“highlights are : the food was delicious, very traditional and authentic (made with love and intention), service was perfect - with a smile, and wait time was short! We had a chicken dish, a mutton dish, garlic naan and rice pudding. ZERO complaints from me, and I usually have at least one. I was impressed that the chef and owner came to check on us to make sure our experience was flawless.“
“I got the Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich + a side of fries. When I tell you that chicken sandwich blew my mind ? Their style of fries is not my fave, so I wouldn’t get those again. But the sandwich is amazing, so I think I found my go-to chicken sandwich spot. Definitely give them a try if you’re in Montgomery County!“
“Freaking amazing place! Do not let the size of this place fool you! It may be small in size, but it is absolutely amazing in every other regard! The service is phenomenal (Janet is the best), the food is wonderful, the drinks are exactly what you need (legit one of the best margaritas I’ve EVER had!!), and the vibe of the spot is very nice!! I just moved to area last night and while searching for some local restaurants I found Dulcinea, soooo glad I did, and I can’t wait to get back!“
“The location in DC has better food quality.I tried the beef Koobedah and it is good. However the lamb and chicken kabobs were very dry and tough. I definitely had better at other kabob places. I hope they improve the quality of the kabobs. For now, I would consider other places for tender and well seasoned proteins.“
“Seriously do NOT pay attention to the nagearive reviews. This place is 10x better than MOBY DICK around the corner. They give you complimentary bread and dip. Their kabob is the tenderest and juiciest in town. I don't know what oil and butter mix they use to cook it, but it is to die for. Best of all, they don't nickel and dime you for grilled onions, bread, and sauce like moby dick does. Honestly, woth mama joon around, I expect moby dick to go out of business soon.“
“I bought iftar items and beef haleem today from this place today as take outs. Their food is excellent. Please try their iftar items sold specially during Ramadan. I also like their singaras/ samosas, chicken kababs and haleem. Their halwa puri is great too. However , I request the owners to up their game on biriyanis, the biriyanis could be better. Highly recommend this restaurant.“
“A lovely Ethiopian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, the owners are very welcoming. I've had the Kitfo here, some other beef dishes, and lamb. I haven't tried everything so far, but the Kitfo is definitely my favourite! I recommend getting it 100% raw - I haven't gotten sick from eating it and it goes to show you how clean the food prep and restaurant is. Also, the owners sell lentils and Injera chips which are AMAZING. Very well done!“
“Enjoyed RASA opening day in Crystal City, Arlington, National Landing location. Many dining options with classic bowls and DIY selections. Food is superb and inexpensive, staff is fast, efficient and friendly. Start off with cocktails, blended with masala, cardamom, tamarind. Try the masala chai soft serve. Look forward to return visits, best wishes for continued success.“
“Just came here for lunch with a coworker and the place was completely empty. I think part of it was because we did come a little early (11:40am-ish), but left at 12:30pm and still no other people ate inside. There were people picking up orders or door-dash deliveries, etc. In any case, we sat down and the service was very fast and courteous. I ordered the Pad See Ewe and it arrived promptly (and super hot too!). The portions were decent and our water was filled once. It was super quiet, so not sure how the vibe is on a Friday or Saturday night. When we paid, the waitress (who I think may have been the owner?) arrived with a ipad where we simply tapped our credit cards and put in a tip. NGL, I like to tip in cash, so I preemptively took out my cash to show the waitress I was not going to forget tipping her, all the while I tapped "no tip" - even though I did tip her! Haha. Overall, a great lunch spot and I will definitely come back here. My only thing I would comment is that there are not a lot of parking spots in front of the restaurant.“
“Ordered to go and the food came pretty hot and sauced and I got all the sauces on the side even tho I didn't ask for it which is nice. The rice and chicken were good veggies were crisp red sauce is hot green was like a mild sauce and the white sauce I feel like is good but not as good as some other white halal sauces I've had. I would def try its affordable healthy quick and large portions.“
“Tasty Halal with Consistent QualityNaz's Halal Food in Germantown is a reliable spot for flavorful halal dishes. The food is generally good, with generous portions, and I appreciate how consistent the quality is. My personal favorite is the chicken kabob with rice – it's always well-seasoned and satisfying. I discovered this during tge pandemic years and still ine of my regular ordrs up to today. If you're looking for a no-frills halal meal, Naz's is worth checking out.“
“This location is inferior to Germantown halal guys. Germantown is always fresh and taste better overall.4 stars for 4 reasons1. Good beef and rice is done just right.2. Price! Is really good for what you get!3. A lot of food for what you pay.4. Fast serviceMinus 1 star because the chicken just doesn’t taste all that good. Maybe it’s left out for longtime because due to lack of customers, but I could be wrong.“
“Tasty food with excellent vegetarian options. Choose your options (conveniently displayed and explained by helpful staff) and enjoy. Really really good.Vegetarian options: Eggplant, falafel, hummus, cheese, grains, salad. Ask the helpful staff for recommendations.“
