“We were very excited to try this vegan icecream and it was worth the hype in the reviews. The gentleman who owns the shop was generous with his time, giving us tastes, and explaining flavors to us. He was very nice! The icecream is very, very creamy and just the right amount of melty. The flavors are quite sophisticated! Extremely fresh. We got the blueberry cheesecake and horchata icecream sandwich (on absolutely delicious oatmeal raisin cookies). We loved them both.Go support!!“
“Food was bomb! The food came out pretty quickly, and our waters were were always filled. The food came out hot and pretty quick and it was just so flavorful. It's pretty dim inside but still nice inside. Don't skip out on this place, you won't regret it.“
“I stopped here to try their gluten-free cakes. If you're GF you know how hard it is to fine edible GF cakes. I tried 2 on the bundtettes.Lemon-blueberry lavender- the cake is light and crumbly without being powdery (yay) texture wise this cake was wonderful. But, if you are the type where lavender can turn "soapy" this isn't for you. I am one of these people unfortunately so I won't get this one again.Red Velvet - oh my goodness this was divine. It did not taste like a gluten-free product. It tasted exactly like a normal flour cake. It was rich, moist and probably rates as one of the best red velvet cakes I've ever had. Even the icing was the perfect ratio. I wish I got more to take home lol“
“We were looking for a place to stop to eat on the way home from DC. So happy we found Bon Fresco! We got the London Broil sandwich and the Fresh Mozz and Tomato sandwich. Both were fantastic! We ate them so fast we forgot to take pictures! The bread was perfect. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. If we weren't full we could have eaten multiple of each. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast and pleasant. There are plenty of tables to sit down and eat and the ambiance was that of a deli. We loved it! If we are ever back in Columbia, MD we will definitely hit up Bon Fresco again!!“
“Alexander Tervan's expertise and professionalism are unparalleled in Baltimore. From the moment we began working with him, it was clear he had a deep understanding of our needs and the local market. His guidance was invaluable in making informed decisions, and his attentiveness made us feel like we were his only clients. Highly recommended for anyone needing top-notch service in the area!“
“The ballpark staff were friendly and helpful - from helping us figure out the best place to drop off Mom, getting us through security with a wheelchair and other medical supplies, to getting our seats sorted out (shout out to Big Ray!). Our accessible seats were easy to find, offered a great view of the field, and were convenient to several concession options.“
“Vegetarian options: Stopped in to get Easter dinner for my sister and nephew who are both vegan. I purchased crabcakes, spinach, and mushroom tarts, kale, Caesar salad, and several desserts. They raved about everything. My nephew kept saying how delicious it was.“
“We booked a private room for our daughter's birthday. The service was excellent (very pleasant). The sushi and sashimi was so tasty. I enjoyed the red bean mochi. They brought an ice cream platter and sang happy birthday too. Also the clientele was very kind and wished our daughter Happy Birthday on the way out as well. Great experience!“
“I've been here several times with friends, and every experience has been great! Not only is the customer service fantastic (very attentive, willing to check in on you, knowledgeable staff, etc), they have a nice variety of liquor and wines that are easy to find in the shop based on region. Additionally, they sell limes and lemons at the register which if you've ever had a few friends over for drinks, you tend to prioritize the alcohol and forget the limes/lemons. It's always a duh moment for me but because they have them right at the register, it's easy to remember. What I think I like most about The Wine Source is how honest staff are about their thoughts on different wines. If they don't like it, they'll tell you and have enough knowledge to even recommend something based on your tastes. Lot parking can be a little scarce sometimes but that's really out of their control and usually street parking is easy to find in the area. In short, would highly recommend! My friend (who's the wine guy for sure) loves it here and says it's one of the best wine spots in Baltimore to him. P.S. They also sell some food in the shop which I haven't tried yet but I'm sure it's good!“
“I went here as a last-minute decision and was surprised by the experience. The dining area was much nicer than I imagined it would be. I really enjoyed my app/meals with the exception that the creme brulee was overly little burnt on top. The service was really on par. Overall a pleasant surprise.“
“This must be a popular place as two different Baltimore friends have brought me here. The first time, we came in the late afternoon and almost everything was out. This time, we got here earlier. I was told to get the quesadillas! Interestingly, they were nothing like quesadillas. They seemed like little circular corn muffins with some cheese. They were very moist and delicious. I never leave a bakery with just one type of item. The cronuts were good. They were a little sweeter than I would like. What stole the show was the cream puff. It's hard to make bad cream puffs. I appreciated that the cream was not too sweet at all.“
“Our cake was absolutely amazing! Sarah was great with communication and really easy to work with. We requested a strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries and a custom icing design, and she did such a wonderful job. I (the bride) was the only vegan at the wedding, and everyone said it was one of the best wedding cakes they've ever had. I highly recommend Sarah if you're looking for something delicious and allergen friendly!“
“I absolutely love this bakery. I found them when we were looking for someone to do gluten free for our wedding. Their service was great and our cake and cupcakes were delicious. They even helped us figure out the design we wanted. Since then we come here regularly for special occasion desserts, or just for a treat.“
“Really great service, a hipster vibe with tunes from late 80s to 2000s, and great coffee and food. Kid friendly.Kid-friendliness: Chill place where the staff know how to interact with kids. Not a "kid" place, but easy to dine in with our 2 and 9 year olds“
“I've bought bread made by the Breadery at other markets, but Friday was the first time I ever made it into the shop. The place is a carb lover's dream. It's one of those spots that invites you to roam and look at the coffee, the olive oil or even a six-pack of local beer. The real star though is the bread of course. Simply put, their sourdough is the best I've ever had. It's a perfectly chewy, slightly salty bread that is perfect for every application. Their cinnamon swirl bread is much loved by the kids at home for its French toast qualities. It's one of those places that makes you want to try everything and makes you realize how awful our store bought, mass produced sandwich bread really is.“
“We recently discovered Sweet 27, had driven by many times but never stopped. We were getting tired of our same favorite spots and decided to try something new. They did not disappoint! Family owned, which we love supporting. Food was very good and different things on the menu that I had not seen on other Indian restaurant menus. Vegan bakery is excellent! Highly recommend trying! One of the owners helped us so kind and warm.“
“It's the best burger in Federal Hill and comes with the most amazing potatoes and a green salad. Friend ordered the same and both of our burgers we're cooked perfectly to the temperature we asked. Everything about Sobo is welcoming and the food is always delicious.“
“Delicious brunch! Perfect location for a celebration with family and friends. Locally sourced ingredients, creative drinks, vegan and gluten-free options. Take a stroll through the museum or sculpture garden after your meal.Dietary restrictions: Items were clearly labeled as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free“
“They never disappoint. A chill vibe with delicious food.Dietary restrictions: Im non dairy and vegetarian they had more than a few options to choose from.Kid-friendliness: I came with two toddlers and a preteen and they both enjoyed the food and atmosphere.“
“Georgia Grace Cafe is 5/5 in every way! Everything I’ve had there is absolutely delicious and you can just taste how fresh everything is. The atmosphere is super cute and matches the vibe of Historic Ellicott City perfectly. If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch, GG is the way to go!“
“The best crab cake I have ever had the pleasure to eat. The waitress was very informative, prompt and hospitable. We had made reservations, arrived at 6 and the place was empty. We ate and upon leaving I noticed there were still no other patrons in the restaurant.I love old gems like this place and hope this review brings about more foot traffic.“
“The food did not disappoint. I've heard so much about this place that I could not decide what to order. It came out pretty quickly. I had collard greens, sweet potatoes and akara (fried black eyed peas). My friend said the sweet potatoes tasted "healthy" but isn't that why we eat here? I mean...I would go back again. There's modest decor and the space could use a little brightening but I enjoyed my food so much! I'll be back and I'll recommend to everyone -- not only vegans.“
“Let me just say, I’m very picky when it comes to eating out. But this place was amazing. Super clean, delicious food, and a very gracious owner. Congratulations on a job well done, my family and I can’t wait to come back.Vegetarian options: I personally am not a vegetarian. But this place almost converted me.“
“The BREAD!!! If you know, you know.........we have loved the food and service from Bon Fresco for many years and both are absolutely spectacular. Everyone raves about the london broil sandwich (rightfully so) but all their sandwiches, salads, soups, and deserts have been top notch.“
“While on our drive to VA, asked the wife to pick a place for us to eat; I'm glad she picked this place! The seafood quesadilla was amazing, with tons of seafood within the tortillas. My eldest had the twist burger and said it was very good, the meat was well-cooked and seasoned. My wife had the crabcake sandwich with a lot of crab ?! Def will stop there again when in the area.“
“Major props for treating gluten free bread as the half-sized slices they are. This is the first place I've been to that spreads the sandwich contents across two small sandwiches. Every other place either attempts to stuff the insides onto puny slices (rarely) or more likely, simply gives you less. In those places, not only are you paying through the nose for GF bread, but you then get less food for the privilege. NOT SO at Atwater's. On top of delicious creations, you also get generous servings and can enjoy your meal like anyone else. Coincidentally had two meals in 3 days here and will be back!Dietary restrictions: GF“
“Absolutely adorable cafe with excellent customer service! Food and coffee was excellent. This is a hidden gem! We had the Easter special French Toast stuffed with carrot cake and it was heavenly! The crispy chicken picante and fries were perfect!“
“Went here on date night with my wife. Recently. I had the shepherd's pie and it was really good. And my wife had the burger and it was also pretty good. The waitress was super fast that taking our orders and making sure we didn't wait around and very friendly and she was the best and I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit here.“
“This was my first time here and the cakes are delicious! But the most impressive about this experience was the customer service. I was greeted, walked through the process, given tons of samples and they even loaded the car for me so the cake that I ordered would transport safely. This place is almost 40 minutes away from where I live, but totally worth the trip! I will return often!!!“
“Love this place for the milkshakes! I usually get their seasonal ones, which have been very good. I got the cookie dough one this last time, and my friend got the reeses pieces one, which looked amazing. However. We did try the cobbler this time which was incredibly disappointing especially since it cost $9. I won't waste my money on that again.“
“We frequent this place as it’s the closest to our neighborhood. The service is very friendly always. The food is good quality and made with good quality ingredients. The inside of the restaurant is a bit too cold, but that’s my only gripe. If you carry out your food, my only piece of advice is to get it right away. Don’t let it sit too long or it won’t be as tasty :)“
“Good vegan options for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Decent place to bring your Omni friends where you know you’ll be able to eat. Service has been friendly and attentive. Coffee/lattes are good. They usually have Vegan Treats from PA which is rad.“
“Can it still be koshary without pasta, cumin or crunchy onions? No tomato sauce either. This must be an American version of the Egyptian street food.Filling and fun-just different than one wouldexpect.Chicken schwarma (which feels like saying beef vegetables) was an excellent chicken dish with a spiced sauce that made it rock!“
“Kendra is always incredibly accommodating! Not only that, but her products are out of this world and I promise you that her French macarons will be the best you’ve ever had in your life. Her superior customer service and out of this world products will keep me coming back every single time! We love Sweet Eden!“
“They have a lot of food options for those with dietary restrictions. The service is good but I want to give a big thumbs up to Ms. Matilde! We came 20 mins to closing and they were close to running out of a few items. (They could have easily given us what was available but she and the other employees told us to wait while they made fresh veggies and protein for us.) She even offered us drinks while we waited which was nice! Asked if I had any rewards because I always forget to use them. Overall a great experience!“
“My friends and I decided to go here for a girls night out. We had never been before and didn't know what to expect. On the outside, it looks much smaller than it actually is. It has a surprisingly large and beautiful interior. The ambience of the place was very calm and elegant. There was only two other customers at the time we went so it was very quiet. I think because of that, the service was incredible. The server we had made sure we were fully taken care of and even cracked some jokes to keep the mood light. It was a lot of fun. The food was prepared efficiently and tasted phenomenal. One of my friends is a picky eater and even she loved the food. I was even able to get a vegan meal that was very filling and delightful. The parking is free and ample. You will not have to worry about finding a spot. I will say though, if you go at a busier time and day, you might have to park a bit farther out but it's really not the long of a walk, especially on a good sunny day. I would love to go back either by myself or with friends and family.“
“So we went to the Fells point farmers market and wow. The vendors where great most had samples and the produce was fresh and they even have a dog place where you can get home made treats and yes my dogs loved them will be going back for sure“
“I love this place. I usually get my signature Iced vanilla chai latte w/ almond milk and it's sooo good. the almond milk they use is great. My only complaint is there's rarely ever any snickerdoodle muffins. I've come a handful of times and 2 times were the only chance I was able to get my hands on one. I would say maybe make more if they're so popular or make more at two separate times. I usually don't get a chance to go during weekdays and only weekends and never get them on weekends. But lovely place a staff (:“
“Great coffee shop. Friendly staff. Love the entire menu - I've had it all. Fantastic scones and muffins for breakfast. Every sandwich and salad they have for lunch are worth a try. They have a "picante" option for sandwiches that adds spicy roast veggies. I do wish they had soup, but you have lots of great menu options.“
“Whenever they’re at the Umd farmers market I try to stop by and there’s always a long line, which is for good reason. While a little pricey the pastries are always amazing, rich with flavor and freshly made. The macarons are also amazing with new flavors every week.“
“My family surprised me with a cake from here for my birthday and I was sooo happy! I’ve always wanted a heart shaped cake and this was everything I imagined! The strawberry shortcake flavor was so good paired with the soft fluffy icing that was used.Thank you guys for making my day so special! :)“
“I've been coming here for over a decade... it's crazy that I can actually say that lol. Today I came yo grab supplies for a cake that I'm making for a friend. The staff here is super helpful and always have little tru k of the trade for me. Everything in the store is well organized and easy to find.“
“Taylor was amazing!! Gave great recommendations and felt like fast friends by the time we left. The Surf/Turf special was so good, cooked and seasoned perfect, and that garlic butter...WOW! Meatloaf and potatoes was also very, very good. Really worth the visit.“
“Overall: Super sweet service with delicious cake! I popped in to grab two large pieces of cake- tiramisu and tres leches. Both were to die for. I will definitely be back. The employee was super duper friendly and kind. They casual seating inside and a few outdoor tables. They also serve breakfast and lunch.“
“This place is always great! The food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful! The breakfast sandwiches are so yummy. You can never go wrong getting your bagels or breakfast from here. The bagels are made right there! So you know they are fresh!!“
