“I love this place. My friends introduced it to me when I first moved to the area and my husband, son, and I have been going ever since. They do dollar oysters every day until 5:30pm, which is hard to find these days. It's the best deal in town! We also love the poutine and there's usually a few great local/seasonal beers on draft. Great atmosphere and the guys who work here are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommend!“

“Great Irish pub with very friendly staff and patrons. The type of place people will move over to help you get a seat. I watched 2 strangers at a 4 top invite 2 people that were waiting for a table to sit with them. The atmosphere was great. It is kid friendly. There was live music playing on a Sunday afternoon. Just the right level so you could talk and not yell. My daughter and I each started with a Shirley Temple. I'm a big kid at heart. For an appetizer we each got a cup of their creamy, buttery, thick and absolutely delicious clam chowder! My daughter got the baha burger. She really liked it. The fries were crisp with a nice spice. I had a stuffed quohog, this was served hot with butter and lemon. This was so good. I had the garlic parmesan chicken wings. These were crispy, juicy on the inside, and the flavors were delicious! Some of the best I've had. The entire time the staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely worth checking out!“

You're not going to go here for high end, you are going to go here to understand what a neighborhood bar and restaurant is. “The Guinness Stew was Fabulous and the Shepherds Pie was also Wonderful. The Waitress we had was pleasant, sweet, patient and efficient. This was our first time eating here and it will not be our last. It was a great way to celebrate St. Paddy's Day. Everyone in the restaurant was happy and we could not have had a better experience“
“Went on the weekend for brunch. Called ahead for reservations. When we arrived, most of the tables had reservation signs. Filled up as we were there. They have a good size bar as overflow seating but no bartender on duty, just regular wait staff. Reservations are a good idea.The Corned Beef Hash Benny was great. You get a choice of English Muffins or Hash Browns. I got it on the Hash Browns. It's different but delicious. The odd thing is that you get home fries, too. Potato everywhere. Maybe with Hash Browns, you could have a non-potato side?Parking: They don't have their own parking lot. But if you look on their website, they show at least 3 parking lots very close by that allow Brickhouse Cafe customers to park for free.“
“Ive been a client of this bar for 30yrs? -One word.. pastrami.. Their pastrami melt is out of this world.. All the food is fresh and really good actually.... Great cliental, amazing staff.. They have improved tremendously this past year.. . My only beef if that you can NOT expect to get a cocktail past 12:25am.. Im quite sure its NOT the bartenders fault.. Is what it is.. After 30 plus years of loyal patronage I still love the place.. Its a classic, huge square bar with excellent service.. What more can you ask for.. A legacy Rozzi bar.. ??“

“My in-laws and I stayed at The Inn and Longwood for nearly a month while my husband was in the hospital with a serious medical emergency. While the Inn was great, it was the Longwood Grille & Bar that made us feel at home while coping with a stressful situation. The food selection and quality is great, and prices are quite reasonable for a city restaurant. More importantly is the staff. The host and waitstaff are extremely attentive and caring. Most patrons of Longwood Grille are either hospital patients or family members supporting loved ones in the hospital. The staff at Longwood get to know you and your story of why they are visiting their establishment. They genuinely cared about my husband's condition and would always ask how he was doing. Their compassion did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Longwood Grille and Bar, whether you're in the area for medical purposes or not - it is totally worth it!“
“Parkers is my favorite spot when the sport games are on - sorry Jen!But really the food is awesome - my doctor tells me I need to cut back on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer wings but he just doesn't understand how delicious they are, especially with steak fries. I also love the red dragon sauce - admittedly i need to try more sauces but the buffy is one of my all time favorites My other go to is the Billy Mac pizza - Ronald may have invented the combo on a bun but Parkers version is scrumtrellesant!!Staff is always friendly and it's always a good vibe inside. “I've now been to Jake and Joe's three times with my boyfriend and have consistently been impressed with the food, atmosphere and service as well as the prices! Portions are generous and our food came out quickly. Last weekend, I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Wrap with sweet potato fries and he got the California Chicken Club. We split the steak rolls as an appetizer. Their menu is enormous with a lot of variety including some healthy and GF options. All of the servers are friendly and attentive. This place is family friendly with a chill vibe and is ideal for sports fans (they have several large screen TVs) or anyone who just wants to relax on a Friday night.
