Food was mediocre; I would love to see UNO’s go back to the longer cooked deep dish pizzas, which take 25-35 minutes to make, it would be well worth it and taste better. Service provider was new, but kind and great.

Overall the food was good. Nothing amazing but nothing really bad. The waitress was great, but they had a computer glitch which caused them to not be able to submit orders for almost 30 minutes. I guess technology has gotten to the point where it is not possible to write it on paper, give it to the cooks, and then put it in the computer once it is back up again.

The wait person brought us drink refills that were sweet tea instead of unsweetened. When I requested a correct refill, she told ne I had unsweetened tea not unsweetened. She started arguing with me.
