“This place is absolutely fantastic, there are always multiple incredible flavors and at least 3 vegan options. I come here a lot with the kids and the rewards program is good enough to keep me loyal.The staff are always charming and in good spirits.I would like to see a fence or some large shrubbery so you feel a little more separate from the traffic, but that's my only complaint.Dietary restrictions: They have a very solid vegan/dairy free selection.“
“My daughter's basketball team came on a Monday evening to celebrate the end of their season with ice cream. I called and spoke to Natalie in advance to make sure they could accommodate our group of over 20. She welcomed us to come, identified a space large enough for our group, and she and the rest of the staff did a great job of helping and serving us during our visit. Highly recommend this location!“
“I’ve been to the restaurant a few times and have always had a pleasant experience HOWEVER I’ve been ordering from them on DoorDash lately. I love the fact that they still give the free ice cream with their kids meal even on delivery platforms but that isn’t what this is about. The employees here go ABOVE AND BEYOND every time and I appreciate them so much for it. The food is always consistently delicious and their customer service is outmatched- I truly believe Chic Fil A modeled their customer service platform off this restaurant!“

“Love the quality and selection of Italian ice, cotton candy is one of our favorites at Rita's and the phenomenal soft serve custard ice cream. It is a perfect treat and great to sit and relax at the mall. The prices are the cheapest I've seen at any Rita's, typically they are double the price in the city. The employees have always been wonderful. Everyone is understaffed these days so please have some patience since it does take a little bit for things to be prepared. Certainly well worth the wait!“
“I just happened to pass the sign for this place 2 yrs ago on my way to work. It had been a while since I had a good hotdog, like I used to have from Nathan’s in Coney Island when I lived in Bklyn, NY(no relation to MD). I had no idea that when I passed this place during the early mornings, that there was a line that formed around the packed parking lot at lunch time rush. Thst is always a great sign that the food is delicious! The choices of 2 & 3 Hotdogs on a bun had my mind and stomach wanting to try it for myself. My wife and I tried it out and were amazed at how quickly the line moved, everyone was excited as we were to get our orders, and everyone working there was super nice. You could see the regulars, and the newbie’s like us all packed in a long line. The line miced quickly, and the wait was well worth it. Here I am, 2 yrs later, still stopping by, and trying something different every time. They have burgers, fries, cheesesteaks, ice cream shakes, and sundaes. You will not be dissappointed.Parking: Right out front surrounding the location.“
