“Don't drive by. This is worth the stop. We had lunch - North Country Canadian Bacon, Turkey, Cabot Cheddar, Maple Mustard, Lemon Aioli & Lettuce on Borealis Bread, Wrap or Udi's GF Bread sandwich and my husband had a salad with fresh greens and fresh turkey and a balsamic dressing. All made in house. They even roast their own coffee and make their own tea blends. Their bakery items - scones and cookies looked amazing.We'll be back!“

“Our go to place for great seafood, great people and nice place to relax and enjoy. After eating there we always take fresh fish home for dinner the next two nights. Scallop chowder is the best ever. We drive one hour each way because everything is so good.“

“The cutest little coffee shop with the sweetest employees. I always have questions when I order coffee, and the gal working was so patient with me. My iced coffee was DELICIOUS. We tried the pistachio bread and the lemon poppyseed muffin, both were delectable. The shop is so cute and inviting I just wanted to sit and relax and avoid real life LOL. It’s a little out of my way, but well worth the visit.“

“Loved it! Very small local pick up restaurant with a couple of picnic tables. They don't play with the amount of steak in the burger, the buns are so soft and veggies I can tell it's fresh. I'd visit again to try their bowl. Perfect place for a quick bite to satisfy your empty stomach. Will def go back to try thier famous bowl menu!“

“I have several food allergies and Courtney was great with helping me navigate the menu and also went back and took pictures of the bread and cheese for me so I could make a choice. They have gluten free, dairy free, egg free bread and dairy free cheese. I’m not celiac so cross contamination isn’t an issue for me. They typically put mayo on the bread and Courtney was great in telling me that before hand so they could keep it off the sandwich. I had the pulled pork on gluten free bread with vegan cheese with chips as the side. Both employees working were very nice and attentive. The place is clean and has a nice ambiance to it.“

“This is the purple food truck parked near the Public House in Durham. My husband and I went this evening and ordered the falafel platter - it was absolutely delicious! There are a few sauces that you can try, too. It was one of those meals where you just feel cozy and satisfied afterwards. Also, the guys in the truck are so kind. “Great food and some unique combinations of ingredients. Spinach salad was excellent. Very tasty roasted garlic dressing. Had the stuffed sole special. Sauce was a lemon caper which over powered the delicate fish although my friend loved it. Tight seating so not much privacy between tables. We got there just before 5pm on a Thursday in March and place was almost full. They don't take reservations so go early.Parking: Small parking lot for restaurant. Street parking available“

“I personally did not eat here but my wife and daughter, who has a severe dairy allergy ate here last night. My wife was overwhelmed with how accommodating they were and the level of seriousness that they took her allergy. I can't begin to tell you how amazing it is for us to go out to eat "like normal families do" and for it to not be a STRICTLY vegan restaurant. My wife told me she was close to tears. I just wanted to thank the staff at this great restaurant for giving them this experience. My wife and daughter are in town for a tour of UNH and I am very happy to know she will have a safe place to hang with friends and get a bite to eat without worry. “On a cold weekday, I decided to head to the Soupery to satiate a craving for chicken noodle. The location is wonderfully walkable if you work in downtown Portsmouth. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful when they ran out of the full amount of one ordered soup. My officemate and I traded bites and all the kinds we ordered were delicious and had that great homemade quality. Not much to say about ambiance because there's an ordering window and that's it! You won't have to stand in the cold long!“

“I can’t get enough of the sourdough spelt whole grain! It is exactly what I’m looking for in a bread - organic whole grain and actually real sourdough. I LOVE getting it the day it’s baked and making avocado toast, can’t beat it! Thank you for making an excellent quality bread!“
