“Very fast experience especially when it’s first thing in the morning and everybody wants their coffee lol food was made hot was in the drive-through no longer than 2 and 1/2 which is great for the morning rush. The service was great and the drive thru gentleman was super friendly and very polite !!“
“I just had the most amazing encounter with Dana. I messed up my online order and ran in like a crazy woman who hadn't had her coffee yet lol..... he calmly and happily listened to me and corrected my mistake. He was so busy and took the time to be kind and help me with a huge smile on his face. This is customer service and everyone needed to know Dana gives 10 🌟 service at this location. Thanks again 🥰“
“I'm rating this compared to other dunkins and fast food places but it's Dunkin donuts we're new England we love Dunkin but it's not a restaurant it's fast food the Dunkin next to stop and shop is probably one of the best ones tho ,their usually always fast don't don't mess up orders or have attitudes, usually no line or of their is a line it's short“
“This location has 2 of the BEST girls...Cheyenne and Leslie!!! I was served by them both this morning, Cheyenne at the window and Leslie making my breakfast...it was a lovely early morning experience and I was greeted by their warm and friendly smiles and sparkling conversation!!! And the best part of it all...my coffee was steaming hot and my breakfast was done RIGHT!!! Nicely toasted bagel with crispy bacon and hash browns!!! You'll start your day right at this location...especially when these girls are on!!!“

“I go to the 1121 Kempton St New Bedford location frequently and there is this young girl that is always up to speed, fast, and provides costumer service with a smile and I believe her name is Evelyn. She is amazing. I see her make drinks, takes care of online grabbing donuts for other guests! She's truly a rockstar!“
“ONE OF THE BEST, MOST CONSISTENT, DUNK AND DONUTS LOCATIONS, I'VE BEEN TO.... I MUST SAY, THOUGH, TO THE CORPORATE SALES REPS, YOU REALLY NEED TO SOLVE THE LEAKING LIDS TO CUPS PROBLEM.... “I would like to start this review by highlighting one individual who stands out above the entire Dunkin’ Donuts franchise. Lakeisha Newson, the manager of the 929 Kempton St. location, consistently delivers exceptional customer service and genuine care. She knows how to run a successful store without ever being rude, dismissive, or cutting corners in her service.
While many Dunkin’ locations struggle with inconsistent drink quality, cold or burnt food, and staff with poor attitudes or a sense of entitlement, Lakeisha is the complete opposite. She is the true star of Dunkin’ Donuts—making every morning start off perfectly. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication set a standard that others should follow.

“Whoever was making coffee and sandwiches this morning at 8:30 deserves a raise. Perfectly cooked crispy hash browns, sandwich was perfectly put together and the coffee was made exactly how I like it. And no wait in the drive thru, they made my morning today! Thank you!“
“I ordered a mobile order & got there & we realized someone stole my sandwich. 😒 The gentleman making the sandwiches was so understanding & remade my sandwich without hesitation. We got to talking & he told me how he was once homeless, amongst other things. This man is so genuine & kind! I didn't get his name, but he said he was 59 years old. Please give this man the praise he deserves! He made my sandwich perfectly & also made my day, by just talking with me! ❤ Thank you, Sir! ☺️“
“Unfortunately I went to Dunkin at 3:30 in the afternoon today and ordered 26 dollar meal deals. One of the sandwiches was a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. The other was a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel after leaving Dunkin I want to go visit my mother in the north end when I got home at 5:32 hours later, there was two sandwiches in the bag. They were both bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. I had to then get back into the car drive back to the north end when I live in the south end and bring her all the food back and I dealt with a girl named Sofia. She redid the whole six dollar meal deals. When I told her I only needed the sandwiches she put our bread through the actual oven. It was the best sandwich sandwiches that we had ever have and I hope Sofia gets recognition for this because she was absolutely amazing.“
“I had such a great experience here. The team working that day was a group of young guys, and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What really made me smile was the music — they were playing older songs overhead and actually enjoying it. It was music my mother used to listen to, and let’s just say I’m not exactly in the “young” crowd anymore! It was such a fun and unexpected connection.
What impressed me most, though, was how much they genuinely seemed to care about their work. They weren’t just serving customers — they were cleaning, staying attentive, and even sharing interesting information about the Dunkin’ equipment and how things work behind the scenes. Who takes the time to do that? It felt like having my own personal host.
That personal touch made all the difference. It was such a comfortable place to sit, have my coffee, go over some documents, and feel like I was surrounded by friends rather than just in a store. When you're getting it right, it deserves to be heard.Good job gentlemen!“
“Been coming here for years; still one of the few Dunkin’ spots that gets it right. Donuts are fresh, soft, not overly sweet. Latte was smooth and balanced. Outside Massachusetts, most Dunkin’s feel lost; no clue what they’re serving. But this location stays consistent, just like 8 years ago. It shows when people actually care. Dunkin should hire those with real passion and pay them fairly so they stay motivated. Quality like this doesn’t happen by accident.“
