The food was delicious as expected coming from Firestone's, and Mazie took care of our wedding food vision and she was a true delight to work with. The entire process which can be very stressful, went like a breeze thanks to Mazie and her remarkable calm and professionalism.We had no idea what we were doing but all our requests and concerns were answered smoothly and rapidly. On the wedding day Mazie and her team were extremely productive but somehow invisible! “As four guests visiting for the first time, we all thought the food was great. Service was slow to order a beer and desert was almost cancelled because of time and the glazing did not arrive with one of the deserts and getting a side cup never arrived. The waitress was new and very helpful and will get better with experience. The only disappointment was their Military Discount? They only allow 10% for "active" Military making one feel that veterans just don't qualify? And the 10% you receive is only on the members main meal. So for a $60.61 meal the discount was $1.49? I give the discount I receive back to the wait staff and left a $15.00 tip.“

“I've only been to JoJo's for their late moght offerings, but it is unmatched for that in the Frederick area. In particular, their chicken tenders, fried pickles, and truffle freas never disappoint. They have an often changing and always satisfying taplist of local craft brews. I come here about once a week.“

“So we had a fantastic time here while visiting my sister in law. It’s right along the River so it’s pretty and the all windows layout brings in a lot of light. There is a family friendly area around the corner so whether you’re looking for a kid friendly spot or a laid back date night it covers both. They walk you through the ordering process and you can grab half beers or whatever you feel like from the wal taps as it’s self service. They have an excellent section of beers and being able to grab smaller pours of the heavy ones makes it easier to grab a lot of samples (and a great conversation starter if you’re on a date). They also have wine, cocktails and NA stuff that my pregnant wife was able to enjoy. The food is not your typical bar food. We got the tater tots, the artichoke flatbread, pizza, the bison burger bowl which was freakin’ amazing and these spicy brisket sliders on pretzel buns that were fantastic. Nothing was overpowering, the flavors were nice. It’s comfort food but well done. I need to try the wings next time but I’m confident they would be properly done. As a random bonus we met the owners and they were just really good people who made sure to stop by and check in with us. 10/10 will come here again, worth a stop if you’re in the area or even making a trip in this direction.“

A woman met me at the counter with a big smile and asked, “How can I help you?” I gave her my name and was out the door in literally 2 minutes.I have to say the price for a large cheese pizza with extra cheese was only $17. This pizza back in Boston would easily cost twice as much.Now for the reason you’re reading this. The pizza was outstanding! It was thin and sauced perfectly with a lot of cheese on top and every aspect of this pizza was just outstanding. I ordered a sushi-forward meal for carry out, which was ready in about 30min and handed to me as soon as I entered. While I didn't dine in, the staff was welcoming and friendly for the brief minute that was inside.I did find that I needed to order several vegetarian rolls to build a meal given the 6-piece side. he vegetable roll had a great combination of elements for the filling--avocado, cucumber, asparagus and pickled radish. The sushi tasted fresh overall, but comparatively, not the freshest that I've had. The sweet potato roll had a welcome tempura crunch and the sticky sweet topping paired nicely with a dash of soy sauce umami. A side order of edamame completed a solid vegetarian dinner.“
