“My husband, ten year old daughter, and I did a dumpling class today and it was amazing! The explanation of all the techniques and different dumplings were very thorough and easy to follow. They were so nice to my daughter too. This specific class was catered towards adults and we really appreciate that they included her and treated her as an equal. The dumplings were delicious and the space itself was so cute! We will definitely be back, with friends! Thank you Caitlin and Cal!“
“Polite and fast service. Nice Moody atmosphere with open sushi bar so you can watch the chefs at work. Was busy but not too busy when I went on a Saturday night, perfect place to sit down and catch up with a friend. Prices are a little high, but food was very good.Parking: Plenty of parking“
“After Plaster Funtime with the kids, I was searching for somewhere easy to eat with my kiddos but wanted to expose them to something they hadn't had before and that I loved. Pho!!! ?28 Bistro has a low key vibe, great music in the background, and the owner who works the register and tables(at least that Sunday) was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious! I had to order an 18yo, a 14yo, and a 7 yo. 29 Bistro didn't disappoint.Apps: Seaweed Salad, Short Ribs, and CalamariEntree options: Beef Pho, 2 x Seafood Pho, and Duck Pho (these aren't the names of the dishes, but the main ingredients within). My kids were loving the flavor, enjoying every moment of the experience, and had a bunch left over for lunch the next day despite being super full.I enjoyed it all. The Dutch Pho was absolutely amazing and while I over did it a bit in the apps, flavorwise, it was all amazing.Oh, we capped it off with various flavors of boaba tea! You've gotta check out 29 Bistro. I'll sure be back!!“
“I called in to place an order on New Year's Eve. I called about 3 and I was told I could pick up at 7:30. I arrived at the restaurant and my food was not ready. They were so busy so they weren't taking anymore orders. It took about 15 minutes. I ordered the twin salt and pepper lobster. It was hot delicious and plentiful.“
“This was my first time trying this place. I did not go in person but rather had it delivered to me at work. I didn't know what to get but I made my decision based on existing Yelp pictures. I selected the red glazed pork bowl. When I read the description, I was turned off by the seasoned soy sauce (I'm normally not a fan of soy sauce) so I was very close to requesting for them not to add it but decided to leave it as is. The first observation I made was that the food was a bit greasy so definitely not something to eat if you're on a diet. But, the green beans were good; maybe just a minute or two over cooked. The rice was flavorful and plentiful for the portion of meat. The meat had so much flavor. It was tender, it literally pulled apart with very little effort. It was savory but also a minor sweet kick in the first few chews. I would try other meals on their menu. The price for this meal is reasonable. The portion looks small at first but it's actually quite filling and is packed with a lot of meat.“
“I ordered some rolls for my son while waiting for his appointment to finish. The woman whom I spoke with when picking up the order was lovely. It's a well located restaurant in downtown Needham. My son loved his rolls! We will definitely go for dine in service in future.“
“The pop corn chicken is amazing. We got a small but it was more than enough for 2 ppl to share. The gochujang sauce that comes with the bowls is more on the sweeter side than spicy so if you have a low spice tolerance I think you can handle it.Parking: Meters are $0.25 per 30 minutes.“
“My family absolutely loves Shanti. It's delicious, has depth of flavour. I always get the chicken tikka masala, butter chicken and lamb curry. They all come with rice. The service is efficient. We get delivery from here pretty often and it's great. The only con is it's a little pricey for the quantity but I still love it!“
“Stopping by for a quick mid day dine. First- Lychee Martini was wonderful. Second- steamed Thai chicken peanut dumplings. They were sure tasty, just a bit of a tough chew for some. The meat and toasted peanut was a little over cooked. I don't mind that so much. I like my meat really done. The ginger sauce is yummy. Third- takoyaki app. Perfect bites of tempura balls filled with octopus. The top of mayo and bonito flakes made me get a real smoke gun flavor. Loved it!“
“Never have I ever felt so chinese before in my entire life. Its as if god had this place sent down straight from heaven, giving me this opportunity to feel what its like to be chinese and what a great life is like. Out of every chinese restaurant, this place has left me ascending only because of a singular slurp of chicken lo mein.“
“This place was amazing, the food was perfect and the place its self was very calming and modern. The service was also amazing and nice. The beef ramen was also hitting the spot, it had amazing flavor and the beef itself was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The drinks as well were amazing, the Carbonated Ramune drink was perfect! This is a good place to eat with friends and family!“
“Def not the best jerk chicken I've ever had, but I got it pulled and close to closing so I can't take away too much praise. The ambiance was great; they have great branding and the staff is excellent. Just a lot of boxes taking up a quarter of the resturant and one table completely taken up with a laptop and other miscellaneous personal items. They are brand new so I'm sure in time it'll change.Either way, service was amazing.Rice, amazingPlantains, amazingJerk chicken, tasted like store baught jerk sauce.Definitely recommend tho as their prices are fair and they give a lot of food per order.Parking: You won't ever have trouble finding parking“
“Best value for "All you can eat" sushi in the area. Don't be fooled by the older exterior. Staff is very friendly and attentive. My green tea never ran dry. Sushi was better quality than I thought I would get at an AYCE place. So good I had to come back the next day.“
“I used to come here all the time when I worked on the other end of Tremont Street. The Thai waitress is no longer there and it remains a takeout place principally but you can sit down and eat. The atmosphere is nice enough. In my last visit, I ordered the Kimchi chegue (Kimchi stew). It was decent but didn't measure up to my memory of stopping into mom and pop restaurants in Korea. And, how could it? The broth had a tomato and cracked pepper feel and didn't have the kimchi base I miss. I like that beef is an option -- in Korea, there is only pork -- but it had a weird texture, like it was missing a browning/caramelization.In short, it wasn't the trip down memory land that I hoped it would be but there's some good grub there, for sure -- I saw people get it -- so I will be back again but I'll mix it up and get something different.“
“Great food! I had the Cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp. Big portion!!! Came with 9 and made reservations earlier the week. Didn’t know you can dine in. They were so helpful ! Parking is in tight on the street, but there a huge free lot across the street. Their salmon hush puppies are delicious too! We feasted!!!“
“Who doesn't love Jin's?? Kitty is the literally the best, (makes the best dirty martini too) Food is always amazing and they are always coming up with new items on their menu. Everything is delicious. Everyone is so nice. It's only a good time there.“
“A lot better than I remember! My family used to get takeout here a long time ago before the remodel, but stopped after the quality went down. After dining here in-person for the first time in like 10 years, I can honestly say the whole experience was excellent. We had the Peking raviolis, garlic shrimp and scallion pancake. All were great and flavorful. Our waiter was kind and attentive, and the new(ish) inside is lovely! I'll have to come back for drinks and sushi.“
“Celebrated family birthday lunch at Masa. Chef put on a fun performance cooking our orders (Hibachi Deluxe and Sea of Japan). At the end of the course, the waitress put on the mini-mouse costume, played birthday music and brought a complimentary ice cream Sunday for our birthday guy. It was a great experience.“
