“This was my first time dining at this establishment, I usually order to pick up. I wanted to treat my 12yr daughter to a nice sushi dinner, as she had a hectic school week and ace all her weekly test. From the time I walked in, to the server at my table it was a really easy, comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing experience. Onething I love is when your server is knowledgeable about the menu and what's being served 10points to her! My daughter actually asked me today if we can go back ......Good job!!!“
“My partner and I have found our favorite hot pot spot in Quincy. Despite the presence of other excellent hot pot restaurants, we invariably return to this one. We consistently choose the all-you-can-eat option, appreciating its reliability, excellent service, and value for money. The diverse range of broth choices, appetizers, and other a la carte meals adds to the appeal. It's a familiar and comforting place that we truly cherish!“
“Parking: Food is pretty good, slightly more on the expensive side for AYCE. Most dishes come fairly quickly. Depending on the wait staff they may or may not offer to get you a new grill. On average the waitstaff are very quick to changing them regardless of a busy night or not. If you love BBQ, you don't want to miss out on the opportunities here, especially with Japanese Quality bites.“
“The chef personally brought our food to the table and came over to ask how everything was after a few minutes. The crispy artichoke salad is easily one of the best salads I’ve ever had. 10/10! Great atmosphere and vibe. We will definitely be back!“
“I came here to celebrate Valentine's day with my husband. Personally speaking, I've not been a big fan of Asian fusion food, but I was delightfully surprised by the food at Myers & Chang. We got one beef udon dish and a braised beef dish, with both turning out very good but both a bit salty - so we had to get one more bowl of rice to top up. Additionally, they were kind enough to let me order a drink from the brunch menu. I would come back!“
“I came here for birthday drinks with my girlfriends and I was amazed with their cocktails. The lychee martini is delicious! Probably best one I've had in Boston. Ambiance is hip and beautiful. Shout out to Bao for making us feel extra special that day ! Will definitely come back to try the food!“
“I used to go here years ago for their bulgogi tacos, quesadilla, and kimchi fries and have never been able to find the time to go. I went the other day to get kimchi fries before work and I am so glad I did! It's a tiny spot for mostly takeout and I ordered kimchi fries with bulgogi. When I went to pickup my food they told me they accidentally made it with spicy pork so I could either keep the pork or they would remake it. They were very nice about it but I was fine with spicy pork and they ended up giving me both spicy pork and beef. I don't know why I haven't gotten these more these past few years because they are still as amazing as they were years ago. Hot fries with kimchi, bulgogi, different sauces and a runny egg on top. One of the best meals and it was $13!“
“We had an absolutely phenomenal dinner here this evening. Our waiter, Robin, was amazing. Highlights for me were the Beef Tataki, the tahini cauliflower, the dandan noodles, and the fried chicken. Great fusion food, great vibe, great views.“
“My husband, ten year old daughter, and I did a dumpling class today and it was amazing! The explanation of all the techniques and different dumplings were very thorough and easy to follow. They were so nice to my daughter too. This specific class was catered towards adults and we really appreciate that they included her and treated her as an equal. The dumplings were delicious and the space itself was so cute! We will definitely be back, with friends! Thank you Caitlin and Cal!“
“One of my new go-to spots for Asian-inspired healthy bowls.I first found out about Lotus Test Kitchen last year while looking for a lunch spot in Downtown. Since then, I’ve been getting bowls from here at least once a month. They seamlessly meld Asian flavors into healthy bowls without a lot of compromises. My favorite bowl is their signature Braised Pork Belly Bowl, which features three substantial chunks of tender pork belly. It also comes with cabbage slaw, and pickled daikons and carrots that helps tone down the greasiness with their tangy, refreshing crunch. And then there's the Spicy Gochujang sauce, an optional but highly recommended addition that weaves sweetness and a subtle kick to the bowl. While certain dishes, like the Thai Curry Chicken and the Spicy BBQ Korean Pork Belly bowl, occasionally come with meat that errs on the drier side, their sauce and pickled vegetable toppings help elevate the central ingredients.Overall, a great lunch spot that offers a quick, filling, and delicious bowls. If you’re looking for something healthy outside of your usual salad bowls, I highly recommend giving them a try.“
“Our waiter, Rodolfo was the kindest and most supportive waiter I have ever encountered. The food was some of the best I have ever tasted. This along with the assistance showed and his positive, upbeat attitude made my experience at this place one which stood out of many. Overall an amazing experience which should be shared among many. ???Vegetarian options: Delicious noodlesKid-friendliness: Had food everyone could enjoy ?“
“Delicious and fresh sushi and sashimi at a hidden spot! But as the saying goes, the aroma of wine is not afraid of the depth of the alley. Come on, store! We got the toro tataki and scallop uni tataki as well as the toro hand roll from the omakase menu, and the lunch special makimono. All amazingly tasty and we are hungry for more!“
“Hands down the best sushi in Boston! UNI has quickly earned its place as my go-to for celebratory dinners with my partner. Fantastic place to impress a date or family with a cool and fun atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming service ties this delicious experience together. We can't wait to go back!“
“I highly recommend the salmon dumpling, the first bite was really amazed. There were only 3 dumplings, and, my friend and I were two people. But the waiter was kind enough to give one more, just so we could share it evenly. The sea urchin soba noodles and oysters were really great as appetizers.“
“It was Ladies' night for us, and we popped into Banyan. We love the décor, atmosphere, drinks. We instantly loved Jimmy who gave us the warmest welcome like we were old friends. We ended our night in Banyan and are eager to go back for a meal!“
“Omg soooo good I want to come back and try all the vegan dishes and all the levels of spiciness. Gundruk Soup! Get it!Vegetable Mo Mo! Get it!Can't wait to come back for more. Great food, friendly service. Get ready for a flavor experience you will love.“
“First of all, I can't believe we waited so long to go back to this place, since we live less than half a mile away. This is such a unique place in Chinatown, with very creative (and well made) cocktails and a menu for just about anyone's palate. After seeing a segment on TV, I really wanted to try the burger and it might be one of the top 5 burgers I've ever had (and I have had thousands). The Bao bun is just so good, as was the sauce and the pickles. Top it off with a side of duck fat fries and you have the perfect burger. We were there on a Monday night around 6:45 and the place was packed. The bar too. No pictures but I wish I had. Will definitely be back to try more of the menus.“
“Loved this cute little cafe! They serve hot drinks, bubble tea, and desserts. Thai iced tea with brown sugar pearls was delicious! We also had the mango eclair and tiramisu, which were just the right size and sweetness. Decor and atmosphere were beautiful and classy. Window bar seating and some small tables as well. Staff were very friendly and completed our orders pretty quickly.“
“Silk Road has become our family's go-to spot whenever we're craving something special. We've lost count of the number of times we've dined here, but every visit feels like a new adventure. We have tried almost everything on the menu and it never disappoints. And guess what? Our kids are totally into it too! Sure, some dishes can pack a bit of heat, but just give the server a heads up.The place is limited in space and they do not take reservations so sometimes it feels like a bit of a squeeze. But hey, that's part of the charm, right? Just be prepared for a bit of a tight squeeze, especially if you're rolling in with a big crew.Overall, Silk Road gets a big thumbs up from us. Whether you're a die-hard fan of Uyghur food or just looking for a fun family outing, this place won't disappoint.“
“Never too packed, great service, drinks, and a low-key atmosphere. Go alone or with friends, you'll enjoy it either way!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian broths are available...the tomato broth is a little sweet, but good, and the mushroom broth is a newfound favorite! There are also veggie and different types of tofu options too.“
“I've been to all the Boston locations and this is my absolute favorite location. My boyfriend and I try to get in once a week when we can. Every time we go the staff are so cute and friendly. We always get the split pot as I am obsessed with the tomato broth and he is obsessed with the spicy broth. The beef is beefin'. We get a minimum of 4 plates of beef to start. So much beefy goodness in those really thin slices. You get a variety of veggies and proteins from the buffet line. When we eat at a different hot pot place I feel like I am betraying happy lamb. This location is the best.“
“The food was excellent so I'd give 5 stars just for that but they went above and beyond to cater to our kids food allergies, which is always difficult when you are traveling and have to eat out.The lady then took time to speak with our boys, ask them they're name and wrote it out in Thai on a piece of paper for them to take home as well as teach them how to pronounce it. Our boys were super happy.I would 100% return.Dietary restrictions: Allergies“
“This is such a wonderful addition to the halal food scene in Boston! This restaurant is tucked away, in a small Asian food court, and is a hidden gem! The food portions are large, and each entree is fresh and packed with a bunch of flavor (and “spicy” is actually spicy here, haha). We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodles, Samsa, and Chicken entrees and they were wonderful! We will definitely be coming back soon!!!“
“This was my first visit to any Happy Lamb location. The meat selection and fish/veggie selection, I thought were pretty decent/sizable. I wasn’t a big fan of their spicy broth, not because of the spice level (yum) but because the broth had a granular texture which wasn’t pleasant. I was disappointed with their sauce station, it was incredibly limited as compared to other AYCE hot pot spots. The service and price of the meal overall was pretty decent.“
“We ordered the beef dry wok and the spicy beef pot, both food were extremely tasty. The Mala Wok here is much better than the ones from Mala Restaurant right across the street, the portion is a bit smaller than Mala Restaurant, but flavor wise, was much better. The beef pot was also great, though not as good as Kung Fu Mala which is also across the street. I speak Cantonese and so do the staffs there, and they were extremely friendly and nice. Definitely should check this place out, extremely underappreciated, will definitely come back to try other items on their menu. 10/10“
“Very small space, but the decor is cute. There are only three tables, so not good for large parties. I recommend taking to-go. The bulgogi beef burrito is my favorite. The sauces are good, and it is filling. I haven’t been here in years, so I am not sure if the quality is the same.“
“The best place for hot pot in Boston! So many choices to pick from and a sauce bar that you can mix your own or use the ones they have. They have the best broth out of any place I’ve tried and the wait staff is super kind and helpful if you have any questions! Always a good go to on a dreary “
“We had a good time here. They have interesting choice of foods and nice atmosphere. Perfect for a date night and gathering up with friends. The piano bar is awesome. Its so chill. Would recommend the exalted one and rosemary baby for drinks. Be back soon.“
“I stumbled upon this place on my way home from work and wow. The sushi is some of the best I've had. Everything tasted fresh and great quality. Got the spicy tuna and yellow tail, tuna and salmon nigiri, and crunchy tuna maki. Absolutely would recommend anything on this menu.“
“I went here in December 2022 and loved my experience here. I was able to find seating at the bar on a busy Friday night. I ordered 2 drinks - a bright blue cocktail and a hot pink one after. Both were delicious. The service was a bit slow because of how busy the restaurant was, but the bartender totally made it up to us by giving us free shooters! The shot was blue and sparkly and also amazing. Overall I really liked it here. I'm not sure if the bar is still open or if it's just an event space now, but I would go back to this bar.“
“Mi Soul is a great miso soup ramen, the pork is esp tender and generous.Ten Yum was solid, very simple(just noodle and shrimp) and was mild/medium spicy.Poke was good, fish was very clean tasting, and a good amount of rice. I only wish they had spicy mayo as an option, more Seaweed or furikake for crispyness, and a little more cabbage to go with the large amount of rice. Great to have the option given the other poke spots are about a mile away.“
“Wow! This place is amazing. The food is good. The atmosphere is good, the price is good and the service is outstanding. I had a birthday dinner with my husband and it was the best. I am grateful for a wonderful dinner and friendly reception. A must go??“
“We had a lovely waitress who was very attentive for lunch on Thursday, March 28th and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal of Boneless Short Ribs (Galbi), Boneless Chicken with a pesto sauce (Dak Galbi), Thin Sliced Beef Brisket (Chadolbagi), Short steak (jumulleok), Flank Steak (Chimasal), and vegetables, such as zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, and other veggies. We started with miso soup that was excellent, a large salad that we shared with horseradish dressing, and a bowl of rice. The Korean BBQ uses charcoal which gives the meat a more authentic flavor. The meat was thinly sliced and marinated before cooking. Korean BBQ grills are designed to be used indoors, and when the grill started getting pieces of food stuck, our waitress, removed the grill and gave us a new grill. There were three sauces to enjoy with the meat which were teriyaki, ponzu, and spicy sauce. We very much enjoyed the experience, and spent two hours enjoying our meal. My colleague is from Seoul, and she knows an authentic barbecue restaurant, and I chose the restaurant because of all the positive reviews. We will be back again! Thank you so much for a wonderful meal! Our sincere thanks!“
“I have eaten at Crudo many times now and every time I go it is an incredible experience! They have amazing cocktails and high-quality food that is so good every time. I definitely recommend checking out this cute restaurant in the North End!“
“I called in to place an order on New Year's Eve. I called about 3 and I was told I could pick up at 7:30. I arrived at the restaurant and my food was not ready. They were so busy so they weren't taking anymore orders. It took about 15 minutes. I ordered the twin salt and pepper lobster. It was hot delicious and plentiful.“
“Tried it while in the area based on Yelp reviews. Got the springs rolls and pan fried dumplings as appetizers. The spring rolls were okay not great. The pan fried dumplings were really good. for entrees we got the Vegetarian Delight, the Basil Chicken with eggplant in Garlic sauce, and Chicken in black bean sauce. The vegetables in the Delight were excellent, the sauce was one of those sort of Chinese American white sauces that I am not really a fan of but was still decent. The Basil chicken dish was quite tasty, really good sauce and the eggplant was really, really good. The chicken in black bean was a simple but excellent dish. The serving dishes might have seemed cool in concept but perhaps had a flaw in actual use because they seemed to have a tendency to easily overflow due to design that has weakness on either end. Simple order at the counter and they bring to your table in the small dining room. Seems to be primarily a take out place but the dining room was clean and the service to the table good. They checked in on us. Bathroom was nice and clean.“
“Located near gate C19, it’s a great place to grab a quick meal during layovers. I got the Shojonator Burger with Fries and it’s pretty good. The portion isn’t huge but that’s a good thing (specifically in this case) because it wouldn’t make you feel too bloated during your next flight.“
“The food was very good, we stopped here for lunch after visiting the aquarium and enjoyed the beef-sweet potato fries, chicken dumplings, chicken ramen and the spicy tuna bowl. All of the food was delicious and paired well with our drinks: lemongrass tea and the blossom cocktail. Carolina was our server, she was very helpful with picking our food and ensured that all of our food arrived promptly. Highly recommend !“
“This was my first time trying this place. I did not go in person but rather had it delivered to me at work. I didn't know what to get but I made my decision based on existing Yelp pictures. I selected the red glazed pork bowl. When I read the description, I was turned off by the seasoned soy sauce (I'm normally not a fan of soy sauce) so I was very close to requesting for them not to add it but decided to leave it as is. The first observation I made was that the food was a bit greasy so definitely not something to eat if you're on a diet. But, the green beans were good; maybe just a minute or two over cooked. The rice was flavorful and plentiful for the portion of meat. The meat had so much flavor. It was tender, it literally pulled apart with very little effort. It was savory but also a minor sweet kick in the first few chews. I would try other meals on their menu. The price for this meal is reasonable. The portion looks small at first but it's actually quite filling and is packed with a lot of meat.“
“Stumbled upon this cozy Thai spot in Cambridge's Central Square! The interior is super intimate and it was empty when we got there but filled up! Definitely gives mom and pop vibes and I liked that it wasn't crazy inside. For food, we ordered papaya salad, tom yum soup, and khao soi. The papaya salad was fresh but the sauce was a little too acidic. The sauce also ended up gathering on the bottom a little too much but was great to cut through the thick noodle soups. The tom yum soup was super flavorful and I loved the broth. Unfortunately the noodles got soggy really quickly but all the fillings made up for it. It came with dumplings, pork, ground pork, egg, and more! The khao soi was very creamy but also full of flavor. I liked the thickness of the egg noodles but my friend was a little unsettled by the richness of color. If you're looking for a quick, local spot for Thai, this is a great place to go!“
“We made it in on a quiet Monday evening. It was my first time here. My daughter loves their bubble tea. They are in a great location in Randolph. I can see this being a great place to get a refreshing drink during hot summer days. I made some great selections from their appetizer menu, but I look forward to trying their Teriyaki and Ramen Bowls. The pork dumplings and shrimp shumai were good choices.“
“It was our first time here. Sushi was great. Staff was also very pleasant. The restaurant itself was a very nice environment nice seating and lighting. The presentation of the sushi was amazing! It came in a beautifully designed boat steaming with dried ice and beautiful decorations! They had a pretty decent size menu. Absolutely going back.“
“The sushi is good here. They put a lot of large pieces of fish on their rolls and the ingredients like the rice and what not are usually fresh. I usually just stick to 2 or 3 of my go to rolls there. Rainbow roll, spicy tuna and the torched roll. Usually 1 waitress handles all the tables during a lunch or dinner service and food comes out fast.“
“I recommend for a party of 3+ and order Gamjatng. The soup is tasty, the pork bone with meat is very very soft. Pancake was the MVP for this meal. The spicy pork feet we ordered has a smell, avoid to eat skin, but the meat and taste recommend to order.“
“This place is sick. I wish I could have been there for the live jazz music, but happy just with the Sushi and sake with friends. We got the smallest boat along with 2 side orders of eel. The service was great and the Sushi was just as good. Highly recommend the avocado eel rolls.“
“Visited on NYE before the foreworks and this place provided a great opportunity to rest before the main event. However, what surprised me was how good the Shrimp noodle tasted, probably the best I ever had and I had to order again, forcing my friends to order round two too ?. Definitely recommend the shrimps.“
“The food was the best East Asian food I’ve had in Boston!! The wontons, dumplings, popcorn shrimp and ribs were incredible!! Will definitely be coming back.Travis attended us and was the best service that I’ve had in a long time! 12/10!“
“The menu is a masterful celebration of Asian cuisine, with a strong emphasis on Japanese flavors. We started with a selection of appetizers, including the Edamame sprinkled with sea salt and the Gyoza, which were perfectly pan-fried to achieve that desirable crispiness on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. The sushi is undoubtedly the star of the show. We indulged in the Chef's Special Sushi Platter, which was a visual and gustatory delight. Each piece of sushi was fresh, with the fish's natural flavors shining through, complemented by perfectly seasoned rice. The Dragon Roll and the Spicy Tuna Roll were also standout choices, offering a harmonious blend of textures and flavors.“
“Great ambience, located a five minute walk from Kendall T station. We went at 7ish and it was starting to get packed, but the service was great--they had a lot of cocktail and alcohol options that seemed delicious, we just didn't happen to try any. Highlight of dinner was definitely the spicy salmon maki. Salmon was incredibly fatty and delicious, definitely high quality. We also ordered the Tempura maki, popcorn shrimp and Agedashi Tofu. While the agedashi tofu and tempura maki were alright, the popcorn shrimp is definitely a must try. The coating is flaky and light, and the shrimp tasted fresh and bouncy. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!“
“Cloud fushion is the new “soju ba”/ “myung dong” of Quincy. I love that it opens late until 1am, which is good for some last minute going out plans/small birthday get togethers. Service was good especially Jeffrey who served us, was very nice and attentive. The place is small, but cozy. The drinks and some foods were delicious. Bathroom was ok clean, could be better. Definitely would love to come back again.“
