What can I say bad the beat all the carryout prices the only bad thing I have to say is I wish they was open longer 2 breast with Western fries $10 not even the carry out can beat the two dinner specials they have
Had my order delivered to my hotel. Food was fantastic and came as ordered.. I'm on the road approximately 250 days a year. And I've had a lot of bad meals. But today I was surprised with a fantastic meal from Hip Hop. I'm a fan, and I will be back the next time I am in Baltimore. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Great food, nice, fast and friendly service. I did not have exact change and would have had to break 100 for 17 cents but the owner kindly told me not to worry about it and while I was waiting I saw him do the same thing for another guy in the same position and he has givin me exercise for free before which I was very thankful for.. they're overall very nice good people and the food is good..
