He got upset because I couldn't hear him call my order (I'm deaf in my left ear from an explosion) saying "I just called that, can you not hear man?" And proceed to laugh with his coworkers in my face. I will NOT be going back to this five guys. Food was fine, he was just rude. If people can't hear you maybe speak up and not blame the customers for not hearing you ?“
“Never been a huge fan of Five Guys just because I don’t enjoy burgers that much. But every time I’ve been there I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality and amount of food for the price. The service is almost always fast however the restaurant style isn’t my favorite.“

“The best burger in the area I love #9 I believe it's called the shroomy, I normally ask them to add barbecue sauce in it. That combo right there is the bomb! Definitely my favorite! Their meat feels very fresh and healthy unlike other greasy burgers in the area! Give them a try for sure there's nothing to regret.“
“Overall food was decent. Fries with chili and cheese were above average and milkshakes were excellent. Where it failed was the burgers. Probably one of the most average hamburgers I have ever had and I find it comparable to McDonald's. I didn't have it I was told their half smoke was delightful.I am giving it a 3 as it is apparently well-known but was fairly average in my perspective.I'm updating this to 4 stars because after our meal 90 year old owner, Virginia, took time to talk to us and tell us all about her and the restaurants history that is rich and pivotal in the black community of the area. “Large, very clean Five Guys with their own parking lot. This chain is a mixed bag. Some are definitely better than others. Workers here are actually friendly and helpful at this Falls Church location And they do an excellent job of making the food. Burgers taste freshly made, juicy and flavorful. Fries are perfectly cooked and are always crispy on the outside --- not soggy/greasy like many other 5 guys locations. A trip here is worth the money AND the calories!Parking: Super EZ free parkingKid-friendliness: Kids definitely welcome. The Falls Church location on Broad St is kept spotlessly clean. And they have an awesome Coke Freestyle machine.“
