“100% recommend. Fun coffee shop, bakery, and market in MV. couldn't find anything like it in oak bluffs so made the quick trip here 2 days in a row for coffee and take away breakfast. The English muffin. I still dream of and wish I could have bought some to come home with. So good. Service was quick and friendly.”
“Stopped in with a group of friends for a few dozen Oysters and couple of bottles of wine. Sat at the back bar. Great oyster and wine selections. Fair priced. Attentive bartender. We had a nice evening.”
“Got here just in time ! Shops and restaurants are starting to open up for the season so we had the island all to ourselves. Although It was a bit nippy, we enjoyed the sunshine during our walks through the sleepy towns - spotted Rockfish and because I was craving a lobster roll - in we came ! The roll was delicious, my husband's fish and chips crunchy and flavorful- our gracious server was HCristina (think I spelled that right) from Serbia and she was just charming and fabulous! Great meal and wonderful service!”
“Bettini Restaurant at the Harborview Hotel is must if you're visiting Martha's Vineyard. Both the dinner and lunch menus have something for every palate. Each entree is delicious and we enjoy the chef's preparation whether it's a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado or boneless duck breast in a delectable sauce. Save room for dessert. Nick the bartender makes excellent cocktails! Dining at Bettini is not just eating a meal, it's a dining experience with a stunning backdrop of the lighthouse and harbor. Mary the hostess is so welcoming and gracious. Check out the menus. Bettini is highly recommended!!”
“Great straight- up diner food, with a 1950's vibe. The staff is outstanding -- friendly, efficient. Prices are great. The breakfasts have never let us down -- fresh, good. Families are more than welcome”
“Food was ok, we got there closer to closing, so for the price it wasn't the best quality. We will have to try it again not so close to closing time. Atmosphere was good and the restaurant itself was nice.”
“If you are looking for fresh, tasty and creative cocktails you should check out this place. The bartender Kamila makes the best drinks in town. I was amazed how good it tasted. Service is excellent too, Kamila was very welcoming and giving us detailed explanations about how she makes all the mixers for her cocktails from scratch. Do yourself a favor and get a dessert too, the crème brûlée was to die for.”
“Such a magical place. We love going to the Terrace during Christmas in Edgartown. Alway such warm and welcoming service and the food never disappoints. You will never feel rushed. Highly recommend.”
“Can't say enough good things about this place. Great vibe, good service and a very expansive menu. We've never had a bad meal here. As with all places on MV in the summer it can get crowded so plan ahead. Indoor and outdoor seating options!”
“Very stately and refined. I felt welcomed, and so would you if you're fortunate enough to be an invited guest of this private club. The food and service was delicious and top notch. #raceweek #regattas #sailing”
“One of only 3 places we could find open on a mid week spring afternoon. Nice atmosphere. Affordable and the burger was delicious. Seemed fire grilled. Server was clearly not thrilled to be working but who really is, right? I was pleased to have found it and met our needs perfectly that day.”
“This place is clearly very popular because there was a queue outside the restaurant before it opened for 5:30 p.m. dinner service on a very rainy Saturday night. Once open, the restaurant quickly filled up with diners. Tables tend to be closer together because of how busy it gets, and there are a lot of hard surfaces, meaning things can get a little loud.Service was the right level of attentive: staff were very friendly and they were good about clearing plates and utensils when it’s clear diners are done eating. The daily fish specials are posted on a chalkboard inside.Overall, the food was very good. The buffalo brussel sprouts with whipped blue cheese were very good but for $18? Feels steep. My husband enjoyed his tuna, which was served like an elevated poke bowl and had Asian influences. I got the seared cut cod special, and enjoyed the sweet corn and mushroom risotto that came on the side: it was appropriately warm and cozy feeling for the rainy day, and brightened by the bursts of sweet freshness from the corn.”
“A theme I found in Martha’s Vineyard was the feeling of being rushed. I ordered their lobster roll. The cashier rung me up. I wanted to add a soda. He rang me up again and then I decided I should get a water. The cashier rolled his eyes harder than a heavy rock rolling down a steep hill. While I get that I didn’t order everything at once. It’s my first time here and I was looking around. The lobster roll was good and apparently a small bag of lays potato chips are included. I am glad I tried it not sure I would want to try that again. One waterOne sodaOne lobster roll $44.69 (with a $5.83 tip included)”
“Great service. The food was good, but the salad tasted like water, no salad dressing on it. The atmosphere was good. It just needs better lighting. It's hard to read the menu'”
“Good service, good selection of food and drinks, and a jovial atmosphere. It is always nice to walk here after a morning stroll and get some food and a warm and delicious coffee.”
