“My roommate, two son's, and myself just had dinner at webster St diner and it was absolutely fantastic as always. my son had a fried shrimp dinner, room mate had the seafood platter and my other son and I both had cheeseburgers and fries! every single thing was just absolutely incredible and if u live in the area or are passing through, this is the place to go. the portions are def always enough to fill u up and the food is so reasonably priced and the service is always fast and they're always so kind.”

I ordered two fish and chips to go and they gave me some nasty crap from yesterday looked like! I would have returned but I was headed out of town and didn't have extra time to turn around! “My Husband and I celebrated our 1st Anniversary yesterday. As part of a traditional celebration - we dug I to our year old wedding cake that has been in the freezer. I was not looking forward to eating what I thought would be a dried up and freezer burnt cake. I was PLEASANTLY surprised when I took the first bite! The cake was just as delicious and moist as it was on our wedding day. Oh my gosh! It was SO good!! Grant’s cake for the wedding AND Anniversary win!!!! Thanks bakers!!!”

“I live in Saco, Maine and came into Lewiston to meet up with a good friend of mine. He told me about this awesome bakery and how everything is so good there.
He knew I loved chocolate eclairs, and told me this is the spot to go! His words and enthusiasm about this bakery did not disappoint! I bought one eclair and took a bite of it in the car and had to run back in to buy one more for the road for when I got home later. It was perfect. I will have to go back and try some other desserts or have him bring them to me next time he's down my neck of the woods. They have a great wide range of desserts to choose from and I guarantee you will be satisfied.”

“A pleasant surprise! We were driving leisurely back from Longfellow's Greenhouse on a Sunday afternoon, and stumbled upon Melissa's Pub and Grill. The food was excellent, as were the prices. To add to the enjoyment, there was live music from a guy named Justin Carver. The staff was pleasant, and seemed to have a good time together, which says a lot about a place! We'll be back!”

“Cruzin' Slice catered my wedding this past October. Although the venue was located outside of their typical radius, they graciously made an exception. I'm so glad they did! The pizza was delicious, the cooking time was quick, and they provided accommodations for dietary restrictions that some of our friends and family had. Communication leading up to the wedding was great and professional. Highly recommend for any event!”

“This Diner reminds me of when the farmers would go for breakfast and stop in for a wholesome meal. Everything was excellent. They use fresh ingredients. That’s a big deal for me. There was fresh Spinach in my omelette and that was a very nice surprise. Nothing was greasy. The Mailhots were quite tasty, and the home fries were also impressive. If you’re in the neighborhood I highly recommend you stop into Fran’s and enjoy! 👍🏼👍🏼”

“We went to Legends today, and everything was fantastic! I had a Cosmo, and it was absolutely delicious — not too fruity with juice, just perfectly made. We also had wings, which were incredible, and the pizza was wonderful — the crust was definitely homemade. I would highly recommend this place! Melinda and Dan are amazing; they truly care about your experience and make you feel welcome.”

“Ok, first of all, I have never been unhappy when dining here. Much depends on when customers come to eat; when the food is fresh for lunch or dinner, those are the best times. The family who own the Buffet are very conscientious about presentation, cleanliness, service, etc. The family/employees become really bothered when customers take so much food from the buffet, then waste it, which can cause price hikes. I personally know the owners and they are fantastic folks who are established in Lewiston, work hard to please and have bills and taxes to pay like everybody else. There have been instances where customers have not offered constructive criticism, but who have been down right mean and judgmental toward the family of employees. Prices also tend to increase when customers are slobs, who trash their booths/tables. So, folks, as we honor those who work so hard to continue to feed us, let's consider how we come across when we are not satisfied. Let's refrain from stereotyping folks who don't look like us, who are working to provide for their families by inviting us to participate as paying customers. Not everyone will always be pleased-- and there are legitimate times where someone won't be satisfied for what every reason. Let's be kind. If the Mandarin Buffet is not good for what ever reason, politely tell someone, that's all. We don't need to make spectacles of ourselves in the restaurant just to prove how right or unsatisfied we are. Thank you!”

“I’m never disappointed with the food and bevs I get at this Aroma Joe’s. They use ethically sourced beans, local dairy products, high quality syrups, and the whipped cream they use is super addictive. Only the Lewiston ones seem to use the special whipped cream. The food and drinks are light years better than Dunkin and usually also better than Starbucks. I appreciate the ability to support a local chain as well.”

“The food at this restaurant is always amazing and so fun to watch it being prepared right in front of us. That all goes without saying. My husband and I met our kids and grandkids here for a birthday supper for myself and my daughter-in-law. We didn't mention the birthdays but the owner (I think) had come out and greeted us while we were waiting for the chef. He noticed there were a couple of gift bags so he asked who's birthday it was. He was funny and sweet. After the meal was over, I saw the hostess and a waiter coming to our table with a little birthday parade. They gave my daughter in law and me each a dish of delicious fried ice-cream with a candle and sang happy birthday. It was so kind, generous and thoughtful. Overall a truly wonderful experience.”

And why (assume it was owner) would you just walk around the store telling customers to bypass kiosk and go to counter...when we had to get someone's attention out back to take our order. Not going back, parking horrible and seems sketchy with owner and family hanging out...”

“While this is not the most conveniently located Starbucks to where I’m staying while in town - I will be back time after time.

The customer service is top notch, there is ample parking and the cafe is large, clean and welcoming.

My drink was made with care (on my bday no less) & brought to me at my table - such kind staff. They even wrote a sweet bday message for me. So thankful :)

I’d all but given up on Starbucks in the L/A area until I came here today.

Can’t wait to come back with my Mom and re-enliven her joy for our holiday Starbucks treats together.”
