“This small shop was a very nice surprise for me! They're known for chocolate croissants, and they were, indeed, very good here. I got them fresh, and they were very fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The chocolate was also pretty warm, and so it pretty much melts in your mouth. For me, this was even the case 30min after I got my croissant. Also good, for more savory items, were their foccacias. I forgot the name, but I got one with Italian sausage and tomatoes. Very nice, as the sausage was quite flavorful, and the foccacia, while a bit oily, wasn't overly so. The bread was still nice and crispy, too. I would definitely visit this place again, and try their other items. I saw one of their toasted cookies that looked really good, so that's maybe something l want to try, next time.“

“My sister-in-law just sent me and my wife a door dash order to cheer us up, with cold brew and two pains au chocolat. I took one bite and… wow. Buttery but light and flaky, cooked just right - understated perfection in a bag! I grew up in France, and this is honestly one of the best French pastries I have had in 28 years living in the US. Even in France it's not every day you find one this good! We’ll be going there for more, can’t wait to try what else they have to offer!“

“The cakes and pastries are always fresh. I’ve been going since I was a little girl, and now I bring my own kids there for treats. I pray they stick around for a long time.“

“Such an amazing coffee shop! Definitely one of the best lattes I have ever had with such yummy treats ? the owner Serkan is so sweet and provides such a kind and welcoming experience! Make sure to stop in and enjoy the cute decor and wonderful atmosphere, could not recommend enough!“
“The desserts are excellent! I ordered on a delivery app and I tried the tiramisu cake, strawberry cream cake, and Oreo Mille cake which was especially good. The desserts are lighter and a bit less sweet than traditional American desserts which is really a nice change. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into making these desserts. So good, highly recommend.“

“A superb French-style, or French-inspired pastry shop. Their puff cream balls are amazing (round eclairs covered in chocolate). The actual eclairs felt stiff and came with a custard cream rather than actual whipped cream so not to my liking. The cannolis were made to order and very fresh (though a bit too sweet for my liking).“

“We ordered many cupcakes, small treats and a cake for a bridal shower. They did not disappoint. Some guests even went as far as saying the cake with whipped cream frosting and strawberries was the best they ever had. We definitely will use Quebrada for more events in the future!“

“Such a cute little French patisserie. Would absolutely go back here. The tarts are to die for. My husband and I really enjoyed the chocolate and caramel tart it wasn’t too sweet or too heavy it was just right ! The passion fruit and raspberry tart is also notable:)“

“SweetWaters might be a 5 Star but my first stop in I only got the Cappuccino and Pastry. The cappuccino was made much much better than any “Dunkin’s” makes them, right composition, persistent foam, pleasing flavor, including “barista design”on top, unusual for local neighborhood coffee shops (this place is a cut above “normal”, I’ll go back for “next level” coffee and see how they do. (Mocha cappuccino, then later their cold brew).Spacious classy interior, great for remote work or business meetings over coffee etc, I imagine ok for “coffee tea pastry dates”.My compliments to the Server, “Chris”.Parking: Metered parking in front. Idk if there’s other parking or lot nearby.“

“I usually go to Cocoleaf in Dorchester, but this is closer to where I was that day. The staff were all nice and helpful, the Che were all very sweet for my tastes and the fruits were all canned fruits. I love their drink menu, but I think I still prefer the Dorchester location.“

“Fairly yummy. I had a pepperoni pastry; it's like an elegant pizza, but instead of using dough it uses a croissant pastry underneath. Unfortunately the pepperoni in the middle was cold; there should be a way to heat it up and make it taste more nice. The berry cream pastry was better; the cream could have been a bit lighter, but the berries were fresh and the flakiness of the pastry was on point.“

“My daughter stopped in today on her way out of a drs appt. She brought home 2 perfect pistachio croissant and a box with 12 macaron. Everything was delicious. I don’t understand the limits! Her trip here must have been after noon time (1-2pm). They said one croissant per order, but since it was her and her bf they allowed them to purchase two. I understand not wanting to sell out at 8-9am and perhaps limiting, but all our money is the same! If someone gets there and waits in line and has money, sell to them! Mid afternoon limits seem silly. I’d think they would want the cases empty by closing time. I have waited 2 months to enjoy something from there. I hope to be able to purchase and try more, but we are an hour and a half away. I’d be so disappointed to go all that way and not be able to purchase a healthy size box/order. Please rethink the limit stuff!! Sincerely the best macaron and croissant I’ve had at 51 years of age! Can we order ahead and pay?“

“There's a lot of hype around Lakon and I wasn't going to wait in line. Came around 3 pm on a Saturday and there was no line and several types of croissants left, I asked which the employee recommended and she said the crème brûlée. It was an investment for $8.50 although it was large. It looked great due to being completely covered with the shiny clear sugar shell that's on top of traditional brûlée (burnt sugar). It was stuffed with the crème and was so large and hard on the outside that it was not easy to take a bite of! I managed, and it was quite tasty but it was hard to really isolate the croissant itself and for that reason I'd recommend going with a more basic option ($4.50) Small shop with friendly employees.“
