“I stopped in and had an early dinner/late lunch.Ordered the roasted brussel sprouts and they were nicely charred and delicious. Along with the sprouts I had a Margarita, tasty..and the Hawaiian Burger an eclectic mix of 2 burger patties, lettuce , tomatoes , onion and now for the unusual toppings, Spam and Pineapple! I was curious and ate it just as served and the burger was good, definitely a good combo. The burger patties were of the "smash" variety and the only thing I'd say is they were more well done than I like. Overall the drinks, the food and the staff were great.“

The portion sizes were great and so reasonably priced. Everything we ordered just kept getting better! The mussels where a large portion with the best toasted bread to dunk in such a flavorful broth. We tried the crunchy pork tacos which were great. Kids had the chicken fingers with curly fries and home made Mac n cheese both loved them. The fish n chips was a great entree to split after the apps and had so much flavor along with the Jersey fries that you couldn’t stop eating. Finished this unbelievable meal with ice cream for the littles and the screwball desert for us which was a homemade waffle with ice cream in a whisky Carmel sauce. Staff was friendly and great! Already picking out the menu and items to try the next time which will probably be tomorrow!!“
“This is a horrible place to catch up with out of town friends...Because every amazing bite of the food forces you to silence, to savoring each flavor and spice. You can't think of anything else apart from the taste. Even the crumbs left on the table that I of course didn't stick in my mouth...The care and excitement for the food is admirable, you can tell everything is handmade and thoughtful. Last night we tried the “Meaty” Mushrooms and it was excellent! Mixed Fat Moon mushrooms, miso-roasted gilfeather turnips, herb-butter pan sauce, parsnip puree, crispy onion. I am a lover of wild mushrooms, and this dish is one of the best I’ve had. I love how they use farm fresh foods and change up their menu accordingly.“

“Happened upon the Square Deli when a friend were in Chelsea for a medical test. OMGOODNESS. It was amazing. The menu was huge and so were the sandwiches. We had a Reuben and Paisano with lotsa fresh ingredients including yummy fresh bread. Served with homemade chips and pickles. Enough for 2 meals or to split if we agreed on the sandwich, lol. The owner was SO nice and friendly and accommodating. We opted for take out containers for another meal and the chocolate chip (homemade & huge) again with a great balance of soft in the middle and crispy on edges. They have been working on their cookies for a while, so they say, I think it's by far the best cookie I have ever had! hopefully don't have to go back for medical tests but would definitely field trip for their pizza next which has won many awards.“

It’s a loud atmosphere - so much it was difficult to have a table conversation for most of our time. The bar is right next to the tables and the crowd noise just bounces off the ceilings.Menu selections are great - some steak, chicken and lots of fish options. Often paired with rice, pasta and a flavorful veggie. Food comes out remarkably quick and hot.Service was a little slow otherwise but I will definitely come back.“

My husband and I placed our order, and Victor came to notify us that his father was on his way from the boats with lobster, and there would be a wait, maybe 15 minutes. Had he not told us, we would have never noticed, as we were more than preoccupied by the amazing calamari, salad and fresh baked bread. My favorite breakfast is the veggie sunrise wrap and the Chloe sandwich for lunch features the most delicious cranberry orange mayo! I love that their breakfast wraps and sandwiches have freshly cooked eggs, not the microwaved patties you sometimes find in other coffee shops. We come here year round, but I especially love DH around the holidays. It's small and cozy, and I always look forward to voting for my favorite gingerbread house while sipping on an eggnog coffee. :)“

“My first time at Bobby C’s and it was delightful. I’ve been living around the corner for a while but I never checked Bobby C’s before and I regret it so badly. The mussels in white wine and garlic sauce was something unexplainable, calamari perfectly fried to keep the tenderness, chicken parmigiana and the stuffed chicken breast was unreal. All unbelievably delicious and flavorful. The drinks were a must, and the big surprise was the to go dessert we took home, we were LITERALLY OMG at every bite. I regret not ask our server’s but if you go there and see this sweet lady with gray short hair and a bright smile, she is the one. She said that the desserts were backed by her and she gave us some biscuits to our little baby pug. “Been to Raso's countless times and will continue to do so. It is bustling every night of the week. Perhaps the packed bar is in part due to their broad martini menu (haven't tried a bad one yet). But everything about it is exactly what you want for an easy-going Italian restaurant in Medford. The vibe is comfortable - a friendly crew of staff who will happily recognize regulars, always good tunes in the background at a respectable volume, nice decor but no frills. Parking lot is small and cramped. In the evening, people tend to take their chances and park in the right lane of Mystic Ave, since the lot fills up. Now that I've explained how Raso's passes the vibe check, and implied that you could simply have the time of your life consuming their martinis and nothing else, I'd also like to complement the food. We get the grilled artichoke appetizer every time (sometimes two or three orders of it) and it is fantastically tender, with a light lemony dressing over a bed of greens. We clear the plate every time. Before Raso's, I never gave artichokes a second thought, but now I dream of them. Have legitimately called in a to-go order of just the artichokes. Anyways, great arancini as well, great pasta and seafood dishes, and you can order a breaded chicken cutlet with most entrees, which is nice and crispy, but also huge, so be warned. They're always trying new things with the pizza too - classic kind of crust with a tiny char on the edge. They even have some real Italian desserts, like Spumoni! Some people will say the food is average. I say, if you're looking for some kind of revolutionary experience, you're simply in the wrong place. Raso's experiments within the bounds of a classic Italian-American menu, they do it with class, and the staff are genuine. My humble suggestion is that they don't change a thing. Vivi il Raso's.“

My wife had the Fried Haddock Sandwich which has a great crispy breading and is perfectly fried (and huge). I had the French Onion Soup to start and the Marinated Steak Tips with rice. Both were great and the tips were cooked a perfect medium rare. The pour of the house Chardonay was generous and was tasty. The one negative (not enough to knock off a star) for me was the draft beer choices as there are no local craft beers to choose from, but a 20 oz Sam Adams for $5.50 makes up for it.Not on US1 but still pretty easy to get to. Will be back as the menu choices are extensive and want to try them all.“

“The price/quality ratio is great, very friendly but professional staff. Quality live bands Friday and Saturday nights, $10 cover charge. Lisa Love Experience, the WildFire Band, The Far are some of the bands I have seen there, and they have a good size dance floor too. The kitchen closes and live music starts at 9pm. I definitely suggest making a reservation and being there early enough if you plan to eat or you don't want to stand up all night. Lounge is the perfect place to hang out with friends on a weekend night, or you can have a family dinner in the dining room but not a place for a romantic first date.“
