“This was such a hidden gem! I almost walked past it, but the glittering lights inside brought me in and they did NOT disappoint! The food was delicious and the staff were super knowledgeable about the spice levels of various dishes, suggesting food for each of our preferences! We had the queso fundito which was DELICIOUS (it was a mild spice for most, but a little too spicy for me to order again lol), and I had the loaded nachos with carnitas and they were some of the best nachos I have ever had! The nachos were extra interesting because they are full tortillas, not tortilla chips, that the toppings were placed on, and the carnitas were super mild on spice! The only thing that was a little lackluster was the drinks were quite sweet, so if you are someone who wants a more sour than sweet margarita, I would recommend asking for it less sweet. Overall, this was such an amazing restaurant and I will definitely be coming back here again and again!“

“Fantastic meal!By far the best Mexican food for miles and miles around. It was clearly made with love. Flavorful, and made with excellent technique.I just over ate because I literally could not bear the thought of any of this food going to waste. Had I not been dining out, I might have licked the plate.“

“We ordered the biria tacos, they were so delicious. The fish and shrimp taco was on point. Also the shrimp tacos were to die for. You will not be disappointed.“

“So good. I didn't know a quesadilla could be so good. "Spinach and garlic quesadilla" was the best cheesy, perfectly crisped, totally satisfying lunch. I only ate half and looked forward to the other half for the rest of the day! Their house salsa is the best I've ever tasted. Counter service, and then sit; clean and calm (when I was there); go there. You're welcome.“

“My wife and I love good Cajun food. Our meals at Springdale Lunch in Holyoke were delicious. Just the right amount of Cajun heat in my Chicken Gumbo. And the Chicken with Crawfish Étouffée, and my wife's Blackened Tuna were perfectly prepared, as was the tasty cornbread that came with our meals. The place is small, but comfortable. The prices are fair. And the owner/chef is awesome. Our lunch was a real treat. We will be back.“

“I was visiting from out of town and was so impressed with this find! I'm sad that I don't think I'll ever be through there again ?. Javi is a wealth of information and skills at the bar. I had an excellent mezcal margarita and a top shelf margarita. Both were excellent and I learned they just got #1 margarita in the Valley. With homemade margarita mix, it is well deserved. The also make horchata in house. The chips and tortilla are made in house and I learned their tortillas in stores etc. The chips are slightly thicker with more crunch and a little darker. Very good chips. I had a delicious shrimp ceviche and veggie fajitas. The shrimp ceviche had an array of fruit flavors and tomato. Plenty of medium whole shrimp, they did not cut them up. Javi was very nice to also ask me if I was ok with cheese on my beans in light of his observation of me getting a meatless meal, he was considerate to ask me about the dairy conflict. I was impressed with the menu and wish I could have stayed to have their plantains, yucca, and mole options. There was one female server, I think she is Javi's sister or cousin. She was extremely friendly to all the customers and the two of them handled the room with a breeze. This place is a must if you enjoy Mexican restaurants as a passion.Vegetarian options: There was an avocado next to the veggie options. There was plenty to choose from.“

“I have been here numerous times since they opened and I have to admit, the food is absolutely fantastic. I have tried almost everything on the menu and the only thing I didnt care for was the Mole. Don't take just my word for it though, two of my buddies tried it and they absolutely loved it! The only complaint I have is that it's just a lil too pricey. Maybe if the meals were $2-3$ cheaper, or if they gave you some more food with your meal, it may seem like a better deal. Like I said, I can't complain about the food at all, or the service, or the atmosphere lol. Me and my daughter went there last night and we got two Chimichangas and an order of chips and salsa. Only water to drink and with a tip I spent $45+. I just don't like leaving a restaurant after eating dinner and driving home thinking to myself... I'm still hungry...“

“Amazing. I just started dipping my toe into the vegan lifestyle and was happy to find this restaurant during our college visit weekend. The Thai burrito with seitan was excellent. Tasty and filling. I wish I could take this place back home.“

“I really like this place. The atmosphere is nice and so are the staff. The food took a little while to come out. The food looks pretty, but the portion sizes were a little disappointing and it tasted alright. It is a little pricey for the quality.“

“Had a burrito the size of my face. It was great . We enjoyed the salsa so much we got a large container to go. It was early in the day and we were the only ones dining inside but saw plenty of take out orders , everyone was helpful and friendly. Zero complaints other than I’m out of delicious salsa and have to go get more ? will definitely eat here again!“

“My partner and I are new in the area, and were excited to try this place. We were not expecting the greatest Mexican food, it being western Massachusetts. We were pleasantly surprised by the authentic, delicious dishes and awesome margaritas. It mostly compensated for the terrible attitude of our server. Both times we've eaten there she was our server. She could not have cared less - no greeting, no smile, and she practically tossed our dishes on the table. The first time we chalked it up to her having a bad day, but when our second visit was the same, we think maybe she's just having a bad life. It really brings down the whole dining experience.“

“Typical burrito spot, ok inside atmosphere, employee was very nice and professional. Food tasted good although I didn't know they put onion in the quac which is gross. Other than that a decent place to grab and go for a good tasting, decently priced burrito“

“This location is better than the Northampton one. Get the carne asada (steak) burrito as it is much better than the chicken or bean. Reasonably priced and quick service when they are not slammed. You seat yourself and they bring it out to you. Good salsas and sides as well. Park in the subway Walgreens plaza if you don’t like street parking. My favorite Mexican place in the area above bueno and el camolito.“
