“It's probably some of the best fried chicken I've had in a while. I've now been a few times, and the food is always consistently good. I live in DE and anytime we are in the area or close I make it a point to stop by Parks Fried Chicken. Quick and friendly service...Overall, a great place to get some fried chicken.“
“A must if you're craving Peruvian chicken. It was my first time at the physical location - I've gotten delivery from here so many times, it's probably embarrassing but there's nothing I love more than peruvian chicken. The location is hard to get to by car - it's by the PowerPlant in inner harbor so parking is tricky. The store itself is huge - and the best part about going in person is their sauce station - when you get delivery they charge you per small container of their amazing aioli and green salsa - but not in person, they have lot of little containers and you can fill as many cups as you want for your salsa, and I'm a saucy girl. I got the half chicken (white and dark meat and their plantains and yucca. It was a dark cold day and there were a lot of people coming in and out, it's a popular spot for sure. The staff is fast and efficient, not the best at answering any questions you have but it's the place you come when you know exactly what you're getting.“

“Took the toddler grands for lunch. We got A LOT of food for our money. The mac and cheese alone is worth the visit. Chicken was as good as I've had. I got the breast quarter plate. I wanna probably get a leg quarter next time. Sweet potato and muffin combine to make a serious sweet potato pie in your mouth. Owner and staff were great. “Finally had enough food from here to give it a review. Usually get the fried chicken, which is always on point. Tastes like a grandmother made it with love, and is always consistently good. Have had the fish and that’s good, and they give you a lot for the money. Decided to try the turkey wings yesterday and that’s what made me finally decide to write a review. They were seasoned and tender and had the southern homemade taste I was looking for. All in all, I have to say that Mr Bobby’s is where it’s at.“

“I placed an online order at this Nando's Peri-Peri location and had a seamless pickup experience! The place was crowded around 12:30 when I showed up, but not overly so as there were some tables available and a line forming at the cashier. Service seemed to go quickly! I had the chicken bowl with chicken breast and mango lime sauce, as well as a side of Peri chips (fries) with perinaise. The fries alone were flavorful, and even better with the perinaise! If they were supposed to be crispy, though, it was a failed attempt. The fries were very soggy and soft. The chicken bowl itself was a good size, although the chicken piece felt quite small in comparison to the amount of rice and veggies. The mango lime sauce was soooo tasty, but there was barely any in my bowl! Just a light coating on the top of the chicken --barely noticeable otherwise. So disappointing, since the bowl was pretty dry otherwise. Next time I will order an extra side of this sauce if that's an option. I will be back to order more off the menu! The ordering and pickup was smooth and the food was tasty. This is a great lunch spot if you're in the downtown area.“
“They have pretty good selection of menu, especially breakfast. Whenever the lady doing orders, she'll not get all the order right or something missing which causes confusion or her not understanding English very well. Other than that it's better than most of the run down restaurants near by.“

“I went to Morgan State for a career fair and asked where I could get some 'ghetto fried chicken' near by. They told me to walk around the corner from the business building and you would find sunny's. the environment is exactly what I expected, busy, loud and packed of people waiting to order and pick up. The food was amazing. Wings were big, wedges were fantastic and huge and the sauce was phenomenal. Definitely what I was looking for. The greens were ok, but everything made up for it. I got 8 wings because I wanted to try it all. Way too much food but didn't spend over $20 for all this food. Definitely go! People are cool! Food is good and you get a lot for your money.“

“Yes this is a gas station and the chicken was good! I usually go to the one in DC but found this one on Yelp which I'm glad I did, much closer. We had to wait about 25mins for our order of 16 mix pieces and a large shoestring French fries. The wait wasn't long for us to receive fresh hot chicken. The cook even threw in 3 extra pieces since we waited patiently. Wish they had a chair or two for you to sit and wait but otherwise it was a normal gas station experience. I did look around and and the prices were a bit higher than normal but I take it's due to the location. People will pay because it's all they have.“

The place is clean just outdated. It is right by the Metro subway station and Wells fargo building. 1st time actually going there... Nice lokey spot!!! Breast box was great and worth the $8!!! “I see these restaurants all the time but couldn't get past the name, so I never stopped.....Well - today I did and they definitely exceeded my expectations. This is a chain restaurant and the menu is very diverse. There is fried fish and fried chicken (of course), but you can also find lamb or chicken over rice, other options like greek pita or kabob, and desserts! I found so many options that I didn't know what to try.There is plenty of parking and there was security inside and staff cleaning the grounds and the floors. I felt like I would give it a try.I was also happy they carry Everfresh....Prices were steep and the staff wasn't friendly but not extremely rude.I ordered the catfish meal and it was about $11, everfresh drink $2.50, and a sweet potato pie just because....I decided to try the greens too just because I love greens and cabbage (no cabbage on the menu). Side of greens was a little over $4.00.You do the math....was it worth it???? Everything was cooked fresh (except greens and coleslaw). The fish and fries was sprinkled with something white (tasted ok...although they could have sprinkled mine with a little more seasoning).I would go again.....I liked they had bread on the bottom and a side of coke slaw. Made the price make a little bit more sense. The portion was a nice size. I ordered too much. The greens didn't have meat but a red tomato and pepper (very spicy - not my thing - note to self: no greens next time).“

“There's a reason why there's always a line at most Peruvian chicken restaurants and El Grand Pollo is no exception. Excellent portion sizes, juicy flavorful chicken and amazing sides. This is definitely the Hispanic soul food that will cause you to kick your feet up and take a good nap afterwards. Make sure you grab an Inca Kola to complete your meal. And ask for all three sauces“
