Now I will say parking is a challenge..but rise up to this challenge..be persistent..because once you’re safely parked you will reap amazing culinary rewards. The space itself..it beautifully done..muted colors and comfortable seating seem to say “ sit..get comfortable and get ready for a great time” Our server Michael was a JOY. Just as important as the food, is the service, Michael made sure that we were comfortable, answering all questions and providing excellent recommendations when they were asked for. No one could have asked for a better tour guide to lead our Marta experience..when making reservations..request him..I promise you won’t be disappointed. Appetizers! Tuna Cannoli..if you think you know tuna..I’m here to say NAW! This dish was whimsical and full of flavor. The tuna was fresh and prefect encased in a light cannoli shell..the sesame seeds tied the whole dish together for me perfectly. Beef tartare(my personal favorite) vibrant color and palate pleasing flavors! I like the addition of beets in place of the traditional capers. Even my one friend who hates beets agrees that it brought a great element to this dish. Oysters! Perfectly briny and chilled expertly the pink peppercorn granita was Everything! Entrees: I enjoyed the Agnolotti which was a fall themed plate of warm comfort food! The spiced squash and apple stuffed pasta was so flavorful..but just when you thought it couldn’t get better, BOOM! Brown butter sage sauce! Please do yourself a favor..make your reservation to enjoy this dish before it goes away..you won’t regret it. The risotto my friend enjoyed with the meatballs from the antipasti menu was creamy and honestly had me making my next reservation in my head so I could enjoy it all by myself! Saffron Brodo, Aged Parmesan, bring this dish home! He couldn’t stop raving about the meatballs and I know they must have been great because he didn’t share..lol My dear friend ordered the Panzotti featuring stuffed Duck and Foie Gras! All components of this dish worked together to create perfection! Wine list..well thought out and composed. When our initial choice was temporarily unavailable, cue Nick with a perfect recommendation for an alternative bottle! The management and staff here is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Me and my fiancée typically put in a special request for our pizzas not to have much char, which isn't a simply ask for wood-fired pizza. They have a large selection of pizzas, plus appetizers and you can request your pizza to be gluten-free. Love that use EVOO. On Mondays, the pizzas are 25% off. The pizzas are tasty and fresh. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch cheese steak with fries and 6 wings fried xtra crispy. ?!!! You can taste this food was cooked with love. “We have been getting takeout pizza from Strapasta for years, and I just realized that I have been remiss in not writing them a review, so here it is: They make great pizza. Specifically, I'd like to call out their Sicilian style pizza - not everyone makes a Sicilian style pie, and not everyone does it well, but this place makes it and knocks it right out of the park - great crust with a crispy shell but not too dense on the inside, and they are not stingy with the rest of the ingredients. The pie is also precisely the size of the takeout box, too - you can get yourself a workout carrying a stack of these things around. Next up for praise is the Bruschetta pizza. I haven't seen this idea implemented anywhere else - I guess it's kinda close to a Margherita pizza, but the addition of the bruschetta seasonings really makes this a superior choice. A+, would recommend. Typing this out is making me think that we need to dine in here one of these days, too.“

“My husband and I live in TN and called and spoke with John about an odd request to order some Sour Beef and Dumplings to get to his 104 year old great grandfather, who lives on the eastern shore by Ocean City, where there are no places with good sour beef and dumplings. John was an absolute delight to speak with and he was absolutely happy to help us out. We made arrangements that when one of his family members or employees went out that way for any vacations, they would drop it off to the house for us. Several weeks had gone by, but one day I had received a phone call from John saying that he was going to the beach the following week and would still be happy to prepare the food and drop them off for us. We were so pleased that he remembered and that it was still something that he was willing to do for complete strangers. After that, everything went as planned and not only did he drop them off, but he went inside and showed him how to put it all together. My husband's great grandfather was surprised and so happy, and he loved his food! We will forever appreciate the work this man has done to help our family with this odd request. We ordered dessert and waited an extremely long time for it to come with no explanation. She did not seem at all trained on how to provide good customer service. The food was delicious. The Chocolate eClair is massive but amazing. I start by cutting it up and take a week to eat it. It is about 12 inches long. “I've been here a handful of times and I feel confident about writing a review. It's only based on pizza and fries. I've had the veggie pizza, cheese pizza, and fries. The cheese pie is consistently good. I will say if you get 3-4 slices of pizza that will run you about $12-$16 bucks and for that price you might as well order a whole pizza. The veggie slice I had was ok. It had diced tomatoes, broccoli, and spinach. It wasn't bad but I don't think I will get it again. I could've done without the diced tomatoes and spinach. It was a little on the bland side for me and I think onions and mushrooms would've given it a better taste and texture. Overall good food and customer service!“
