Dunkin' Donuts in Taunton

“Have had good experiences here. Staff was attentive and professional. I appreciate the patience given some complicated orders. 2 stars for atmosphere, because it’s a tiny and cramped location, both inside and out. The drive-through is oddly located with DD customers’ vehicles often jutting out onto the path of other traffic, the parking lot is oddly placed too, and there is no seating indoors.“

“I’ve developed an addiction. An itch. A calling if you will. To blueberry donuts. I’ve been going to this location to ask for a singular blueberry donut and consuming it within 1 minute approximately every other day. Today I got two in my bag instead of one. Even the employees are helping to scratch the itch. This is my purpose.“

“This Dunkin’ is one of the best I’ve been to! I usually order through the mobile app, pull up to the drive-thru, and bam — my order is ready and perfect every time. They never miss! Everything’s well-made, and it honestly feels like they make the coffee and sandwiches with love. The place is always busy, but whenever I’ve walked in, it’s clean, organized, and smells just like a real coffee shop should. Great job to the whole team!“

“After waiting in line just to be told I have to go to the pick up line where I was neglected for almost 10 minutes by 5 employees. A woman with glasses & a heart warming smile WHO WASNT ON THE CLOCK HELPED ME! When everyone else avoided me and my food got cold. If it were not for her I would give 1 star. She’s a rockstar.“

“Saturday 12/14/24 2:30 pm..
Just want to take a moment and thank Reggie and staff for a great meal and experience. This is the best Dunkin I've ever been to.

My son and I had a really big food order and Reggie took his time to take our order, make our meal.. and did it all with a kind smile and a great attitude.

The food came out great and Reggie seemed genuinely happy to help us. He is definitely an asset to your company!“

“I know every Dunkins is the same. I order the same 2 drinks every single time and i stop going to certain ones because every Dunkins IS NOT the same. Ive been here a dozen times and my coffees are always spot on and they have NEVER messed up a Med iced Black coffee!!! Believe it or not other places have....So ill make the 15 min drive out of my way to get a good coffee because IYKYK if my coffee isnt made right then ppl know not to talk to me. Lol“

“While doing doordash today
I pick up a hot coffee for a customer,
In. A paper bag,, it was spilling and leaking I ask the to redo for the customer and put it a cup holder, in a plastic bag,
The
Store manager,
Sayd
This is the way we do it
If you don't like it
Go doordash someplace else,...

Hope the owner reads this review,.. and adjusts both the attitude and the way they ready orders for online delivery“

“I have no clue what these comments are even talking about! This is the BEST DD in all of Taunton. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and we had a really great conversation. The young lady with the green hair is the sweetest soul I've ever met. She was so funny too! Had me laughing and definitely made my day!“

“The Dunkin Donuts in Rehoboth always has the freshest donuts. They also have multiple kinds of fresh munchkins including Boston cream, Lemon filled, Apple filled, Apple crunch filled, Blueberry crunch. NO OTHER Dunkin Donuts has those selections for munchkins. That is the best one around by far. Compare them and you will see.“

“I stop every morning 5,15 am for coffee before work I go in and sit down to relax

They are really an asset to this company !!
