“Tonight we ordered take out from Wilcoms INN! WOW WOW WOW! From me calling and the young man on the phone was so helpful in offering suggestions, I was so impressed! Then I picked up our food and they made sure to check my bag and all was inside. Realized a side of rice was missing and immediately retrieved it! I told my husband if the service is as good as our dinner we are lucky… AND IT WAS! The guacamole is one of the best ever! The steak stir fry, the rib eye, and even the truffle tots! The price was Extremely REASONABLE! We will be back!!! And this was carry out to perfection! Wait til we sit inside!”

“It's always a joy to discover a good bakery. And then it's a dream when said bakery has a punch card. There is no need to buy my loyalty when you make solid products, though it never hurts as a perk :) What I got: Mixed berry scone - 4.5* a perfect consistency, this scone is sure to delight! I loved the mix of fresh berries and the delicious softness of the scone. My only ask would be to have a little more icing drizzle but that's purely because I have a sweet tooth. Honey cake - 5* a small and surprising cake. Deliciously moist, this cake will hit the spot for anyone looking for an understated dessert. Yes, I have a sweet tooth, but I didn't want this cake any sweeter. Its subtle honey sweetness was perfect and I felt satisfied enjoying this delicate heart.”

“The BEST a authentic Italian food in Maryland - full stop. My Italian grandmother would eat here and be proud. Their handmade pasta texture is perfection. The carrot in their bolognese is the perfect mix of identifiable without being overbearing. The bureaus is texturally exceptional, and we order two orders of Arancini because my husband and I refuse to share them. RUN, Don’t walk… but save a table for me.”

“While there were not much left when we got here around 10 on a Saturday, ery thing we got was absolutely amazing. Our favorites were the mini blackberry and cream cheese croissants but also enjoyed the morning bun. Customer service was excellent and while we waited in line and despite the limited choices, it was well worth it and we will definitely be back.”

“My family and I stopped at Mission BBQ in Frederick, MD to grab something to eat after our son's dentist appt on March 13th. We traveled 2 hours for his appt so we figured we owed ourselves some good food before hitting the road back home. And good food we had! My fiance and I eat baby back ribs every chance we get and we love trying new places. We are so glad we chose to stop at Mission BBQ! When we entered the restaurant we were kind of thrown off because you go to the counter, order your food, get your drinks, find a place to sit, and then wait for your name to be called then go get your food. It was a little worrisome at first, our first thought was we order ribs at the counter, no server?! We ordered and then in no time our name was called and a crew member helped my fiance bring it all to our table and we dug in... let me tell you something. If anyone reading this review has the chance to stop at Mission BBQ at any location, do not pass it up! Hands down the best baby back ribs we have EVER had!!! Talk about fall of the bone, juicy, great taste, and decent size! Our son had the salmon filet which was also delicious. Every crew member we encountered was pleasant and knowledgeable. As we were eating a young lady named Anita came along and stopped to check if our food was okay and if we needed anything. She was such a delight! She gave us some background on the restaurant and their food. How the restaurant came to be and how it is a family restaurant. She told us about the pit boss and how he goes in at all hours, on his own time, to check on the meat so it is always up to the restaurant's standards. We talked about how hard it is to find workers who care about what their serving, especially in the food business. After our conversation, we were packing up leftovers and Anita came back to our table with cards for each of us for a free sandwich at any location! Anita was so nice and she made a great meal into a wonderful experience all together, everyone did!!! We have to go back to Frederick to our son's dentist on April 4th and we already have plans to stop in and eat at Mission BBQ!!! This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant! Props to all of you working at Mission BBQ in Frederick MD! Keep up the great work! It really does make a difference to some of us!!!”

“Food was fantastic. it was just so delicious but they don't have a lot of gluten-free options. So I ended up getting a Cobb salad and their candid bacon. Also we probably had every server come up to our table and ask us if we needed anything if you wanted to place an order if we need a refill so a little hard to say who served us and if they gave us excellent service because every time somebody came to the table it was somebody different but the food was good.”

“What a great meal with fantastic service at The Tasting Room in Frederick Maryland.We were gifted a very generous gift card to this restaurant. We had eaten here in the past, but had the opportunity to head back here. We used OpenTable and booked our reservation several weeks in advance. Mostly because of our schedule, but we’re excited to go back.Our server was Jessica and she was probably one of the best servers we have had in the past two years. Extremely knowledgeable about the wines, and very strong on the menu selections. Professional and attentive. If I could give her six stars, I would.For dinner we started with a Black Martini and a Lily Pad. Jessica explained the drink to us so we went with it and was not disappointed. With dinner we had a bottle of Inglenook Zinfandel. Delicious.For food we started with the Panko Shrimp and the charcuterie board. The cheese selection was very good and the elk sausage was tasty. For main courses we all had the filet. Great presentation with oval trivets and cast iron plates with each filet. Tender and cooked to perfection with a side of béarnaise sauce which was some of the best I have ever had. So so good! You also received as a side dish potatoes au gratin. Very good! We also ordered a side of Brussels sprouts for the table. For desserts Jessica recommended the “warm chocolate toffee Bundt cake”. It was so delicious. Could have eaten two! We also had the “lemon meringue parfait”. Light and tasty. We rounded out the meal with Peruvian Dark Roast Coffee. Outstanding.The restaurant is cozy and well decorated. Take the opportunity and look up at the beautiful ceilings that permeate throughout the restaurant. In addition, if you are seated next to a window look across the street at the “Angel” painting. So interesting.Overall, the meal and service were just outstanding. Yeah it is on the expensive side (but we had drinks, apps and dessert) but I will go back. It really was perfection and worth every penny.Parking: Parking is available across the street in a paid large parking garage. Several garages around.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on first floor so no steps but aisles are tight between tables.”

“It was the review for me that caught my attention, that’s why it’s very important to rate restaurants on the customer service and the quality of food. Me and my daughter visited yesterday and the wings and fries were delicious, we also tried the Atlantis dog, which is the chili and cheese hotdog. I love the fact the our food was still hot especially our fries were boxed in a brown box container which I love because the fries were still hot and not soggy even when we got home our fries were still not soggy and I love that. “We absolutely love having Hoffman Brothers here in Frederick. Taharka Bros is our favorite ice cream and thanks so this place we can indulge in our faves as often as we’d like (and keep the freezer stocked)! If you haven’t tried their ice cream, the Honey Graham is a MUST. My personal favorite is Chocolate Love- chocolate ice cream with an Oreo swirl. As close to heaven as it gets! ?”

“The owner (or manager) was so delighted to see us and so helpful it was like we were regulars and it was our first time. The food was great bar food and the service was fast and accurate.It wasn't very crowded so the atmosphere was chill and not too loud but I don't know what it's like with a full house.”

“We celebrated my son’s 17th birthday here and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and attentive - multiple people stopped by to fill our water throughout the evening. The decor was really nice with a variety of textures (wood, brick, fabrics, metal). The food was amazeballs. My son and I had the filet and my husband had the duck. And, because it was a celebration, we got 3 different desserts . The chocolate cake was so good, I dropped my fork. We will definitely be back!”

“Have been going to Jimmie Cones since the mid 80s. Back then they had the best foot long hot dogs and other fare that they don't serve anymore. And, it is one of the few places that has sugar free cones. Hope it doesn't change for future generations.”

“A Frederick gem, no doubt. Even before you walk in, the plants and things surrounding the place let you know you're in for a treat. Inside you're greeted by vintage everything... except the menu and people! We had the Chicken Club Tortilla Wrap and it was delicious- far better than wraps elsewhere with its fresh tasty ingredients. They serve coffee here too. Yummy latte served in real cups (not disposable) so you don't feel rushed and you do feel welcomed.Street parking and very close garage across the street. We'll be back! You should check it out.”

“I brought my bike in for repair Saturday afternoon and met with Scott. After stating I was interested in bare bones rehab, he looked over the bike. He took the bike and called later that day with an itemization that would have the bike road ready. The price was reasonable so I gave the green light. The NEXT day I received a calll that the repairs had been completed and the bike was ready for pickup. The work was completed to specifications and the bike looked amazing. This bike shop/restaurant is cetainly a place to visit. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the biscotti is great too. Please go and visit!!”
