The ice cream is great always but I’ve got to call this store out for having soft ice cream. It is supposed to be served firm - not as a sweet, almost liquid concoction. Looking at the freezer units with easily an inch or more of ice accumulation it’s easy to see the inefficiencies and cause of the softness. Pull the tubs, defrost the freezer and check the temperatures - it’s not any more complicated than that.

This is the slowest DD, I've ever been to. If there are 3 cars at the window it means there are 5 cars hiding in line to order on the other side of the building. 2 stars because orders are usually correct. Ordering ahead on the app does nothing to alleviate this.Also, came here on DD day where you could get a free medium coffe with an order and didn't realize I needed to add it to my order. Very pleasant experience. the girl who always takes my order, I think her name is Kaitllyn. She knows my order by heart and always works hard to get orders done on time. I love this dunkin/baskin-robbins location and would recommend anyone to eat at this location!
