“I had the mushroom Swiss with the rosemary Parmasan fries. The overall meal was great. I love the lightly toasted fluffy bun and the sear on the burger. The fries were amazing!! Great combination with flavors that explodes in your mouth! I ordered mine through door dash for work, I wish I could have dined in to experience the atmosphere.“
“I went to try this place out and omg they even have seafood which I’m going back for to try out. I only tried the corn dogs which were good and big I liked the half sausage and mozzarella, the girl was really nice and helped me out with my order and recommended me the taro boba tea which was actually pretty good. They have a good atmosphere, kid friendly and they had some k-pop music playing in the back.“

“Overall food was decent. Fries with chili and cheese were above average and milkshakes were excellent. Where it failed was the burgers. Probably one of the most average hamburgers I have ever had and I find it comparable to McDonald's. I didn't have it I was told their half smoke was delightful.I am giving it a 3 as it is apparently well-known but was fairly average in my perspective.I'm updating this to 4 stars because after our meal 90 year old owner, Virginia, took time to talk to us and tell us all about her and the restaurants history that is rich and pivotal in the black community of the area. Amazing conversation with her and if you can you should visit with her!“
“I wondered around the area for new spots I could try on my lunch break and yesterday on 3/12/2024 I stumbled across this gem .. the two guys who were working were extremely nice and the one guy who took my order was extremely knowledgeable , and he was patient with me . I was also able to grab a great cup of ice ... ! I ordered the burger with the candied jalepenos and by the time I got to my desk my food was still pipping hot and I didn't even get caught by supervisor while I was sneaking fries lol !!! All the sauces were great and the burger itself was a solid 10/10 !!! I'm so thankful for this place and can't wait until payday to come back lol !! “I love this place or al least their foot and menu! Hot dogs are amazing, there are many different varieties of how they are dressed and they are good. I had the German sausage of this type, smaller than expected but fantastic. Generous with sauerkraut. I also had the strawberry smoothie Wich was excellent. Indoor seating is okay, not great and was not clean on the tables or seats, l have to ask them clean it. However, they were happy to do so. There is parking available a little light. So l give the food a 5 assuming the niche they are in. They also have delicious burgers and fries. 3 for atmosphere/seating/comfort and service l definitely recommend it“

“Stopped by the new New Jersey Avenue NW DC Z Burger. The chicken cheesesteak with "two" cheeses was excellent & generous. The onion rings were awesome there. Everything is fresh, and the staff is unusually friendly and helpful. I can also recommend their 75 flavors of milkshakes (I prefer strawberry). The store was spotless. Street parking was easy, but DC has parking meters not to be ignored.“

“Stopped in here to try a rice bowl (with peri peri chicken) for lunch and will definitely be back. It was very good. Appreciated that they freshly cooked my chicken. Only downside is that I wish this area were more pleasant to walk/bike to. (Also, I appreciate that they gave me silverware, but I try to minimize my plastic trash so would prefer that they ask me, but I get that other customers may feel differently.)“
“Hard working staff, food is the highest quality, it's arguably the best Hamburger in D.C. for the price. I usually get a cheeseburger "All the way" and small fries. Hits the spot! The location is busy and they try to keep the Riff-Raff out best they can.“

“Five Guys is a comfortable experience as those near my home in NY are so similary to the one in Arlington, VA and in North Port, FL. The service was great, very friendly. The food was delicious as always, fries plentiful and delicious and burgers. I went with my son to the Arlington, VA Five Guys across from our hotel on Wilson Blvd. Hadn't planned to get a burger, just "share" his fries, but of course it's hard to resist the burgers at Five Guys.“
