I stopped into Sbarro for a quick slice of pizza and got about what I was expecting. While the slice was certainly large and filling, it was also quite greasy and oily. The crust wasn't particularly crispy or flavorful, and the cheese and sauce seemed a bit bland and underseasoned. Overall, it's not the best slice I've had, but in a pinch, it will do.Vegetarian options: Plain pizza is your best bet.
Aside from the heavenly pizza the service was truly exceptional. Free magic show with a purchace basically. The pizza chef left me and the 10 customers in front of me (lunch gate flood) in awe. Speed multi-tasking doesn't describe it. As he flung the dough in the air, he swiftly rotated the pies in the oven, sliced the ready ones and had the sauce, cheese and toppings on the perfectly flattened crust the moment it landed. I love finding Sbarros that are truck accessible. I went in at 10am and most of the pizzas, stromboli etc were already out. They open at 10:30 so all that delicious food sat for at least half an hour before they could even think of selling it. I bought a spinach stromboli which I was excited about. The crust was slightly burnt and the filling was watery.The girls behind the counter were great!
