“I had a great time on 08/27/2023 sipping on a mock tail and listening to an amazing Saxophone player, Eddie Baccus Jr. Steve, the bar server was great! People were all having a great time! It was not crowded. I heard the Sax player from another area in MGM and the rich tones drew me to the upper level to “Lobby Bar”! So glad I stopped by! Great musician. Great sound! Great repertoire!“
“I’m not a bourbon drinker but I recommend taking a flight. The Old Fashion was good. I misread and thought it was Buffalo cauliflower wings but it cauliflower with buffalo sauce. I don’t recommend Buffalo sauce and Bourbon. A DJ was playing music on a Friday night, it’s a nice relaxed space.“
“Attended the radio anniversary celebration for FM 102.3, Vic Jagger. That was my first time going to the lounge, although I visit the MGM often. Nice spot. If you don't drink alchol, and are looking to eat some food there; eat before you get there because they do not sell any food.“
“Inside the Gaylord Hotel this lobby bar was crowded as many convention goers went to listen to the band playing inside the lobby bar. We ordered a drink and an oreo cheesecake. The drink was ok nothing too fancy but still good. The cheesecake wasn't actually cheesecake but still delicious. The wait time in getting the cheesecake was about 20-25 min which was surprising but not really as it was crowded and many people were ordering food and drinks to sit and watch the band play.“
“First, let me begin by saying what an amazing job the staff did with helping to make my event a success. Starting with Derek Lovato, VP, his attention to detail, committed demeanor, and leadership is second to none. I've hosted hundreds of events and I can't remember one that simply went off without a glitch. Thank you for this Mr. Lovato! Your time and attention you gave to my event was much appreciated.Second, Carlton Collins! Wow what a breath of fresh air. Carlton made sure everything that I needed was provided. From deliveries, to transportation, to water, wheel chairs, etc. But mostly his kindness went above and beyond for me and my 90 year old grandmother. This was EVERYTHING! At one point she said she feels like VIP. Thank you Carlton!Third, Amber Johnson! We could tell she was a professional bartender. She really held the bar down, socialized with guests and made sure EVERYONE was having a great time. Trust me everyone had an amazing time. The wine drinks were SUPER AMAZING.....!Fourth, Henry Thompson! Talk about late but right on beat. Henry came in after Carlton. Although he wasn't fully abreast of my event, when I mentioned what I needed, he jumped right in and quickly assisted us with closing down and getting my grandmother back to her transportation effortlessly. I could tell he was trained by a great leader. Laser focused, and committed to excellence.I can't stop talking about this experience. From the thousands of photos, and a plethora of videos I'm sure these memories will last a lifetime thanks to you and your staff.“
“Looked for a bite to eat before attending a show at the MGM Theater. Making a reservation was out of the question at one of the restaurants, so we decided to try Bread and Butter. Food was great. Steak, eggs, tater tots and toast. Steak was well seasoned, tender enough to cut with a plastic knife and fork. Eggs were scrambled perfectly, not requiring any salt and pepper. Tater tots were fine. Meal was great!!“
