“Ordered 2 large iced coffees on the Dunkin' app. The app. doesn't offer the option to request light or extra almond milk so we had to ask in person & the manager informed us it would cost nearly $2 ($2 for each coffee = $4) just to lighten our coffees by adding a little more almond milk… I already paid around $5 for each coffee, no way am I paying $4:more to add a splash more milk to them because they're bitter. When I place an order it is always ready and correct, they are always friendly, and I actually always go to this one over the other one in Norton even though it’s a longer drive for me. The difference between the two: Great Woods Dunkin’ makes your order with love.“
