The added 20 percent was a bit confusing but the food was delicious, the staff was amazing and it was a great experience for sure. I definitely didn't expect to spend what we did but it was a once in a lifetime experience for us and it was worth it for sure!”

“What an awesome night celebrating our 44th Anniversary! They sure know how to make your occasion special. We started the evening at the bar and the bartender was a pro!! My chocolate martini was the absolute Best! The manager made a point to introduce himself and have a conversation with us. He comped us each a glass of champagne!🥂 Our server was super! She explained every explained every dish we asked about. They even ended the night by comping our dessert - key lime cheesecake served with a candle and our special occasion written in white chocolate! It couldn’t have been a more perfect evening!! “The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club: A Delightful Dining Experience Last evening, we had the pleasure of dining at The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club in Ocean City, Maryland. Our reservation was for 8:15 PM, and despite potential parking challenges, we found it surprisingly easy to find a spot. The restaurant’s recent remodel is evident as you walk up the stairs into the inviting dining area. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted at the hostess stand and seated immediately. We appreciated the choice between indoor and outdoor seating, and the variety of seating options available, from semi-circle couches to large arrangements for bigger parties. Our server was attentive from the start, quickly providing us with water, drinks, and menus. After a brief look at the menu, we received a thorough rundown of the evening’s specials. The noise level was perfect, allowing for a pleasant conversation, and the open-air setting provided a comfortable breeze. For appetizers, we chose the crab dip and crab deviled eggs. While both were enjoyable, the crab deviled eggs stood out as the better of the two. I also tried a drink called “Lost in the South,” a refreshing blend of lemon and bourbon that became my favorite part of the evening. For the main course, I opted for the boardwalk fries with a crabcake, a dish labeled as an Eastern Shore Maryland specialty. It was served with tartar sauce and met my expectations with its classic flavors. To finish off the meal, we each selected different desserts. The restaurant’s take on the Maryland Smith Island cake, a cookies and cream version, was a delightful surprise and possibly even better than the traditional version. I highly recommend trying it if it’s available. Overall, The Tide Room offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service, a comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ocean City.”

“Our server, Madison, took on our large party of 14 for a special occasion. From start to finish she made sure the details were seen to despite a full restaurant and a hiccup in seating. She carefully orchestrated each person's meal down to last minute changes and boxed desserts to go. She turned what could've been a disastrous evening into a wonderful and smooth dinner party. Many of our party had never tried Carrabba's and left excited to visit again. Thank you Madison and staff!”

“It's always a challenge going out for a bite to eat in OC in the off season as you never know what you are going to get. After reading reviews and looking at menus, I decided to check out Liquid Assets and what a great decision that turned out to be. Walking in alone, I was quickly greeted by Kyle and Joe at the bar and directed to an open seat at the bar. After a brief run down of the drink offerings, I asked for a beer and they recommended a local brew that did not disappoint. Before I had a chance to look at the menu, Kyle brought over a specials menu which was both amazing and overwhelming, and this was just the special menu, as the regular menu pretty much covered every palette imaginable. Interested in the 2 fish options, I asked Kyle for his recommendation and without hesitation, he suggested the Pan Seared Monkfish with which I went and He was not wrong. It came out beautifully presented and was probably the best fish dish I've experienced. Alrhough the fish was cooked perfectly, the star of the dish was how it was presented and everything else it was served with. I went out with an open mind and I was wowed by the experience. Rare do you find stellar staff and 5 star meals but on April 7th, 2025, I did in a town full of less than stellar options. Thanks to locals who care about what they do and who they work for and to Liquid Assets for making OC MD better. cheers.”

“Hands down the BEST Italian meal we’ve ever had. We had Mozzarella in Carrozza, so delicious. My husband is a self-proclaimed veal snob and he said the veal Marsala was absolutely the best he’s had (and he’s had a lot fro over!) I had the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. The pasta was clearly made fresh and cooked perfectly. The bolognese was so flavorful but not heavy. Portions are refreshingly sized appropriately and so completely satisfying. Generally we’re not dessert eaters, mostly due to being overfilled by oversized portions. Ordering dessert from Ristorante Antipasti was a forgone conclusion. I don’t know which was better, the Chocolate Lover’s cake or the Vanilla Butter Cake. Been coming to Ocean City for years and this was our first visit to this restaurant and now tops the list of favorites. Loved everything about it, atmosphere was relaxed but elegant, met the owner who was delightful and appreciative. Highly recommend!!”

“Food: Oysters Rockefeller - too much spinach, not much flavor otherwise. Cream of crab soup - salty, not much crab. Lobster tail arrived cold. Drawn butter watered down and cold. Crab cake very good, filet good. Service: very good but - forgot repeated requests for a straw for water. Brought rosemary potatoes instead of specifically requested baked potato. Summary: been there several times. Spent a lot of money. Tipped 20+ %. Disappointed, we will not go back.”

When it was my turn I ordered my drink- it came out cold- I asked if could be warmed up- the barista said no WITH A HUGE SMILE (again this place was packed!) and said “I would be glad to make you a new one - extra hot”. They had multiple options for my son (he’s allergic to milk, so he had a smoothie and a sausage & egg sandwich on vegan & GF ciabatta bread that was great!), and there were multiple gluten free options for me. The açaí bowls looked great. The rest of our family with no allergies / restrictions enjoyed a variety of baked goods.”

With so many other options in the area, we would probably look elsewhere next time.”

“I have been coming to Ocean City for over 50 years. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. There was very little tomato sauce, very little cheese, at most two slices of pepperoni on each slice,. The pizza had absolutely no taste. The delivery person left the pizza outside my door and did not ring the bell or knock. The door was open. He left it on the ground. If I could give it a rating I would give it a -100. Do yourself a favor and never order pizza from this company. I’m sure the company will never contact me.”

The sweetest waitress helped me to the bathroom and offered to wait for me. Your guest waited at the foot of the steps and watched my belongings. I didn’t catch either of their names and other staff could have been involved I was pretty dizzy and not feeling well at all. I just want you to know how awesome your staff is and will always be thankful. I live in NC and visit my mother here every summer and will continue to visit Lennys yearly. Ocean city was undeveloped back then. You should have seen it.”

Of course things will never be the same with the ever present lingering effects of covid and with the skyrocketing cost of food especially seafood. I find the Bonfire still AWESOME!”
