“I would rate this store for top quality customer service from my recent experience. I placed a cake order online for my wedding anniversary which the store missed out due to system glitch. Manager apologized and was kind enough to not only knock off $10 on the cake over the shelf but also offered a free cake to order any time on him. After 2 months, today i ordered and picked up a cake which is made delicious. Thanks to the store manager to keeping top quality service alive which feels so good during these tough tines. I highly recommend this store!!!“
“I would like to commend the manager Tim? who was on 04/19/2024 around 1 PM. Our youngest granddaughter has an severe allergy to eggs. When I inquired Tim immediately looked up the ingredients in your ice cream. He was very helpful. You like I may think, eggs in ice cream but some of the store brand ice cream there are eggs, Shaw's/Stop h Shop and BIG Y. Wanted you to know your employee is on top of things. “5 star But?5 star for quality but ice cream sizes are too large! They have large, medium, small, kiddo and tiny tot sizes. I got two tiny tots for my kids and both couldn’t finish them. Understand this is America and average clients wants this but honestly one tiny tot size is good for two kids. I like to get less quantity at top quality and more often. Good thing is that you don’t feel sick after eating this ice cream.“
“Like every Rita's this Rita's deserves a five star for amazing customer service and for having such a great variety of custard's, and Italian ice, they made my double stack custard with the quickness. And yes it was amazing. I suggest trying orange custard if they have it when you were there.“
“Zay our server did his job perfectly. Friendly with a smile. The kitchen forgot the bacon on my sandwich but gave me some as soon as I mentioned it. My wife’s potato bun however was not so good. It looked and felt like it was put under a steamer then left to dry out.“

They rotate the flavors on a regular basis, so if you find one you really enjoy you may not be able to get it anytime soon (or again?). There is no dining on site, it is carry-out only.Parking: As with this whole section of Patriot Place: you have to park in the general lot and make your way to the restaurant. If you park parallel to rt 1 you're on ground level. If you park in front of the movie theater you have to either take the escalator by the theater or the stairs or elevator in front of the Hall of Fame/museum.“
