“Tucked away in Owen Brown shopping center, directly across from the entrance of Lake Elkhorn Park, is a soul food paradise. I have to commend Big Schlim, for sharing about the National Cannibas Festival special at this restaurant. I was greeted with love by the cashier and a smile. I saw how dark the sweet tea was in the beverage dispenser and let me tell you I know the tea has to be good! I ordered the 420 Sweet Chili Party Wing Special (w/fries) and the 4 Piece Chicken lunch special. You can get a 2 piece or 4 piece lunch. Both come with a side and biscuit. The wing special with the fries and the 4 piece were delicious. The Collard greens though full of flavor were too sweet for me. Customer service and the parking was amazing. Between the made to order quality food and the 2019 food prices this place is a winner. Treat yourself!“
“Phenomenal experience with our pick up order from Fox & Barrel Farm Cafe! My sister and her fiancé who are both vegan were warmly welcomed and given tons of options. The owner was extremely kind and thoughtful. The food was absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend this cozy cafe if you are vegan, vegetarian, or just looking for all around excellent food! Between the vegans and eat-any-and-every-things in our group, every single person was over the moon about how great the food was. “Great little find. Came in for breakfast with my husband. He got a build your own omelette and I got the French Eggs Benedict. My husband enjoyed his omelette and I fully enjoyed my French Eggs Benedict! It was seasoned perfectly and I liked the French bread twist instead of an English muffin. The staff were friendly and our food came out quick. The decor is a bit dated but it gave it character. The pictures on the walls were fun to look at while we waited for our food. Definitely a great spot for breakfast!“
“Very easy ordering process. You can either sit down and order off the menu or place your order digitally. I had the al pastor torta, and it was delicious. I will definitely go back. This might be my new favorite Mexican restaurant near Woodlawn.“
“I genuinely love this haitian spot!! No offense to the others, but this particular restaurant makes their dishes closest to how my family makes it without all the extra frills or even blandness. Their beef bouyon w/ diri djon djon + plantains is my favorite meal to order and I just wish they were located closer to my area!!!“

“At first the foods were nice. The rolls were expecially cool. But after a couple times everything became very salty. One of the waitresses were not very happy to see us somehow. Will have to switch back to Olive Garden next door despite the long wait.“
