“We were very excited to try this vegan icecream and it was worth the hype in the reviews. The gentleman who owns the shop was generous with his time, giving us tastes, and explaining flavors to us. He was very nice! The icecream is very, very creamy and just the right amount of melty. The flavors are quite sophisticated! Extremely fresh. We got the blueberry cheesecake and horchata icecream sandwich (on absolutely delicious oatmeal raisin cookies). We loved them both.Go support!!“
“I was looking to support a dessert spot that is black owned and my client found Apple Core. I went there and got the lemon coconut cake. It had a genuine homemade taste. Not super sweet...just right to satisfy my sweet tooth? And the owner is super sweet. She loves what she does and it shows. I love supporting a good business with great customer service.?“
“Vegetarian options: Stopped in to get Easter dinner for my sister and nephew who are both vegan. I purchased crabcakes, spinach, and mushroom tarts, kale, Caesar salad, and several desserts. They raved about everything. My nephew kept saying how delicious it was.“
“Liquid Earth is best place on Earth that I have ever eaten; and I have eaten a lot in restaurants all over. The family that runs the place is extremely gracious and kind, and they recognized me instantaneously when I visited them after a gap of almost 9 years. It was a great moment. The food is filled with love and just to beat it, they packed me a special free lunch for my travel back to NYC. If you live in the Baltimore, make it a point to eat there more often and if you are visiting, please stop by for a meal at this hidden gem!“
“I went here for lunch today after getting a bunch of produce from the Waverly farmers market. I got a steak burrito and it had a real depth of flavor that blew me away. The owner was really friendly and positive too. Don’t sleep on this place ???“
“We live around the corner and come here often. If we were farther away we’d come here often. We love the laid back ambiance, the food, and the friendly staff. It’s especially nice for me as a vegetarian, but they also have great food for omnivores and in between folks. We don’t have our favorites most anything on the menu is great.“
“Absolutely delicious plant based and vegan food. The "fish" sandwich was out of this world and so was the "seafood" Mac and cheese. Can't wait to go back down and try more meals when I'm in the area.Vegetarian options: All food is plant based and or vegan“
“Y'all when I tell you this is THEE BEST vegan joint in Baltimore or maybe the whole East Coast, trust me, I tell you no lies. The food is awesome I traveled from Detroit Michigan with my husband who is from New York just to experience the soul food flavors that only this restaurant delivers.....They never miss y'all...the food hit the right spot...Vegetarian options: Their is something for EVERYONE“
“Good vegan options for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Decent place to bring your Omni friends where you know you’ll be able to eat. Service has been friendly and attentive. Coffee/lattes are good. They usually have Vegan Treats from PA which is rad.“
“Can it still be koshary without pasta, cumin or crunchy onions? No tomato sauce either. This must be an American version of the Egyptian street food.Filling and fun-just different than one wouldexpect.Chicken schwarma (which feels like saying beef vegetables) was an excellent chicken dish with a spiced sauce that made it rock!“
“I LOVe this Restaurant! The first time it opened near me, it was fall and freezing ! people lined up behind the doors to get a taste of deliciousness! When we walked in I was hit with warmth. They decorated perfectly . The workers were nice, funny, and polite, and interacted with my family. Now I come back here nearly every week! I love the fact that they make totally vegan deserts, which I don't get. How can they make something that DELiSIoUs, without using milk and eggs? It's unbelievable.“
“Good food overall. The drumsticks were crunchy and flavorful. The noodles were delicious and the"crab cake" sandwich had a creamy texture and fresh flavor. The big disappointment was the cake which reeked of fake strawberry flavor.“
“I was not in the mood for the portobello mushroom cheese steak, but I asked my friend to pick a second item to share and that's what they suggested. It turned out to be the best vegan cheesesteak I have ever had in my life! All the items we tried (4) were: small mac and cheese, cheese steak sub, portobello mushroom cheese steak sub, and parmesan truffle fries. All were delicious, but that portobello mushroom cheese steak blew me out of the water! The truffle fries were also amazing. I always love the atmosphere at this place, and I enjoy sitting at the counter window with the barstools, to watch the passerbys. Laidback and cozy environment.Vegetarian options: This place is 100% vegan, and therefore also vegetarian by default.“
“My family and I happened up on this cool little place while on vacation and in Baltimore for one day. Loved the atmosphere and the fact that it’s a local place and not a chain that I can get at home in Louisiana. Pizza and wings were great and staff was friendly and attentive.“
“I am remiss in writing this review. I was completely dying for Chinese food last weekend and I came across Cisu. Vegan, Chinese, and close to me -win! Located in Ridgeview Plaza by the Food Lion on 175 this spot is very bright and clean. The staff are so nice and helpful. The menu is great with a mix of vegan "meats", tofu, and vegetables to pick from. I got the Kung Pao Tofu. It was so delicious and flavorful. And there was a ton of it. I ate it for three meals. My picky meat eating husband was really happy with his pineapple fried rice and spring rolls. The prices were great as well. Cisu is definitely going into regular rotation.“
