“My wife, daughter, and I stopped by here for a dinner on our way from Philadelphia to Ocean City, MD, on a Saturday evening in December 2023. Although given the restaurant’s excellent reviews one would expect the place to be crowded on a Saturday evening, we were the only patrons at the restaurant that evening. This may have been because we were there on the 23rd of December, and the restaurant was closing down after that evening’s dinner. The experience of being the only three folks seated at the restaurant was a bit surreal, but it did make sense given the time of the year, and then later on we saw that almost as soon as we left the building, the staff brought the wreaths inside and started shutting the place down.Coming to the food, which is what one cares about the most at a restaurant, I had been following the restaurant’s Facebook page for a few days prior to our visit and was getting excited at seeing some of the specials that were being listed. During our visit, we ordered an appetizer from those specials – a beet salad with pan fried goat cheese, as well as an entrée – red wine and rosemary braised leg of lamb. The other entrée we got was from their regular menu – shrimp and grits – and finally for our daughter, we got the chicken tenders. The lamb was rich and flavorful and what shocked us was the price tag for that item at $22. I doubt I have ever seen a place, including food trucks not to mention sit-down places, offer that quantity of lamb for $22. For my wife for whom lamb is her favorite meat, this entrée proved to be an excellent choice. The shrimp and grits I had were nice as well, although a tad under salted. It came with a side of fresh veggies that were nicely done and flavorful. My daughter enjoyed her chicken tenders as well. The portion sizes were huge, and the chicken tenders had more fries than I ever recall seeing accompanying a kids’ meal!! Prices were reasonable enough that even with all of this food, plus a drink, and a fairly generous tip, the total came to $98.While the ambience of the place isn’t much to write home about, situated as it is in a generic nondescript shopping mall, we would happily come back to this place if we were in Ocean City again, attracted especially by their wonderful specials and great value-for-money.Parking: The restaurant is located in a nondescript shopping mall so parking is not hard to come by.“

“The Rubens are pretty good if you deny that terrible sauce (Russian?) (or get it on the side then throw it away). Corned beef is good too. Their pickles are the best. It’s a bit pricey but I’m picky so I’d rather pay a few dollars more for worthy food….“
“Wanted to try Anthony's hoagies and finally got a chance to. We ate at the bar and had a beer on tap. Great selection. For lunch I had the Nautilus . Excellent hoagie fresh baked rolls , similar to Philly and South Jersey. Friendly staff and our bartender she was great. I highly recommend to get the OCMD experience.“
“My family and I visit Ocean City every year and this was our first time trying Malia's cafe on 18th street. Having visited Hawaii many times, the atmosphere and colors were very familiar to me as it is very ocean, aquatic, and Hawaiian themed. Very beautiful, friendly and inviting cafe, cute as well. The breakfast was delicious.“
“Best fries ever. Seems like a long line, but it goes fast and is worth the wait. My only regret is not getting a larger size. Definitely recommend and will be back for more. “Love the location, of the restaurant and the views are just amazing! My family and I went upstairs and I asked to be seated inside by the window, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, the views are really something special! I need to get to this out there, our waiter was very pleasant, patient, and a great delight. Now, onto the food... My 2 beer were ice cold and tasted great, lasagna was delicious, my son's chicken fingers and fries were great, husband's meatlovers pizza was delicious. CALAMARI WAS AWFUL, I REPEAT, THE CALAMARI IS AWFUL. They clearly do a lot of things right and wonderful here, but if they cannot improve on this, IT SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE MENU COMPLETELY! ONE WORD- GROSS! Very small pieces, no taste at all, then they were fried to burntness! Just skip it... and thank me! Maybe eventually it will disappear off menu. I heard their bruchetta is very good afterwards, guess that'll be my go to next time. As a country girl, I highly enjoyed hearing continuous country music being played through the restaurant. “This meal was actually one of the best we had in ocean city for overall experience. The service was fantastic. We sat outside with the beach and boadwalk views. The wings were the best we have had in a long time. We tried the original breaded bone in wings. They were huge and crispy. My only negative remarks would be that they charge 1$ extra per blue cheese or ranch dip. It would be great if one came with it! The drinks were good as well. We had an orange crush and a purple hooter.“

“Visited for lunch on the beautiful first weekend of November. The food was our favorite of the weekend and the view was incredible! Our server (forget her name I’m sorry but she had glasses) was funny and friendly, great service. We got the Chesapeake burger topped with crab dip and cheese and a bacon cheeseburger. Both were cooked perfectly medium. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had. The balsamic greens were fresh and flavorful and the fries were crispy, hot and well seasoned. After we ate, we took a walk around to the dock and it was just breathtaking. I’m sure this place gets crazy crowded in peak season but we are grateful to have experienced it in off season in the peace and calm. We are so glad to have found this place and will definitely be back.“

The menu is pretty much just crepes, potatoes, and omelets, but if you're looking for more "traditional" menus, there are plenty of restaurant options that serve "the usual suspects" for breakfast.I enjoyed the multitudinous versions of omelets and crepes and everything I sampled was quite tasty.The atmosphere is very cute and cheerful.
