switch it and that always makes me happy . “5 star But?5 star for quality but ice cream sizes are too large! They have large, medium, small, kiddo and tiny tot sizes. I got two tiny tots for my kids and both couldn’t finish them. Understand this is America and average clients wants this but honestly one tiny tot size is good for two kids. I like to get less quantity at top quality and more often. Good thing is that you don’t feel sick after eating this ice cream.“

“The store is clean and well lit (bright). The cookies are large but a little expensive for what you get. They rotate the flavors on a regular basis, so if you find one you really enjoy you may not be able to get it anytime soon (or again?). There is no dining on site, it is carry-out only.Parking: As with this whole section of Patriot Place: you have to park in the general lot and make your way to the restaurant. If you park parallel to rt 1 you're on ground level. If you park in front of the movie theater you have to either take the escalator by the theater or the stairs or elevator in front of the Hall of Fame/museum.“
“Like every Rita's this Rita's deserves a five star for amazing customer service and for having such a great variety of custard's, and Italian ice, they made my double stack custard with the quickness. And yes it was amazing. I suggest trying orange custard if they have it when you were there.“
“Awesome ice cream place! My son has a dairy allergy and their vegan chocolate sorbet is a HUGE hit. He even wanted to try a waffle cone and the staff was beyond helpful making sure everything was safe for him to have. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had at an ice cream place for my son. Great flavor selection for the dairy based ice cream as well! Our whole family loves coming here, thank you!“

“My first time visit was amazing. Our food was served hot and delicious. The fried clams were served perfectly and the onion rings are the best I've had in a while. The tartar sauce is absolutely outstanding. Service was friendly, very much a family and welcoming atmosphere.
