“Great Service I booked a table for 6 and then needed to add two more. The manager called me and reassured me that they would be able to accommodate our party of eight. We were celebrating my husband's 75 birthday. We were seated at a long table in a private room and were treated in an attentive and very accommodating way. We ordered a couple of appetizers and drinks while we waited for the last two in our party. The menu offered a wide range of delicious options for everyone. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend it to friends and for special occasions. This will definitely become one of my regular restaurants from here on. “I'll admit it -- we are those people. The ones who weren't going to go out on Valentine's Day until we decided we were. And it turns out we weren't the only ones. The place is frequented by regulars for sure with a bar on one side and a slightly more formal sit down dining room on the other. When we arrived we waited for about 10 minutes and were seated at a high top near the bar area. During this time another couple got frustrated with the single waitress to be seen after she dropped off some food to them. This couple was not empathetic at all and then expressed that to the waitress in a condescending tone on what was probably one of the busiest nights there. The same woman was our waitress and it was clear she was running around from dining room to bar room without a single moment to catch her breath. She did great! Obviously the kitchen was swamped too but we knew to adjust our expectations accordingly for timing. Food was delicious, incredible value. Calamari was a generous portion and could definitely be a small family appetizer on its own. My husband commented that you will not find a steak for less than $35 in the area and I think this one was $25 or so? Truffle fries were excellent. I got the bolognese and it was comforting and a big portion. We'll definitely come back on a less busy night but overall it was a good experience!“

And it breaks my heart to waste food. She understood my feeling and allow me to take the food to give to a homeless person. Then, Dami convinced me to get a different pasta dish name Fettuccine alla Bolognese. This was so good and I was very happy that she convince me to try it. ?? So my sister enjoyed Arancini ball dish with pink vodka sauce which was amazing. We both will order this next time we come. My sister main dish was salmon with a creamy rice sauce and artichokes. She said it was good. After eating all this...We decided on cannolis and tiramisu as our dessert. Then, Dami the manger came out with a big dessert platter. “Wanted to ensure we recognized Sara. Ordered food to be ready for 730pm. When we arrived as the food was being packaged the bag busted and food fell to floor. My wife called me to explain what happened and I called the restaurant and spoke with Sara. She sens 2 10.00 gift cards with the completed meal. When we opened food at home we noticed that 2 meals were incorrectly made and was missing 1 meal. I called back and spoke with Sara and she was so apologetic. So once again we got in the car and drove back. Sara came out to see me apologize and ensured us the meal would be comped. This girl trying to manage a kitchen with 2 new associates and having this happen handled herself very well and made sure it was about customer satisfaction. We have not seen the refund as of yet but it is a weekend so we'll wait until Monday. They have a good size bar as overflow seating but no bartender on duty, just regular wait staff. Reservations are a good idea.The Corned Beef Hash Benny was great. You get a choice of English Muffins or Hash Browns. I got it on the Hash Browns. It's different but delicious. The odd thing is that you get home fries, too. Potato everywhere. Maybe with Hash Browns, you could have a non-potato side?Parking: They don't have their own parking lot. But if you look on their website, they show at least 3 parking lots very close by that allow Brickhouse Cafe customers to park for free.“

The buffet options were delicious and they also handled two special diet requests. The private room is pretty and can hold up to 60. It was very comfortable for our group of 30 and 30 display area. Although we brought in our own floral arrangements, they had many life-like silk flower arrangements already available in the room.“
