“This afternoon I decided to stop by Taiyaki NYC for a quick snack. They have two of this locations in Boston, one located in the seaport area and the other one located right in Harvard square. This store is very easy to access as it's right at the intersection of church street and Massachusetts avenue. I would recommend using the T and get off right at the Harvard square stop since parking is very limited in this area. As soon as you enter this shop you are greated by lovely and welcoming employees. The ambiance of this store is very nice and very nicely decorated. There's no seating so the majority of customers just stop to grab and go. They have a very good menu variety, as shown in the picture below not only they have regular mochi donuts, but they also have butter mochi donuts which are gluten free and whipped cream bombs. They also have a big variety of ice creams flavors with great topping and syrup choices. They also have cold drinks, sodas and hot drinks. They also offer a seasonal menu which special flavors like red velvet. Today I tried the vanilla cream bomb and the peach passion fruit soda. The cream bomb was really big and the filling was plenty. It tasted very good and not too sweet. You could taste that the dough was freshly made. The soda was also delicious. Everything was lovely and I had a great experience. I recommend this place to everyone that happens to be around the area.“

“This tiny small store in Newton Centre serves up several variations of what is now my favorite dessert - mochi donuts. As I was never a big fan of (overly) sweet delights, I've never bothered to try them despite hearing about it until recently at an event. I was truly surprised as I didn't just take a bite BUT finished the whole thing in less than a minute (once again, a pretty big feat for someone who doesn't prefer sweet treats). It wasn't overly sweet like normal donuts and the texture is far more delightful and chewy as much as it was moist. The flavors were potent and quite addicting. Didn’t want to risk being late so when we saw this Dunkins as we walked towards the theater, we stopped in. Kids were indecisive but Jeff was patient with them, and just an overall joy to be around. When we travel, we look for dining we can’t experience at home but sometimes you are treated to a few minutes of friendly service at a regular chain and it makes your day! “The difference between this place and Dunkin is that Country Kitchen will put a smile on your face when you eat their food. The prices are super reasonable too. Donuts are great, other baked goods pretty solid. They recently added breakfast sandwiches and I think a photo speaks for itself. You aren't getting that at Dunkin.Plenty of traditional coffee offerings as well as iced flavors and cold brew options. Only thing that could kick it up a notch is some espresso drink offerings but even though they don't have it, I don't bother with any other food options, the food is that good. “Our experience with Chef Noire Boston was outstanding!Starting with being an amazing human in general, she was a top-tier professional and executed our collaboration flawlessly but made it so fun to be a part of. When she said "full-service" that was an understatement. She arrived with her team promptly, more than prepared and accommodated the unique and flexible needs of our event as it evolved and that's even before I've even talk about the food-- a grazing table so beautifully presented that no one wanted to even touch it, let alone eat it and then once they did eat it they couldn't stop. We even had guests asking for "bigger plates" so they could enjoy more of her delicious food. The food was so thoughtfully curated and, in every bite, you could tell Chef prepares every dish and element of her menu from a place of love. Orders are always ready on time—*do* note that I exclusively mobile order—and the stuff tastes good (as it should), but what really sets it apart from other Dunkin's I've been at is that it has this really comfortable interior. Lots of tables. Some seat two people, whereas others—like the one in the pic—can seat a group of three or four. It feels cozy, but not in a "god, this place is small" way. Sometimes, I'll place an order, come collect it, and just eat in.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance area after you pass the first door is a ramp with a railing to grab on to. No steps, as far as I noticed—and the inner door at the top of the ramp is kept open. The outer door is closed; not sure how wheelchair accessible it is because there is no button (that I saw), but it has a door handle on the outside instead of a knob, and a bar handle on the inside for someone heading out, so people leaving with drinks in both hands don't have to pull. If you've got someone to open the outside door, you should be fine? (Disclaimer: I'm not a wheelchair expert.)“
