“Had been to Embargo in a while and went for a cocktail before the Derby - we had a ball! Marissa and David run a great place it is clear that the staff is family and everyone is focused on a great customer experience. The vibe was fun and vibrant. Cocktails were excellent. We had great small plates - oysters, ahi tuna and lemongrass and cod bites. All terrific. Can’t wait to go back!.“

“Gail is one of the best servers in the business. So if you are lucky to sit with her, your night is off to a GREAT start. Everyone LOVES the bar scene for a reason - but lines out the door start at 430 before they open! Their craft cocktails are memorable and their wine list is delightful. I LOVE LOVE the broiled oysters. LOVE THEM. Come just for those. Their steaks are prepared perfectly, seasoned perfectly. Honestly, can't say enough about this cozy place on Osterville main. It's a place to park yourself in and enjoy the ambiance, staff, people and THE FOOD!“

“Our food was served hot and it was delicious. The fried clams, the shrimp, onion rings and fries could not have been any better. There is a wonderful 1950s atmosphere here you expect on the Cape. There is outdoor tables and an immaculate indoor restaurant and bathrooms. This is a place you will visit every time you head to the Cape.“
“Randomly swung in this place and it was the best decsion I made all day! It had one of the best Sandwhich’ I’ve ever had on the Cape. The CALIFORNIAN sandwich is a MUST TRY! Great vibe, great staff and Aweosme place. If you’re in the area, check it out!“

“We ordered delivery, our delivery was not the correct one. I called to let them know and the owner was so very sorry and said new food was being made and would be right out the door to us. I am writing this because not only was the owner upset this happened, but was more than generous to make it correct. Mistakes happen, everyone is short staffed ,and they are doing everything they can to make it right.“

“We ate dinner here May 2 and 3, 2024. The food in both cases was excellent - from the raw oysters to the pan fried halibut to the Irish coffee. Our server Alex was also excellent: knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He provided superb service even when we requested that certain condiments be left out of a dish. My husband and I highly recommend this Restsurant for a fine dining experience!“

“It has great breakfast sandwiches I must say! The only issue with the morning glory cafe is that a breakfast sandwich with one scrambled egg and a couple strips of bacon no cheese on a croissant costs 10$ plus! So even though it's a great sandwich it's definitely the most expensive breakfast sandwich I've ever paid for.“
