People are coming in and ordering just macaroni and cheese sometimes and they're ordering extra on the side with their meal. “The food did not disappoint. I've heard so much about this place that I could not decide what to order. It came out pretty quickly. I had collard greens, sweet potatoes and akara (fried black eyed peas). My friend said the sweet potatoes tasted "healthy" but isn't that why we eat here? I mean...I would go back again. There's modest decor and the space could use a little brightening but I enjoyed my food so much! I'll be back and I'll recommend to everyone -- not only vegans.“

I got the smothered turkey wings, cabbage and sweet potatoes (oh can't forget about the pound cake) ?. My entire dish was delicious, more importantly the customer service was AWESOME!! “I had a taste for soul food today and came across Ebony's Kitchen during a Google search and decided to give this a try. I called and Ebony and Tina answered my inquiries fully. My husband, son and me truly enjoyed experiencing all these flavorful foods. It was delicious and delightful. We ordered the chicken dinners with sides mac n cheese, candied yams and collards. “Food is super good . French toast bacon egg and cheese was the best . Belgium waffles are soo good . Nothing there dissapoints . Im from NY and i wish they could come out here lol 10/10 . Only thibg i will say is you will be waiting a little while for your food but its well worth the wait .“
“Finally had enough food from here to give it a review. Usually get the fried chicken, which is always on point. Tastes like a grandmother made it with love, and is always consistently good. Have had the fish and that’s good, and they give you a lot for the money. Decided to try the turkey wings yesterday and that’s what made me finally decide to write a review. “Took the toddler grands for lunch. We got A LOT of food for our money. The mac and cheese alone is worth the visit. Chicken was as good as I've had. I got the breast quarter plate. I wanna probably get a leg quarter next time. Sweet potato and muffin combine to make a serious sweet potato pie in your mouth. Owner and staff were great. I wasn't ready but when I was ready the cashier was taking an order over the phone but another staff member immediately took my order at another register and to top of the great experience the food was delicious.
