“Nice dunkin donuts that's very close to my job. I usually come here to order since they are so close. The staff at the window especially a young guy that was there today around 12pm could have been a little nicer and cordial and not give such weird glares.“

“Visited this place while on vacation and it was super cute. The atmosphere inside was very chill. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by someone. We first ordered 3 mochi donuts to sample since we had never tried it before. After sampling the taro, mango, and matcha ones we decided to place another order for six more. The worker was very helpful in helping us decide by telling us her favorite ones. Overall here is how I would rank them:Mango -5/5 (had jelly pieces which I loved, but some people may not like the texture)Taro - 5/5 (not very sweet)Cinnamon sugar- 5/5 (this was my personal favorite)Oreo- 2/5 (didn't really taste like much, but my son loved it)Matcha- 2/5 (just didn't taste like matcha)We also tried 3 different Korean hotdogs. The hot cheeto one had great flavor but the coating did fall off a lot while eating it. The original one which my son loved because it was a bit sweeter (kind of like a corn dog). Our favorite was the potato one which the potatoes were seasoned and cooked perfectly. We did not get any with mozzarella cheese inside. I definitely would recommend this place and if I lived nearby I would visit again!“

“This is an amazing Dunkin Donuts.. the 2 girls that mostly work there.. Giovanna and Paola are extremely nice, as well as fast and efficient. They are faster than the location with a drive thru.. “Only visited 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both times I noticed the same person on shift demonstrating what effort, and attention to the customer looks like.( oh and she cooked my food exactly how I articulated it and was not just thrown inside the bag) Impressive. Thank you! I believe her name is jaira. If she it's not a shift leader yet or at least getting parralelle pay to her performance. Would gladly recruit her to our team.I had a picture of the meal to show how it was correctly cooked. The tastes the is so much better when it's cooked thoroughly and ND she understands that.“

“Quick service, knowledgeable crew, and friendly etiquette. As far as fast food service goes this location is top notch. They hardly ever make mistakes on orders and make sure to remember faces. If you’re going to go to Dunkin in Easthampton, go to this one.“
