“We were very excited to try this vegan icecream and it was worth the hype in the reviews. The gentleman who owns the shop was generous with his time, giving us tastes, and explaining flavors to us. He was very nice! The icecream is very, very creamy and just the right amount of melty. The flavors are quite sophisticated! Extremely fresh. We got the blueberry cheesecake and horchata icecream sandwich (on absolutely delicious oatmeal raisin cookies). We loved them both.Go support!!“
“The ice cream was phenomenal, the prices were incredible, the vibe was spectacular. And dont even get me started on the owners! Will and Bill went above and beyond for me and my group of friends, were lovely and personable and fun, and gave us an experience we wont ever forget! if you're looking for delicious ice cream in Baltimore, this is the only one shop that should come to mind.“
“Not only is a really cute and quaint establishment with delicious dessert, but the owners are the sweetest!! The ice cream itself is quite delightful and the waffles are soft, yet crispy and the extra surprise that you get when you bite into each of the bubbles depending on what filling you get inside is what makes it such a unique dessert! Definitely recommend going there for any occasion, whether it be for a night out, a date, or just craving something sweet! Also an amazing choice to hire for your party!!“
“After walking by Buns & Roses multiple times and always wishing it was dessert time, we finally made it happen today and were rewarded with a uniquely delicious dessert and very friendly, welcoming service. As you might have guessed, the chimney cones themselves are the star of the show here and appear to be handcrafted with great attention to detail, with a marshmallow at the bottom to keep all the ice cream from dripping out.We definitely want to come back again - I would like to try the coated chimney cakes next time, and the apple dumpling sounds great, too.The owner/employees here are welcoming to everyone who comes by and very clearly care about their customers.“
“Got the cookie dough hard serve and it was tasty - thought it could use more cookie dough pieces though. My boyfriend got amaretto soft serve and it was a generous amount - tasted like vanilla with an amaretto after taste. The pup cups are absolutely amazing and we got the peanut butter one for our furry friend. Was super nice so we waited in the outdoor line, and got to see all the excited dogs waiting for their own pup cups.“
“Guys this is my favorite ice cream place in Baltimore. The soft serve melts very quickly, but the hard ice cream is the best. My fiance always gets the cuban oreo and it is so good. I have tried a lot of flavors and I'm never disappointedDietary restrictions: They have vegan and dairy free flavors too!“
“I can not say enough about this place! It is a true gem in the world of ice cream. They have managed to perfectly marry the classic joy of premium, homemade ice cream with a modern, delicious twist. Bid farewell to the ordinary lineup of flavors found at your average ice cream spot. Here, they have taken innovation to a whole new level with a rotation of over 200 unique and delicious flavors. It is like a flavor adventure every time you visit!Given its compact size and absence of indoor seating, I suggest opting for takeout and finding a comfortable spot on one of the shared outdoor benches. Alternatively, you could explore creative ways to enjoy your treat, such as taking a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood or having a picnic in the nearby park.“
“This might be my favorite spot on the ave.. Or maybe just my favorite dessert spot in general. Sad they’re closed for the season but tbh I needed it, I have no self control when it comes to this place lol. Can’t wait til next.. March I think? Or whenever y’all reopen ☺️“
“I came here a dessert and I was satisfied greatly. I made my own crepe which I think is a great option! The crepes are made fresh and hot, while the custard gives you some sweetness, and the fruit is nice and tart which refreshes your mouth.“
“If you're craving authentic, creamy gelato, head to Pitango Gelato in Fells Point, MD. This charming little shop is tucked away near the water, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The star of the show is, of course, the gelato! Their flavors are fantastic, with rich, natural tastes and an incredibly smooth texture. You'll find both classic options and some unique choices.Parking is a breeze with plenty of spots available right in front of the shop.Definitely give Pitango Gelato a try the next time you're exploring Fells Point!“
“Great soft serve ice cream! Ice cream has good flavor, similar to custard. Wish there was a size in between kiddie and small, as the kiddie is tiny and the small is a lot! Parking is easy. They do accept cards for payment. Located right off Washington blvd and easy to get to.Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Kiddie sized cone - but it is Tiny!“
“This place is absolutely fantastic, there are always multiple incredible flavors and at least 3 vegan options. I come here a lot with the kids and the rewards program is good enough to keep me loyal. The staff are always charming and in good spirits.I would like to see a fence or some large shrubbery so you feel a little more separate from the traffic, but that's my only complaint.Dietary restrictions: They have a very solid vegan/dairy free selection.“
“I come here for taiyaki! Their oreo and cannoli cream one are so good. They even serve boba tea! Dairy and non dairy. The young lady in there is very friendly and helpful. She has successfully helped me try new things and explained them to me every time I go.“
“Love the Charmery! There’s always a new, unique, and delicious ice cream flavor to try. My favorite was the Raspberry Coconut, which had pieces of mochi in it!I recommend getting samples of the flavors you are interested before choosing your flavor. The staff are always very friendly. However, I do wish they had more indoor seating.Stop by!Dietary restrictions: There are usually some vegan options that are just as delicious!“
“THIS ONE! This is the bakery you want your cake from! An all owned woman bakery??that made it more fun to order from! I ordered the Oreo cake but in a larger size & they accommodated us. They made arrangements so easy as I was coordinating out state for a dinner party I was hosting in Baltimore & delivery charge was so reasonable & the cake was GORGEOUS! My guests are STILL talking about how delicious it was! Thank you Codetta Bakery!!“
“This was my first time here. I bought the dreamsicle with icecream and marshmallow. it really hit the spot. if you haven't tried this place, you should. They even have sugar free flavors. Don't forget to leave a tip for the worker.“
“My daughter's basketball team came on a Monday evening to celebrate the end of their season with ice cream. I called and spoke to Natalie in advance to make sure they could accommodate our group of over 20. She welcomed us to come, identified a space large enough for our group, and she and the rest of the staff did a great job of helping and serving us during our visit. Highly recommend this location!“
“Everything is very clean lots of places to sit and children shows playing so good place to take kids. Lots of options and flavors and probably the only frozen yogurt place within a 10 mile radius. Parking kind of sucks but I would walk a quarter mile to get here if I have to. To be honest.“
“*Best Milkshakes in Town*There’s good reason this place has been around for nearly 60 years. You won’t be dinning in as it’s literally the size of a trailer, BUT MAN, hands down best Milkshakes around. If you’re looking for food, the hotdogs and cheesesteaks are exceptional and the prices somehow have defied inflation.“
“Colloseo(sp?) Gelato sundae will stretch you to the limits. I've only had great service and food at this location. Great cafe ?Kid-friendliness: They're allowed in and I've never heard of a kid that didn't like baked goods. Seems friendly to me“
“Opies is great for a quick ice cream or snowball. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There is a large seating area outback and the kids love to run around and play. They also have a covered patio area which is nice for shade. Plenty of parking - can also park behind 711. Prices are reasonable. They do accept card payment over $5Dietary restrictions: Sugar free snowball flavors availableParking: Lots of parking in front of opies, behind the building and behind 7-11Kid-friendliness: Kids love to play in the large area out back. Kids sizes available.“
“Absolute best thing in the mall . Never a disappointed. The service is always nice . The located right near the theater. No matter the flavor your choice of ice cream is available and I love that . Definitely would recommend getting a scoop if ever in the mall . The place is clean and such a delight .“
“I am highly impressed with the level of service and food quality at this Caffe. The place has a divvy feel to it. I loved the quirky decor and the humous conversation between the cook and the man in front. They were so friendly and in sync, I could not tell if they were co-owners. I kept it simple: classic breakfast and a more "trendy" beverage. Nailed both. At any other place, I would've paid $6 for the spiced chai tea close to $20 for the breakfast. Here. Less than $20 for both. For me, the best part of the service was hearing what I wanted and serving it right, 10/10 recommend“
“It is the first time I bought crabs from B & B. It has a high rating and I thought, why not try this place? I usually buy crabs from Crab Shack II in Gwynn Oak.Well, I have to say, the taste of the crab meat, exceeds my expectation. The crab meat has a tinge of spice in it. It is not hot, just perfect, to taste some spice in the meat. The comments I heard at the table, "crabs are meaty", "it taste so good".I placed the order for 4 dozen crab (2 dozen males and 2 dozen combo, small and medium) the night before . It rain all day the next day. B & B called me to confirm the order. I changed the time for pick up, added 15 minutes to the time. I picked up the crabs and it is steaming hot. Perfect! They definitely accommodate customers--even on flood watch. Why didn't I give them a 5* for service? They only sell by the dozen. So, if you are looking to buy crabs at half bushel or full bushel, look elsewhere. It has a decent size parking lot where you can park and wait for your order. I did like the fact that I was the only customer waiting for crabs. I came early because of weather. Though I can imagine what parking, looks like, in great weather.“
“I recently tried TinyBrickOven for the first time, and I'm thrilled to share my experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the service was outstanding, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they offer beef pepperoni, which I love. What's more, they're open late, making it a perfect option for a late-night craving. I received my order quickly and enjoyed every bite. I would definitely recommend TinyBrickOven to anyone looking for great pizza and convenience.“
“The staff is always nice at this location they just need more people came on a Saturday they only had one guy working the line was long but he did a good job. I forgot to get his name he had a great attitude and took the order and made ice cream had the line moving quickly. I had the best Mango Gelati it was so good I will be returning soon!!! ?“
“People have been known to travel from miles away to get to an original Kavern snowball. Known to some as the best place to get a snowball not just in Pasadena, but in all of Maryland. Kavern distributes its own syrup, supplies, and even ice to snowball stands across the state. You can stop by their Pasadena store to enjoy some ice cream and other frozen handmade novelties as well.“
“10/10. This is my absolute favorite Italian dessert spot in all of Maryland! They have always been super helpful and friendly. The chocolate cannoli cake is one of the best i have ever had. Also, the raspberry napoleon is always a must have!“
“This is a really good experience. Their soft serve is delicious and wonderful on a sunny day. Their premium milkshake as seen here is massive. Two people needed to finish this. I got the banana pudding flavor but they change flavors often so check their site!“
“This Kilwins is a wonderful part of the Fells Point neighborhood, and we really appreciate all of the great people they have working there — especially their manager, Brae. While planning our wedding, we were interested in a creative and fun wedding favor. We settled on caramel apples, and approached a number of different vendors. We ended up choosing Kilwins because of how helpful and flexible Brae was with us. He helped us every step of the way, and the final product was amazing. Guests raved over the apples — not just how delicious they were, but how wonderfully they were prepared and presented. This place is the best! Thanks Brae and team!“
“If you're in search of a delightful, refreshing treat, Rita's is the place to be! I recently had the pleasure of indulging in some of their frozen desserts.Rita's offers an astonishing array of flavors that cater to every taste bud. From classic favorites like cherry and lemon to more exotic choices like mango and passion fruit, their extensive menu guarantees there's something for everyone. Plus, they regularly introduce seasonal and limited-time flavors that keep the experience exciting. They strike the perfect balance between creamy and icy, resulting in a smooth, luscious consistency that's incredibly satisfying on a hot day or any day, really. Beyond the delectable desserts, the service at Rita's is top-notch. The staff is not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the menu, ready to offer recommendations or samples to help you make the best choice.“
“I’ve been to the restaurant a few times and have always had a pleasant experience HOWEVER I’ve been ordering from them on DoorDash lately. I love the fact that they still give the free ice cream with their kids meal even on delivery platforms but that isn’t what this is about. The employees here go ABOVE AND BEYOND every time and I appreciate them so much for it. The food is always consistently delicious and their customer service is outmatched- I truly believe Chic Fil A modeled their customer service platform off this restaurant!“
“We had our sons 6th birthday party their this past weekend. What a fantastic place to have a party. The staff was very helpful in setting up the event. They were very patient with us despite us being very late in responding to emails. The day of the party was great. They had a long table in the back with bleachers set aside and a side table for food. We were able to arrive 30 minutes before the party to decorate. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The kids loved the party. They did a scavenger hunt around the place to get little trinkets for goodie bags. Then they did a craft where they made ice cream cone pictures. Finally was the tour. As others have said, walking through the freezer was the highlight of the tour. Then it was ice cream time. Everyone got their own choice of flavor. And they brought all the bowls out to us, which was completely unexpected!Parking at the place is tough as there is a small parking lot, and there are a bunch of popular businesses at the Union Collective. My only negative is they didn't have the flavor Ice Cream Sando. But I'll let them pass on that one.“
“This was a good stop for a cool treat. They only take cash like a lot of small places. A lot of awesome flavors to choose from. I got a cherry creamsicle which is cherry snowball with vanilla ice cream layered in. My friend got egg custard with marshmallow topping. They did a good job, I just wish they had some shade to stand under in line!“
“Survice here was amazing and so was our food however the ice cream gets a 2½ stars I had gotten the strawberry shortcake Sunday and it looked amazing however it didn't taste as good as it looked was pretty bland with no flavor could have definitely used better strawberry topping and a more flavorful ice “
“I just love love loveeeee this place I haven't been there in awhile but!!! I love loveeeee it. My brother son used to love this place we would take him every Thursday he would eat his dessert first then eat his dinner. Didn't matter what the weather was outside. We did this all year rain or shine hot or cold we had to bring him to sweet frogs. He would say I wanna go to sweet frogs mama. They have a lot of toppings. I love loveeeee them even though I'm lactose which they need more lactose ice cream I still love loveeeee this place.when I move I hope I can find one or some places similar.“
“It's a smaller space with some window seating and board games, so it's very cozy. I ordered a classic black tea, and it was brewed very well! Not too sweet, and the pearls were a great consistency (not drowning in syrup or too hard). Service was also pretty quick, and I found the price reasonable for the size of the drink. I also think they offer a discount or some kind of promotion for UMBC students. Would come here again if I'm in the area!“
“My family and I were traveling and it was my birthday. So we were looking for a nice dessert shop. We found cup love the cup cakes looked yummy. So we stopped by. I got a salted Carmel cupcake. It was moist a nice. There was only one guy working he was nice and told us about other things near by and what flavors he likes the best. Inside there were two tables the building its self was narrow but it wasn't terrible there were also frozen yogurt machines but we didn't try it since we were there for cup cakes. If you're looking for a nice homey bakery I would recommend trying cup love.“
“Ok so I got a half cheesesteak and it was pretty good I must say. And that was even after it wasn’t piping hot. But that was only because I didn’t eat it right away. My only complaint is it was bland. No seasoning at all. So of course I added a lil steak seasoning and that was that. If they add a lil flavor to the meat they got it. And it had plenty of meat not skimpy at all.“
“I was looking for a place to get ice cream last night and this place was open until 10pm. The ice cream was delicious but I was happily surprised by all the baked goods available. You grab a basket and tongs and just load up. I had an ice cream and 5 baked goodies and my total was only $13. So great! I will say that I bought a tres leches cake and was very disappointed, but everything else was amazing!“
“First time we've been here since changing owners, and it's back better than ever!! The refresh of the interior was adorable, and all the best features are still there! The food menu is only available at certain times, but we come for the ice cream!! I also want to mention that the prices are great in a world where everything seems so high. Love being able to sit in their spacious booths and play a game of checkers. You also could go outside and swing on their wooden bench swing or sit at a nearby picnic table. It's just the cutest place!!“
“Classic. We got the plain Italian ice (mango, green apple, and cherry flavors) after lunch here on a hot summer day and it was the perfect way to cap off the afternoon. Super refreshing and the small size is just enough to leave you feeling satisfied.7“
“Ordered a small vanilla frozen yogurt in a bowl and three toppings: peanut-butter cups, sprinkles, and caramel sauce. Price was on par for an airport (I think after tax it was $8-ish). They had a variety of frozen yogurts and toppings so I'm sure anyone could find something they would enjoy. They also make smoothies. There's seating adjacent to the shop which was convenient. Service was friendly and quick. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm here!“
“Great place to stop by. Had a sundae with bananas, nuts, caramel, and Chocolate. Exactly what I needed "before dinner" . Rita delivers, regardless of location and day. They offer many options. If you have a sweet, cold tooth, they have you covered. Bon Apetit.“
“This is my 9 year old daughter's favorite place to eat out in Baltimore. It might be due to the Taharka Bros. delicious ice cream stall, but she also loves Hilo Poke and Sushi next door. The ambience is great for families. I brought my daughter and a friend (who had great cheese pizza from Molina Brick Oven). While they were playing a card game they made a new friend. There's a full bar, a coffee shop, and many types of stalls (Korean, tacos, Cajun). I usually order from whoever is at the pop-up stall, but I was excited to try the vegan Egyptian street food by Koshary Corner. I was not disappointed! The falafel and lentil salad was AMAZING. I had some leftovers the next day and it was still fresh and delicious. I highly recommend. Generous indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of parking across the street.“
“Great local ice cream place around the corner from the house. Have had a few of their blasts and my favorite is EXTRA REESES PIECES or the butterfinger one. Always smells like sugar when standing in line and just makes my taste buds start salivating! Love, love, love it! Jake n kev“
“I love Rita's custard and flavored ice so I was super excited to see it in BWI Airport. I ordered the cherry gelato and it was as amazing as any other location. The counter service area was very clean as well. I love the fact that I can get Rita's when I am in the airport, What a treat!“
“Rob and his staff were amazing and very professional when I came to visit and place an order. I drove past several Rita’s to get here and I’m thankful the place was clean and his staff was very welcoming upon entering the store. We were greeted and thanked for our patience and the worker was able to clear a line with no problems and she did it with such Grace and class. I will be coming to this Rita’s from now on.“
