They easily accommodated along with the vegetarian in the group.“

“Wow, this place is fantastic. Went here on a Saturday afternoon with a group of 4 for a friend's birthday and luckily we didn't have to wait for a seat. Ordered drinks and this fantastic 1lb slab of pizza each and we all were content and happy. Thanks for the fantastic food and service!“

“First time in beautiful Portland Maine, the five of us coming from Indiana were looking for some new local eats. Blocks away from where we’re staying was Anthony’s Italian Kitchen. Walked into a warming Italian atmosphere and greeted instantly by the owners smile and welcoming ambience. He handed us menus with content and grace. I proceeded to ask what he recommended. In short words he said Spaghetti & Meatballs, Eggplant Parmesan, or the Lasagna mentioning everything was made in house/homemade, I was thrilled for authentic cuisine! I ordered the Spaghetti & Meatballs per his recommendation, as he told me multiple times how much I will LOVE it. Waiting on my food I admired the radiance of the restaurant and getting joyous for a meal that I longed for all day. The moment came and I ate. He was absolutely right! One of the best Spaghetti & Meatballs dishes I’ve ever eaten/tasted. It was so amazing, two others in my party also got Spaghetti & Meatballs that they thoroughly expressed how delicious our first meal was in Maine. “After a disappointing meal at one Portland's most heralded restaurants on Friday, we were delighted with the better service and food at Roma. Our party of five couldn't pick apart any of our menu choices. Drinks, mocktails, appetizers and main meals were all great. Only one person had room for dessert--and said the cheesecake was delicious. Roma should be on your regular rotation if you dine out in Portland.“
“Food and service was phenomenal. My husband had the Lamb and it was fall off the bone tender. I had the bolognese and it was delicious. The vanilla gelato and chocolate date cake was soooo good!!! I would definitely recommend. The ambience is very nice, not quiet but not too loud. The will also check your coat for free.“

“The waitress kept forgetting my order I was with a couple celebrating their Anniversary.I was treated like I wasn't there my meal was sitting under a heat lamp looks like way to long and I just told her to forget about my side order of meatballs ? Our group of four Boston culinary adventurers had the pleasure of dining at Ribollita on this weekend of historic coastal flooding.Selected by me representing the vegetarian segment for the white bean hazelnut ravioli, it was a pleasant discovery to learn that the restaurant namesake was also vegetarian, sadly not even promoted as same. All of us ordered the ribollita and almost ordered seconds.Worth noting we also ordered one carafe each of the “house” red and white wine which was perfect for the meal.Great place and we can’t wait to return.John and JonVegetarian options: Our server was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our vegetarian dietary preferences since the menu is not particularly clear.“

“Returning to Maine after many years away and wanted to go back to Willows since we always enjoyed their pizza. Pizza still very good. Not the cozy atmosphere we remember cause theyve expanded! But still a great local pizza place with crispy, flavorful crust and good selection of toppings. Good local beer selection as well. Service was a bit slow, but they were quite busy just before Christmas.“
“Owner is super nice guy went in around 12:30, got a canoli, and the chicken parm sub it was too die for, he told me how he makes everything handmade that day and it shows. When he told me this i ordered the gnocchi before leaving, It was behond amazing and you can tell he puts time and effort into his craft! Will be going back soon and over the expensive places which arent as good.“
